Objectives : The goal of this study is developing standardized pattern identification of dizziness using delphi method. Methods : The pattern identification of dizziness which derived through literature review is studied by delphi method. A group of 9 experts of korean medicine participated in Delphi examination. Experts carried out evaluating and correcting the pattern identification and symptoms by e-mail. Results : Through 3 delphi examinations, final standardized pattern identification of dizziness was suggested. It consisted of 2 items of excess syndrome, 2 items of excess-deficiency combination syndrome, and 3 items of deficiency syndrome. Conclusions : By the delphi examinations among experts, a standardized pattern identification of dizziness was suggested. These pattern identification will contribute to research and treatment of korean medicine. Further study is necessary for modification of pattern identification by practical clinical use.

Purpose: Prompt arrival of emergency vehicles at the scene is important. Therefore, special cases for emergency vehicles are being applied. However, there remain obstacles that obstruct the prompt arrival during dispatch. Methods: First, a literature review revealed five categories of problems with the emergency vehicle priority signal system. Then, the first Delphi survey was conducted to confirm the validity of the five categories. Further, a second Delphi survey was conducted to identify additional problems, and we used a 5-point Likert scale for a third Delphi survey. Results: A total of 92 items were extracted from preceding studies. The validity of the five categories was confirmed in the first Delphi survey. Then, 123 additional items were derived from the second Delphi survey, and the final 50 items were selected from 93 items obtained from the third Delphi survey. Conclusion: This study revealed problems and improvement measures for improving the operation of the emergency vehicle priority signal system that were not proposed in previous studies.

This study applies the Delphi method to design services with convergence characteristics in the financial sector. In designing a service robot for practical deployment that can support and replace bank teller, the opinions and judgments of various expert groups were extracted and a consensus process was made through feedback. A total of six dimensions and thirty service elements were derived over three rounds. Coefficient of Variation and content validity were used to verify the suitability and reliability of the selected service elements. As a result, the essential service element of robots was interaction with customers, followed by basic and professional financial services. Based on these service factors, we proposed two types of service models. support mode to assist employees during business hours and alternative mode on behalf of employees outside business hours. It is hoped that this study will use the Delphi technique in the design of IT convergence services.

Objectives: The definition of Sanhupung (Puerperal wind disorder) has been varied and there has been a prior study to establish the definition, but no clear conclusion has been reached on diagnostic criteria. Therefore, the aim of this study was to clearly redefine the definition of Sanhupung using the Delphi method. Methods: This study used the Delphi technique. A panel consisting of 13 experts of Korean medicine, particularly in Obstetrics & Gynecology, participated in the Delphi survey that included answering the 3rd round survey. The Delphi survey was conducted by evaluating and correcting the questionnaire using e-mail. Results: Through the Delphi survey, we have reached an agreement regarding the diagnostic criteria of Sanhupung. They are as follows: 1) Sanhupung can be diagnosed based on basic symptoms. If one or more symptoms are expressed in the basic symptom group, it can be diagnosed as Sanhupung. It is diagnosed in detail as a pain type or a sensory impairment type according to the category of basic symptoms. 2) Incidental symptoms are not essential for diagnosis, and are referred to for checking general weakness and autonomic nervous system conditions. 3) In order to meet the diagnostic criteria, the symptoms should occur within 6 months after childbirth or miscarriage, and the cause of the symptoms should not be classified as other diseases. Conclusions: The diagnostic criteria of Sanhupung were suggested based on the Delphi survey among experts in the field. Further research is necessary to improve the reliability and validity of the criteria.

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore the essential contents of mobile application for self-management of patients with osteoarthritis through Delphi survey. Methods: The Delphi survey was conducted with 14 experts to determine the importance of contents in osteoarthritis self-management mobile application. Results: A total of 25 contents were finalized for the osteoarthritis self-management mobile application. The contents consisted of 7 items for daily living management, 8 items for disease information, 3 items for pain management, 6 items for exercise, and 1 item for weight management. Conclusion: Based on the results of this study, self-management mobile application can be developed and used as an interventional tool for patients with osteoarthritis.

Purpose: Since August 2000, the small-scale environmental impact assessment system has prevented indiscriminate development. However, its qualitative reports lack objectivity and consistency. This study analyzes these issues through literature and expert surveys and proposes improvements. Research Methodology: Samples were selected based on regional consultation numbers. Mitigation measures were categorized into qualitative and quantitative factors. Issues were identified, and improvements suggested. The Delphi method helped select evaluation items and propose a scoring table. Results and Conclusions: The Delphi method selected 14 absolute and 22 relative evaluation items, excluding 3 invalid ones. A 100-point scoring table was created, with points assigned based on element significance. A 1-point bonus was added for top-scoring elements to promote eco-friendly planning.

Objectives As awareness of the public about Korean medicine health care and the social demand about improvement for quality of health care service is constantly rising, the quality evaluation of Korean medicine health care service is needed to improve the quality. Through trial of Delphi method, we tried to set the priority in short, medium, long term among the disease which is the subject of quality assessment. Methods Carrying out the delphi survey to 50 experts of korean medicine who were recommended by the 41 member societies of Korean medicine and related organizations, we selected final candidates for quality assessment. It is composed with total 2 rounds, and we investigated the priority in three aspects; the importance of the matter, possibility quality assessment, potential about if there's any chance of improvement. Results By delphi method, we set the priority of quality assessment. Base on the result of the second round, we classified importance of the questions into above average, average, below average, and categorized items as short, medium, long term according on the final priority. We classified of musculoskeletal diseases and diseases of connective tissues and musculoskeletal injury as short term and cerebrovascular disease and disease of nerve system and malignant neoplasm as medium term, disease of digestive organs and diseases, symptoms and abnormal findings in clinical field or inspections which are not categorized as long term. Conclusions We set the subjects of quality assessment by delphi survey by experts, and classified into short, medium, long term. Further research is necessary for execution the Quality Assessment to each of the candidate. Also, we can send feedback to medical institution base on the result of Quality Assessment. then it would be able to induce the improvement in quality of medical institution by itself.

The study was designed to forecast and derive future core technologies using Delphi method for Korean livestock industry. The technologies will make livestock industJy a core and strategic industry that has high value-added sector in 21 century. Questions were given to specialists of each technology in order to survey importance, realization time. level of R&D in Korea and foremost countries, leading group of R&D, effective policy, etc. for each technology. The target of the survey for Delphi is confined to specialists in the area of Animal Science and Veterinary Medicine. 90 core technologies were derived and 62 specialists answered the questionnaire.

This study is proposed to suggest the preventing methods for correctional officer's mental health problems. For this purpose, Delphi method was used and the study panel was composed of finally 10 people. Total Delphi process was performed for 4 times and six qualified researchers & skilled correctional officers participated in developing Delphi questionnaires. As the main results, major correctional officer's mental health problems are PTSD(post traumatic stress disorder), job stress, suicide witnessing, stress from violent accidents, and anger by related with their own work. All of these problems must need to be managed. Besides, the most effective preventing method for correctional officer's mental health problem is providing regular counsels & treatments with a psychiatrist or the fully qualified experts. The mental health promotion strategies for correctional officers must be settled for providing appropriate mental health services to them.

Objectives This study was conducted to derive consensus about physical attributes in pressure pulse waveform and pulse conditions by Delphi study. Methods Delphi research was conducted for 2 rounds via e-mail. 8 Professors who lecture on a diagnostics of K. M. from the society of Korean medicine diagnostics were participated in this survey. They were asked for answering about series of definition for a physical attribute in pressure pulse waveform and combination for physical attributes of pulse conditions. Results 4 survey items were decided to have high validity and 9 survey items were decided to come to consensus about a physical attribute in pressure pulse waveform. 6 pulse condition were decided to come to consensus. Conclusion Using Delphi method, physical attributes in pressure pulse waveform and combinations of physical attribute in pulse condition come to consensus.
