With a population of around 237,424,363 in 33 provinces, Indonesia is one developing countries that needs an excellent School Management Information System (SMIS) to accomplish its educational mission. To reach the goal, it is necessary to know the rules, culture of school and related data prior to building the SMIS. This study is focused on the Indonesian National Education Standards. It is has nine standards that are described by the Regulation of Education Ministry. To manage the schools' organization, this paper aims to develop a SMIS based on the Indonesian National Education Standards by using ARIS(Architecture of Integrated Information System) to help schools run efficiently. The new system will be built using UML(Unified Modeling Language), this new system conforms to the education rules of the government. Finally, the conclusion and future research are described.

This paper presents a fundamental study to establish a standardization system of the Construction Continuous Acquisition and Life-cycle Support(CALS). States of standardization in the Construction CALS were reviewed to find some defects in developing CALS system in construction industry. It is analyzed that three of major parts were needed to put up a standardization system for the Construction CALS. Firstly, the range of Construction CALS standardization is set up by identifying of Construction CALS and defining the standard and standardization. Secondly, the strategy to enable more effective implementation of Construction CALS standardization and the relationship of the concerned system presented can be used for establishing the Construction CALS standardization system. In addition, the spread and application device is proposed for using Construction CALS standards at public institutions and construction related companies. Conclusively, a classification system of the Construction CALS standards was proposed and some objects to be standardized were presented in the classification system. What were studied in this paper will provide the primary information and guidance to develop a guideline for standardization of the Construction CALS.

The purpose of this study is to compare the standards and guidelines of long-term care facilities based on the physical environments and human resources in Korea, Japan, USA, and Australia. Ultimately, this study suggests the directions for amendments of long-term care service or running of the facilities in Korea. For achieving this purpose, we reviewed the homepage of national health departments, reports and articles of long-term care service, and acts related with long-term care in each country. This comparisons were carried in terms of physical environments, human resources by long-term care related acts and legal sanctions as means of quality control. This study implies that long-term care service guidelines or standards should be revised for developing the quality of our long-term care services.

건설사업을 수행하면서 생성되는 각종 문서를 발주자, 설계자, 시공자 등 사업참여주체간에 보다 효율적으로 교환 및 공유하기 위해 XML 기반의 전자문서 표준 체계를 정립하는데 필요한 사항을 규정하였다. 이를 바탕으로 현업에서 일관되게 XML 전자문서를 개발하기 위해 적용 방안을 마련하였다.

Hybrid electric propulsion systems are expected as future primary combat platforms because the systems can supply enough electric power, easily locate components inside vehicles, and maneuver without undesired noise. However, increasing electric/electronic/software usage causes abnormal failure patterns which have not been noticeable in conventional automotive. Recently, the functional safety standard for road vehicles were enacted and vehicle manufacturers request their components which satisfy standardized quality. This research analyzes functional safety standards(IEC 61508 and ISO 26262) and compares the standards for road vehicles with military standards of system safety. Strategies to apply functional safety in the combat hybrid electric vehicle are scrutinized.

Imagery and gridded data can be used as the sources of extracting important information and data layers in utilizing GIS. The existing metadata standard to distribute and to utilize the geographic information are mainly concentrated at the vector data and do not provide metadata components for imagery and gridded data. In this study, metadata components for imagery and gridded data have been investigated. Firstly, existing international metadata standards such as ISO and domestic standards of TTA have been analyzed. Based on th results, the draft metadata for imagery and gridded data have been proposed as the extensions of domestic metadata standard distribution. The draft metadata could contribute to build the basic standards to access and utilize proper imagery and gridded data fit to various application field, and this will be fundamental bases for activating GIS in public and private sectors.

The new 5G radio technology (NR) can provide ultra-reliable low latency communications. The supporting 5G network infrastructure will move away from the previous point-to-point network architecture to a service-based architecture. 5G can provide three new things, i.e., wider channels, lower latency and more bandwidth. These will allow 5G to support three main types of connected services, including enhanced mobile broadband, mission-critical communications, and the massive Internet of Things (IoT). In 2015, the 5th generation (5G) mobile communication was officially approved by the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) as IMT-2020. Since then, 3GPP, the international organization responsible for 5G standards, is actively developing specifications for 5G technologies. 3GPP Release 15 provides the first full set of 5G standards, and the evolution and expansion of 5G are now being standardized in Release 16 and 17, respectively. This paper provides an overview of 3GPP 5G technologies and key services.

All the while due to the adoption of different TV broadcasting standards by South and North Korea, difficulties may ensue when promoting media exchange or media liberalization. Among the many media areas this paper compared the ground-wave TV broadcasting and digital TV broadcasting environments of South and North Korea, and analyzed the rapidly developing field of digital TV broadcasting technology. Afterwards, this paper offers several measures to resolve the difference in the South and North broadcasting standards. Through this paper, there is hope for joint development of South and North TV broadcasting technologies.

본 연구에서는 현재까지 진행되어온 표준화 작업의 결과물인 GIS 국가표준 및 단체표준의 활용현황을 분석하여 표준화 과정의 문제점을 밝히고 이와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위한 표준화 추진방안을 제시하였다. 이를 위하여 본 연구에서는 GIS 표준의 활용성을 국제표준 및 국내표준에 대해 분석하였으며 향후 국가표준화가 시급한 국제표준들에 관하여서도 조사하였다. 아울러 이와 같은 분석결과를 토대로 본 연구에서는 표준화 대상의 선정 및 우선순위를 도출하고 표준 활용 활성화 방안을 제시하여 향후 표준화활동이 전체적인 국가GIS발전에 밑거름이 될 수 있는 추진전략을 제시하였다. 현재 GIS 표준의 활용범위는 극히 제한적이라고 할 수 있다. 그러나 많은 전문가들 및 사업추진담당자들은 표준이 향후 중요한 역할을 할 것이라는 점을 잘 인식하고 있다. 따라서 국가적인 차원에서 지속적인 수요조사를 통해 현장에서 중요하게 사용되는 표준들을 중심으로 표준화 우선순위를 설정하고 체계적으로 표준화 작업을 수행한다면 보다 효율적인 표준화가 추진될 수 있을 것이며 표준의 활용도도 높아질 수 있을 것으로 생각된다. 지금까지 우리나라에서는 주로 데이터 구축 측면의 표준에 많은 노력을 기울여 온 것이 사실이다. 그러나 표준의 궁극적인 목표는 상호운용성의 확보를 통한 효율성의 제고라는 점을 생각했을 때 향후 지리정보 서비스관련 표준의 중요성이 한층 높아질 것으로 생각되므로 이 부분의 표준화 작업에 보다 많은 관심을 기울일 필요가 있을 것으로 보인다.

이 연구는 미국의 사서교사 전문성과 관련된 기본 배경을 이해하고, 현재 미국에서 활용되고 있는 국가 수준과 주정부 수준의 사서교사 평가기준과 도구 그리고 자기평가 도구를 분석하는 것을 주요 목적으로 설정하고 있다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 미국은 국가 수준의 학교도서관 기준에 맞추어 사서교사 양성, 자격기준, 평가기준의 일관성 있는 전문성 계발 구조를 갖추었으며, 국가 수준의 사서교사 전문성 기준은 미국 전문교사자격 기준위원회의 자격기준과 미국학교도서관협회에서 발표한 "평생교육을 위한 학습" 기준의 사서교사 평가도구가 대표적으로 제시되고 있다. 미국의 여러 주정부에서는 국가 수준의 학교도서관 기준을 바탕으로 주정부의 실정에 맞는 사서교사 평가기준과 도구를 개발하여 실제 평가에 활용하고 있다. 더불어 미국학교도서관협회는 2012년에 사서교사의 자기평가 도구인 "사서교사 평가의 21세기 접근법"을 발표하여, 사서교사가 국가수준의 기준에서 제시한 전문성에 도달할 수 있는 실천적 방향을 안내하고 있다.
