UDXF Repository Manager for Software Collaborative Based on XML (XML 기반의 소프트웨어 공동 작업을 위한 UDXF 저장소 관리자)

  • UML is an object-oriented development methodology to graphically modeling, a software system, We are developed UML, graphics editor and its generating various design objects during software development cycle. Its design object compose of semantics information and View information manage using of RDBMS. Extant tools supporting UDML. however, it does not have an explicit format to describe and interchange its design abject intentionally, In this thesis, to overcome the drawback, the UML design object interchange and presents our efforts to make UML design objects highly interoperable. We developed an interchange format called UDXF(UML Design object exchange Format) based on XML UDXF is a simple and well-structured format to encode UML design objects. It leverages the tool interoperability, team development and reuse of design objects by interchanging the model information with the XML standard. Also, we propose design object repository manager for design object of UDXF format.

  • 근래에 들어와서 소프트웨어 개발 방법론에 있어 소프트웨어의 재사용 및 유지보수를 위한 여러 방안이 제시되었다. 이를 위해 분석 및 설계에 초점을 두어 여러 객체 지향적인 개발방안이 나왔는데, 일반적으로 컴포넌트를 기반으로 모형화하고 있으며, 이에 대한 연구가 현재 활발히 진행되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 소프트웨어 개발 과정에서 컴포넌트를 기반으로 소프트웨어 구조를 설계하고, 모형 화하기 위한 도구로 HappyWork을 구현하였으며, 이를 기술하기 위한 언어로 HWL(HappyWork Language)을 만들었다. 우리는 이를 이용해 소프트웨어를 구조적인 차원에서 심도 있게 분석하고 성능을 평가해 보고자 한다.

  • 본 논문은 소각재 재활용 모니터링 시스템 구현을 위한 에이전트 기반의 RFID 모델을 설계한다. RFID를 이용한 모니터링 시스템은 상태관리 에이전트, 위치관리 에이전트, 불량관리 에이전트, 상황관리 에이전트 등의 데이터 관리 에이전트를 이용해 데이터를 자동 관리하고, 대용량의 데이터를 처리하기 위해 대용량 데이터 처리 에이전트를 이용한다. 안정적인 소각재 재활용을 위한 에이전트 기반 데이터 모니터링 시스템의 개발은 산업체 전반에 걸쳐있는 기계화, 수작업화 된 공정을 실시간 자동화 공정으로 개발하는 획기적인 방법이 될 것이다.

  • Many similar class components are stored in object-storage but the object-storage has needed the retrieval function of correct component for reuse. Accordingly this paper designed the class component retrieval viewer of the object-storage by using the improved spreading activation strategy. Object-storage has made up of information of inheritance relation, superclass, subclass, and we defined the queries about each class function. Also we specified connectionist relaxation of the each class and query, finally we gained retrieval result which showed highest activation value order of class component information including the query function.

  • During the past few years, the productivity has been considered as one of the most important aims in developing softwares. Many practitioners and theorists are trying reuse ready made codes to increase the productivity of software development and the quality of their products. This paper introduces our experiences in developing a highly reusable class library and its reusing environment for building a database interface application. And the concepts, Structured Multi-Library and Dual Views of Class Inheritance, are also suggested, which consist our main conceptual framework in our work. Details in implementation are discussed in brief at the end.

  • This paper proposes the framework of the scenario-based 3D image synthesizing system that allows common users who envision a scenario in their mind to realize it into the segments of cool animation. We focused on utilization of the existing motions to synthesize new motions for the objects. The framework is useful to build a 3D animation in game programming with a limited set of 3D objects. We also propose a practical algorithm to reuse and expand the objects. This algorithm is based on motion path modification rules. Both linear and nonlinear curve-fitting algorithms were applied to modify an animation by key frame interpolation and to make the motion appear realistic.

  • In semiconductor IP reuse, precise understanding of semiconductor IP interfaces is essential for integrated chip design. However, in general, these interfaces are described in the original designer's description style. Furthermore, their description method are not unified, so it is very difficult for the chip integration designer to understand them. This paper proposes a standardized description method of semiconductor IP interfaces. It consists of 9 items such as IP information, description level, model provision, data type, interface information, port information, signal information, protocol information, and source file. The proposed method helps the chip integration designer to understand semiconductor IP interfaces and to integrate them into a single chip.

  • Component-based development leverages software reusability and reduces development costs. Enterprise JavaBeans (EJB) is a component model developed to reduce the complexity of software development and to facilitate reuse of components. However, EJB does not support component assembly by a plug-and-play technique due to the hard-wired composition at the code level. To cope with this problem, an architecture for EJB component assembly is defined at the abstract level and the inconsistency between the system architecture and its implementation must be eliminated at the implementation level. We propose a component-based application development tool named the COBALT assembler that supports the design and implementation of EJB component assembly by a plug-and-play technique based on the architecture style. The system architecture is first defined by the Architecture Description Language (ADL). The wrapper code and glue code are then generated for the assembly. After the consistency between the architecture and its implementation is checked, the assembled EJB components are deployed in an application server as a new composite component. We use the COBALT assembler for a shopping mall system and demonstrate that it can promote component reuse and leverage the system maintainability.

  • This research is to analyze the modern warehouses in Gunsan during the Japanese Colonial Period. They were the spatial and urban symbol of City of Rice, Gunsan. The main purpose of this study is to survey the modern warehouses in the original center of city, to find their architectural characteristics and to set up a possibility of reuse. 7 existing warehouse buildings are located at Jangmi-Dong and Jooksung-Dong, and they have been built between 1935 and 1940. The warehouse buildings have a module of 6m and they are generally 12m wide, 24~48m long and 8m high. Their structure is composed of reinforced concrete and wooden truss. All warehouse buildings have a rectangular form. Now the diverse commercial programs occupy the original space. Modern warehouse in Gunsan has the spatial and symbolic value as industrial heritage. Therefore, it is necessary to respect the original value of modern warehouse and to create a reusing space for the current generation. It is also essential to verify restoring possibility of three symbolic warehouse buildings in the harbour that were demolished.
