Modern management considers customer satisfaction as a baseline standard of performance and a possible standard of excellence for any business organization including the college. Quality function deployment(QFD) is a structured approach to seek out voice of customers, understanding their needs, and ensure that their needs are met. The strategy value proposed by Chien et al. combines importance, satisfaction, performance, and ability to enhance decision making effectiveness. But in their model, the correlation among the strategic alternatives isn't considered the decision chain and is therefore eliminated. This paper proposes how to calculate the new weight of columns to consider various strength levels of correlations matrix, representing the correlation among the strategic alternatives, using normalization procedure. The aim of this paper is to present and original customer satisfaction survey conducted in the college. Thus, this paper presents an original customer satisfaction survey in the college and provides to demonstrate the practical usage of the design model to compare this model with Chien's model.

정보 시스템 보안 체계를 보다 체계적으로 구축하고 효율적으로 운영하기 위해서는 보안에도 전략이 도입되어야 한다. 또한, 전략이 구현되어 성공적으로 작동하기 위해서는 조직 차원의 참여가 필수적이다. 하지만, 조직의 정보 시스템 보안 전략에 관한 연구는 아직까지 전략적 사고에 의한 보안 체계의 배치와 운영에 초점이 맞추어져 있어, 조직 전체를 움직이고 이끌기 위한 총체적 프레임에 관한 연구는 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 조직 차원의 보안 전략 수립에 활용할 수 있는 프레임워크를 연구한다. 이를 위하여 조직 차원의 전략 수립이라는 측면에서 총괄 전략의 개념을 도입하였으며, 총괄 전략이 갖는 4차원적 특성을 기반으로 정보 시스템 보안 총괄 전략을 구성하기 위한 프레임워크를 제시한다.

빠르게 발전하는 IoT 시대에 발맞추어, IoT 적용과 관련하여 다양한 시나리오에 이용할 수 있는 경영 전략을 이끌어내기 위한 체계적인 접근이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는, IOT를 적용할 때 시장 잠재력을 평가하고 초기 경영 전략을 세울 때 사용할 수 있는 개념적 틀을 제시한다. 개념적 틀은 널리 알려진 가치곡선분석, 생태계 분석 그리고 품질의 집을 이용하여 구성하였다. 가치곡선 분석은 소비자에게 가치를 주는 항목을 파악하는 부분과 이와 관계된 공급자의 강점을 분석하는데 이용된다. 생태계 분석은 공급사슬 상의 참가자들과 그들의 관계를 파악하는데 이용된다. 품질의 집은 공급자에게 소비자의 요구사항을 파악하고 그것을 공급자의 기술적인 요구 조건과 비교하여 초기 사업 전략을 구축하는데 적합한 분석도구이다. 본 논문에서는 우리가 제시한 개념적 틀을 IoT를 적용하였을 때 큰 발전 가능성이 있는 Car-sharing 서비스와 telehealth 서비스 이렇게 두 가지 서비스에 적용하여 분석하였다.

In this paper, we propose efficient scheduling strategy for Multi-user MIMO systems that find advantageous trade off solution between multiuser diversity and spatial diversity, spatial multiplexing technique. Specifically, we suggest P-SFS(Pseudo-SNR Fair scheduling) algorithm that consider throughput and fairness problem. also we propose channel aware Antenna deployment that decide how to use assigned multiple antennas by the information of each user's channel condition.

교통 환경 개선을 위해 지능형교통시스템을 도입하여 지자체의 발전을 가속화 시키고 있다. 지난번에 3개의 시를 첨단교통모델도시로 선정하여 ITS의 교두보를 마련하여, 현재 9개의 도시에 u-City구축을 위해 추진하고 있어 각 도시의 개발사업현황을 알아보았다. 본 논문은 지능형교통체계 구축사업 분석과 특징, VISION, 국가 ITS사업을 위한 효율적인 추진전략을 제시하고 발전 방안을 연구하였다.

프로세스 개선은 프로젝트의 지속적인 성공과 밀접히 연관된다. 따라서 많은 기업들이 프로세스 개선을 위해 노력하고 있으나 프로세스 개선에 대한 투자 비용, 내부적인 저항, 내부적인 참여 등의 문제로 프로세서 개선의 실질적인 효과를 보지 못하는 경우가 적지 않다. 본 논문에서는 조직내의 충돌을 최소화 하면서 프로세스 적용을 가속화하기 위만 방안으로 점증적인 프로세스 적용 전략을 제안한다. 점증적인 프로세스 적용 전략은 점증적인 개발 프로세스 적용, 점증적인 프로세스 정립을 병행하는 방안이다.

Purpose: Despite the fact that the needs for disaster emergency medical facilities to minimize casualties are increasing, research for emergency medical facilities is insufficient compared to research for DMAT investment. A management strategy for emergency medical facilities in disaster site needs to be proposed. Methods: Recently there was introduction of mobile hospital system using unit modular method, but it was found out to be used only in disaster emergency training. Emergency medical facilities in disaster site require various tasks. Examination for our research was carried out through consultations with emergency medical and mobile hospital expert because there is no practical use case to apply Emergency Medical Facilities in Korea. Result: In this research we proposed a management strategy to manage and operate emergency medical facilities composed of tent, unit module and container in the aspects of management efficiency. Implications: It is highly expected to establish a foundation for fast and accurate disaster emergency medical facilities deployment by applying the results of our research to Emergency response manual of disaster emergency medical service.

동북아시아의 정세는 일본, 중국, 필리핀, 베트남 등 동중국해 연안 국가 간 영토 분쟁, 북한의 연이은 핵실험 및 장거리 탄도미사일 발사 시험, 중국의 랴오닝급 항공모함 건조 등으로 인해 급변하고 있다. 특히 불안정한 북한의 상황, 중국의 해군력 증강을 통한 A2/AD(Anti-Access/Area Denial, 반접근/지역거부) 전략 등으로 인해 미국의 아시아 태평양 지역 안보 전략의 재검토가 불가피하게 되었다. 본 논문에서는 변경된 미국의 아시아 태평양 안보 전략과 미 해군 전력의 재배치 계획에 대해 조사 및 분석하고, 변화된 주변 환경이 우리의 안보에 미치는 영향에 대해 분석하였다.
