Pr6O1계 ZnO 바리스터의 DC 가속열화 스트레스에 따른 전기적, 유전적 거동에 미치는 소결온도의 영향 (Effect of Sintering Temperature on Electrical and Dielectric Behavior of Pr6O1-Based ZnO Varistors with DC Accelerated Aging Stress)

  • The electrical and dielectric behavior fort DC accelerated aging stress of P $r_{6}$ $O_{11}$-based Zno varistors cnsisting of ZnO-P $r_{6}$ $O_{11}$-CoO-C $r_2$ $O_3$-E $r_2$ $O_3$ were investigated with sintering temperature in the range of 1325~1345$^{\circ}C$. The varistor ceramics with increasing sintering temperature were more densified. A more densified varistors leaded to high stability for DC accelerated aging stress. Furthermore, the stability for DC accelerated aging stress was increased with the leakage current and dtan $\delta$/dV decreasing in order of 1325longrightarrow1335longrightarrow1345longrightarrow134$0^{\circ}C$ in sintering temperature. It was found that the stability for DC stress is affected more greatly by the leakage current and dtan $\delta$/dV than the densification. It is considered that the stability of varistors for DC stress can be estimated by considering the factors, such as the densification, leakage current, and dtan $\delta$/dV. As a result, the varistor sintered at 134$0^{\circ}C$ exhibited the highest stability, with %$\Delta$ $V_{lmA}$=-1.54%, %$\Delta$$\alpha$=-2.49%, %$\Delta$ $I_{\ell}$=+240.68%, 5%$\Delta$tan$\delta$=+29.96%.96%.96%.%.

  • 이성분혼합용매내에서 Methyl-, Phenyl Chloroformate와 1-adamantyl 유도체들의 가용매분해반응속도를 여러 온도와 압력하에서 전도도방법에 의하여 측정하였다. 이들 속도상수로부터 활성화 부피(${\Delta}V_o^{\neq}$), 활성화 엔탈피(${Delta}H^{\neq}$), 활성화 엔크로피 (${\Delta}S^{\neq}$) 값을 구하였다. 이때 모든 혼합물내에서 ${\Delta}V_o^{\neq}$${\Delta}V_s^{\neq}$는 음의 값을 나타내었으며, ${\Delta}H^{\neq}$는 양의 값을 얻었다. 이 현상을 용매구조변화에 대하여 논의하였다. 또한 활성화 부피와 활성화 엔트로피 값들을 플로트하여 본 반응에 대한 반응 경향성을 조사하였다. 이들 결과로부터 Methyl-, Phenyl Chloroformate와 1-adamantyl fluoroformate(알코올수용액)는 이분자반응이, 1-adamantyl fluoromate(TFE수용액)와 1-adamantyl tosylate는 일분자반응이 일어나는 것으로 추정할 수 있었다.

Mg Delta-Doping Effect on a Deep Hole Center Related to Electrical Activation of a p-Type GaN Thin Film

  • The authors investigated the photoluminescence (PL) and the electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) from an magnesium (Mg)-doped GaN thin film with a delta-doped layer. The regularly doped sample shows a PL peak at 2.776 eV for the as-grown sample, and the peak shifts to 2.904 eV and increases in intensity for the annealed sample. The delta-doped sample also shows the same PL peak as does the regularly doped sample. However, only the annealed delta-doped layer shows a sharp EPR with a small isotropic Lande g-factor, $g_{II}$, of 2.029. This resonance is attributed to the delta-doped layer, which forms a hole-bound Mg-N atomic structure instead of the $Mg_{Ga}-V_N$ defect complex, indicating that the delta-doped sample was not optically activated to form PL centers but was instead electrically activated to form a hole-bound state.

후미추돌사고의 유효충돌속도가 차량손상 및 승차자 상해에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Delta-V Based on Vehicle Damages and Injuries Subjected by Rear-End Collisions)

  • In a case of an automobile collision, vehicle damage and injury of the driver and the passenger occur. The scale of the collision which is effected by the extent of vehicle damage and the injury of the passenger, depends on the delta-V. Based on the photograph interpretation o the actual case of accidents in the Seoul and the Incheon area, this study measured the depth of crush and calculated the delta-V. Through verifying the correlation of the depth of crush and the change of velocity, relative equation was evaluated and compared with the prior study results to prove that they are almost identical. Thus, the depth of crush can be used as an index of the degree of impact, which can be utilized as the change of velocity to evaluate the level of injury done to the passengers. However, the period of hospitalization and diagnostics claimed by the injured proves to have no correlation with the delta-V and the extent of vehicle damage, this is due to the non-objective way of diagnosis and the anamnesis of the injured. This study established the absolute limit harmlessness and the choosing limit harmlessness, allowing the appraisal for Yes or No of the injury or the harmlessness based on the prior studies. Moreover, utilizing the relative equation formed between the depth of crush and the delta-V, each case of collision was compared and evaluated in comparison to the limit harmlessness to prove that the 90.4% of the so-called 'claiming-to-be-injured' were exaggerating or fabricating.

  • With the spread of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) variants, which are randomly mutated, the dominant strains in regions are changing globally. The development of preclinical animal models is imperative to validate vaccines and therapeutics against SARS-CoV-2 variants. The objective of this study was to develop a non-human primate (NHP) model for SARS-CoV-2 Delta variant infection. Cynomolgus macaques infected with Delta variants showed infectious viruses and viral RNA in the upper (nasal and throat) and lower respiratory (lung) tracts during the acute phase of infection. After 3 days of infection, lesions consistent with diffuse alveolar damage were observed in the lungs. For cellular immune responses, all macaques displayed transient lymphopenia and neutrophilia in the early stages of infection. SARS-CoV-2 Delta variant spike protein-specific IgM, IgG, and IgA levels were significantly increased in the plasma of these animals 14 days after infection. This new NHP Delta variant infection model can be used for comparative analysis of the difference in severity between SARS-CoV-2 variants of concern and may be useful in the efficacy evaluation of vaccines and universal therapeutic drugs for mutations.

  • This report was investigate the biological characteristic of $\delta$-endotoxin of product by TH109 strain, one strain TH109 which has toxicity on Cockroach is isolate and identification. Generally the $\delta$-endotoxin of product by 3. thuringiensis strain was easily soluble in acid, alkaline and organic solvents but $\delta$-endotoxin of product by TH109 strain are insoluble in HCI, NaOH Thiol- reagent(25mM Dithiotheritol, 25mM Dithioeryritol, 25mM Nathioglycolate, 0.2M ESCN, 2% v/v $\beta$-mecaptethanol), organic solvents( acetone, $CCI_{4}$, ether, dioxin MeOH chloroforrh xylene ), Protease. Through this study of $\delta$-endotoxin produced by TH109 strain is insoluble in acid, alkaline, organic solvents and pretense etc. In the point of view, it is greater possibility that $\delta$-endotoxin will be transform into toxin by the reducible materials instead of the reaction of protease in the intestine.

Cone Beam Computed Tomography의 두부계측분석을 통한 골격성 제3급 부정교합 환자에서 악교정 수술 후 입술과 주위 연조직의 수직적 변화 (The Vertical Changes of Lip and Perioral Soft Tissue Following Orthognathic Surgery in Skeletal Class III Patients by a Cephalometric Analysis of Cone Beam Computed Tomography)

  • Purpose: The aim of this study is to evaluate the vertical changes of the lip and perioral soft tissue, following orthognathic surgery in skeletal class III patients by a cephalometric analysis of a cone beam computed tomography (CBCT). Methods: A total of 20 skeletal class III patients, who had bimaxillary surgery with Le Fort 1 osteotomy and bilateral sagittal split ramus osteotomy, were included in this study. The surgical plan for maxilla was posterosuperior impaction with the anterior nasal spine, as the rotation center. Further, the surgical plan for mandible was also posterosuperior movement. The soft tissue changes between lateral cephalogram and CBCT were compared. And the correlations between independent variables and dependent variables were evaluated. Results: There were no significant differences of the soft tissues changes between lateral cephalogram and CBCT. Upper lip philtrum length (SnLs), nasolabial angle increased and upper lip vermilion length (LsStms), lower lip length (StmiB'), lower lip vermilion length (StmiLi), lower lip philtrum length (LiB') and soft tissue lower facial height (SnMe') decreased after surgery. Change of SnLs (${\Delta}$SnLs) was influenced by vertical change of menton (${\Delta}$MeV), and change of LsStms (${\Delta}$LsStms) was influenced by upper lip thickness (ULT). Change of StmiLi' (${\Delta}$StmiLi') were influenced by preoperative overjet. Change of StmiB' (${\Delta}$StmiB') were influenced by preoperative overjet, vertical change of lower incisor (${\Delta}$L1V) and horizontal change of posterior nasal spine (${\Delta}$PNSH). Change of LiB' (${\Delta}$LiB') was influenced by ${\Delta}$L1V and ${\Delta}$PNSH. Change of SnMe' (${\Delta}$SnMe') was influenced by ${\Delta}$MeV, horizontal change of upper incisor (${\Delta}$U1H) and horizontal change of lower incisor (${\Delta}$L1H). ${\Delta}$Nasolabial angle was influenced by change of ULT (${\Delta}$ULT). Conclusion: Both soft tissues and hard tissues can be evaluated by CBCT. Posterosuperior rotation of maxillomandibular complex resulted in increase of upper lip philtrum length and nasolabial angle, while the upper lip vermilion length, lower lip philtrum length, lower lip vermilion length, and soft tissue lower facial height showed a decrease.

Carboxylic acid 이성분계의 고-액 상평형과 과잉물성, 굴절률 및 점도 편차 (Solid-Liquid Equilibria and Excess Molar Volumes, Refractive Indices and Deviation in Viscosity for Binary Systems of C3-C6 Carboxylic Acids)

  • 최근 지속 가능형 에너지로 바이오 부탄올(bio-butanol)에 관한 연구가 활발히 진행되고 있으나, 이의 상업화에는 저렴한 바이오메스 개발 및 경제적 분리 방법 등 선결해야 할 문제들이 있다. 전통적인 ABE 바이오부탄올 발효공정은 아세톤, 부탄올, 에탄올과 함께 유기산(organic acid)과 같은 부산물을 생성한다. 따라서 이들의 상호분리를 위해 아세톤, 부탄올, 에탄올 및 아세틱 산에 대한 상평형 데이터 등은 많이 발표되었으나, 탄소수가 큰 유기산에 대한 상평형 및 혼합물성 데이터는 매우 부족한 실정이다. 따라서 본 연구는 $C_3-C_6$ 유기산 조합의 이성분계 혼합물에 대한 고-액 상평형과 혼합물성으로 과잉부피($V^E$), 굴절율 편차(${\Delta}R$) 그리고 점도 편차(${\Delta}v$)를 298.15 K에서 실험적으로 측정하였다. 측정된 고-액 상평형 데이터는 NRTL, UNIQUAC식을 이용하여 상관시켰으며 RMSD, 0.5 K이하로 잘 상관되었다. 또한 동일 이성분계 혼합물에 대한 $V^E$, ${\Delta}R$${\Delta}v$의 혼합물성 데이터는 Redlich-Kister 다항식을 이용해 매개변수를 상관하였으며 약 0.004 이하의 표준편차로 잘 상관됨을 확인하였다.

  • 에탄올-물 혼합용매내에서 p-클로로 염화벤질의 가용매분해반응에 대한 속도상수를 압력 1~1,600bar, 온도를 30${\circ}$, 40${\circ}$C 에서 측정하였다. 반응속도들은 온도와 압력이 증가함에 따라 증가하고, 에탄올 몰 분율이 증가함에 따라 감소하였다. ln k대 압력의 플로트는 압력에 따라 이차함수꼴로 변함을 알았고, 이 플로트로부터 ${\Delta}V^{\neq}$${\Delta}{\beta}^{\neq}$의 값을 얻었다. 그 결과 ${\Delta}V^{\neq}$${\Delta}{\beta}^{\neq}$의 값은 약 0.20몰 분율에서 Extremum behavior가 나타남을 알았다. 이 현상을 용매구조 변화로 논의하였다. ln k대 용매파라미터, q 및 ln $C_w$의 플로트사이의 관계로부터 본 연구의 반응은 $S_N1(2)$메카니즘으로 진행됨을 추정할 수 있었다.
