적용구문(Applikative Konstruktion)은 타동사 구문의 일종이며 적용동사(Applikatives Verb)는 두 가지 유형으로 나눌 수 있다 적용동사가 자동사에서 타동사화 된 경우면 자동사에서는 없던 직접 목적어를 위한 슬롯이 적용형태소(Applikativmarker)를 통해 생긴다. 타동사에서 적용형태소의 삽입을 통해 변화된 적용동사는 두 개의 직접목적어를 취할 수 있는 동사의 특징을 나타내거나, 동사의 논항구조를 재배열하는 기능을 가진다. '논항구조 재배열'(rearrangement of argument structure)의 가장 전형적인 예는 타동사의 주변적인 참여자(peripherer Partizipant)를 적용동사를 통해 격상(Promotion) 시키는 반면 핵심참여자(zentraler Partizipant)는 격하(Demotion) 되는 구문이다. 즉 비 적용구문의 주변적인 참여자가 적용구문에서는 핵심참여자로서 직접목적어(direktes Objekt)의 통사적 기능을 가지는 것이다. 이러한 현상은 세계 여러 나라 언어에서 찾아 볼 수 있는데 본 논문에서는 독일어, 유카텍마야어, 인도네시아어, 캄베라어를 연구대상으로 삼았으며 이들 각 언어에서 어떤 참여자관계(Partizipantenrelation)가 적용구문의 직접목적어로 표현될 수 있는가를 살펴보았다. 이들 언어에서는 장소(Lokation)>수혜자($Benfizi\"{a}r$) & 수취인(Rezipient) > 동반자(Komitativ) > 기구(Instrument) 등의 순서로 가능하다. 이 것을 페터슨(1999)의 연구결과와 종합하여 살펴보면 적용구문의 직접목적어로 나타날 수 있는 참여자들의 순서는 루라기(2000)에 소개된 참여자의 원인연쇄(Kausale Kette)의 역순과 거의 일치하는 것을 볼 수 있는데 제일 자주 나타나는 참여자를 그 순서대로 보면 다음과 같다: 수혜자($Benefizi\"{a}r$) & 수취인(Rezipient)<장소(Lokation)>동반자(Komitativ) & 기구(Instrument)> 원인(Ursache). 이러한 순서를 우리는 '적용성의 위계'($Applikativit\"{a}tshierarchie$)라 부를 수 있으며 이것을 가능한 많은 언어에 유효한 언어의 보편성 중의 하나가 될 수 있다는 가설을 제기해 본다.

Female nurses in Korea have historically experienced discrimination on the basis of their gender as part of the traditional society views on woman and as a result of the male dominated hospital environments. This discrimination may interfere with the ability of female nurses to promote the health of their patients. To better understand this bias, we collected and analyzed 16 cases of alleged sexual discrimination reported by female nurses with more than 5 years work experience. The cases were classified into 10 subjects and further into 4 categories: personnel administration, daily working environment, female gender bias, and health care delivery. There were 7 cases (11.3%) of unjust personnel changes consisting of demotion(1), termination(4), and reallocation of position(3). Twenty three (37.1%) of cases related to problems in the daily workplace including biases in communication between female nurses and male physicians(12), daily work(8), and responsibility for adverse outcomes(3). We noted 17 cases (27.4%) of female gender bias as reported by female nurses(7), female physicians(7), and female patients(3). Lastly, there were 15 (24.3%) cases of problems with health care delivery due to sexual discrimination, including enrollment in the health care system(4),and decisions regarding medical care(4). These results suggest that sexual discrimination towards women is pervasive in the Korea hospitals, not only towards female nurses but also towards female physicians and patients. More discriminatory practices in a timely fashion such that better nursing care can be provided to patients and their families.

This study is the first ever attempted series paper of one particular TV drama writer, Su-Hyeon Kim, with diversified and systematic scale. Along with the just before study, proving Su-Hyeon Kim's line's conceptual properties as the Bahktin's dialogism, its core of polyphony, this study is to analyze the concrete method of creation through Bahktin's Canivalistic creation component of 'Grotesque Realism' and 'Unofficial Square Language'. With her work of (SBS, 1992), this study verifies its characteristic creation of lines to be the 'Grotesque Realism' components of overturn, destruction, and creation along with 'Unofficial Square Language' components of the masses, material, physical language, and discourse of self-liberation. In this way, this study is on one hand, to overcome the application problem of Bahktin's theory as a separated one, but also to enhance the quality of the study of the writer and the lines. As a result, she has acquired her own distinction of ambivalence by the way of demotion, overturn with masses' material, physical, unofficial square language along with a stronger execution of acquiring self denial, positivity. liberation, and life. Therefore the writer is highly rated for her fierce cognition of language and her artistic spirit. Also, this paper proposes the following study to appraise the impact of the writer's differentiation and artistic spirit on the creation of Korean TV drama, contents industry, and mass media.

Increase in demotion and repair works on buildings in the construction market generates a large amount of construction waste. Recycling of construction waste is important for saving of resources, preservation of environment and constant advance of the construction industry. Accordingly, the environmental and economic value of recycled aggregate, which is produced after waste concrete is crushed, is increasingly highlighted. It is generally known that compared to concrete made of ordinary aggregate, concrete made of recycled aggregate has low quality, and the low quality is dependent on the amount of the bonding heterogeneous (cement paste and mortar) as well as the amount of the pores within the bonding heterogeneous. Reports on carbonation mechanism shows that the pores of cement-based materials are filled up by the progress of carbonation. Therefore, this study aims at an estimation of the period for optimum carbonation reforming appropriate for the thickness of the bonding heterogeneous of recycled aggregate, based on carbonation mechanism, with a view to improving the product quality by means of filling up the pores of the bonding heterogeneous of recycled aggregate. This study drew the carbonation depth according to the passage of age by calculating the bonding ratio and bonding thickness of the bonding heterogeneous as against the particle size distribution of recycled aggregate as well as by chemical quantitative analysis according to the age of accelerated carbonation of mock-up samples imitating bonding heterogeneous. Based on the correlation between the age of accelerated carbonation and carbonation depth, this study also proposed the estimated period of carbonation reforming of recycled aggregate appropriate for the thickness of the bonding heterogeneous.

In order to identify the factors and problems in which military sexual violence is a continuous and repeated blind spot, this study conducted a content analysis focusing on articles of military sexual violence incidents covered in Internet news from January 2010 to June 15, 2021. carried out. As a result of the study, structurally unequal power relations, authoritarian and closed military organizational culture, internal military response system that is distrustful of passive responses to sexual violence, and enveloping family-friendly investigations and tolerant punishment of perpetrators are blind spots despite the Ministry of National Defense's efforts to improve. factors that exist. Underlying this, the compensatory spirit caused by the conscription system and the negative effects of the patriarchal system are embodied in the national sentiment, suggesting that the sense of crisis of division and an overly permissive attitude toward the military act as a factor that slows change. As an improvement plan according to the results, it is necessary to entail the establishment of a civilian-centered judicial institution, strong punishment of perpetrators, and limited pension payment, as well as honorable punishment such as 'class demotion' in the military culture with a clear hierarchical relationship. Taken together, we can see that most military sexual violence is caused by a hierarchy, and it strongly suggests that the main cause of sexual violence is unequal power relations.

The Sasang Constitutional Medicine seeks the psychosomatic balance, and the Basic principle of treatment according to the symptom(病證藥理) in Sasang Constitutional Medicine could be summarize as follows. 1. The pursuit of Shape-Image Medicine (形象醫學) and the Symptoms of shape - Symptoms of disease (形置病證). It established emotion, symptoms of constitution, and symptoms of constitutional disease on the base of Shape-Image Medicine (形象醫學) which means qi (氣) is inside and shape is outside (氣裡形表). 2. The inductive medicine and positive medicine. It systematized the Symptoms of shape - Symptoms of disease (形證病證) on the base of the medical practice of the ancients and Lee Jae-Ma (李濟馬)'s own experience inductively, and it present show to control the psychosomatic balance practically. 3. The pathology centering on human. Oriental medicine is based on Yin-Yang (陰陽) and Five elements (五行) and the harmony of nature and human (天人相應) of Taoism, but Sasang Constitutional Medicine is based on emotional and ethical pathology of Confucianism (儒學). 4. The treatment according to the symptom (病證藥理) in Sasang Constitutional Medicine centering on clear qi (正氣). The promotion and demotion (補瀉) which is based on clear qi (正氣) and evil qi (邪氣) is a basic principle in Oriental medicine, but In Sasang Constitutional Medicine it is attached importance to control of clear qi and classify obedience symptom and disobedience symptom (順 逆症) as the type to oppose disease. 5. The treatment according to the psychomatic symptoms. It takes importances to control of one-sided emotion as well as the treatment of psychical symptoms, and also to remedy disease as keeping under control one's mind. 6. The preventive medicine and the medicine to develop one's health. It is in pursuit of social health to develop personality through clear qi (正氣) in real life, to prevent disease, and to spread the sickness control of individual person. Sasang Constitutional Medicine pursuits the psychosomatic balance through 'Balance', 'Control', 'Self regulating Control' of the 'Golden Mean (中庸)' with the treatment according to the symptom (病證藥理) in Sasang Constitutional Medicine.
