Purpose: This study aimed to identify the effects of preparedness towards delegation, critical thinking disposition, and communicative competence on job satisfaction among comprehensive nursing care service ward nurses and general ward nurses. Methods: The participants in this study were 218 nurses from two university hospitals. Data were collected using self-administered questionnaires and were analyzed using SPSS Statistics/WIN 21.0, including descriptive statistics, x² test, Fisher's exact test, t-test, ANOVA, Scheffeé test, Pearson's correlation coefficient, and multiple linear regression analysis. Results: For comprehensive nursing care service ward nurses, the significant influencing factors on job satisfaction were age (β=-.37, p=.041), marital status (β=.35, p=.001), critical thinking disposition (β=.29, p=.003), and communicative competence (β=.28, p=.002) with the explanatory power was 39.0% (F=12.00, p<.001). On the other hand, for general ward nurses, the significant influencing factors on job satisfaction were advanced degree (β=.29, p=.047), critical thinking disposition (β=.23, p=.040), and communicative competence (β=.42, p<.001) with the explanatory power was 33.0% (F=11.78, p<.001). Conclusion: The results of this study suggest the importance of developing and applying education programs to improve critical thinking disposition and communicative competence of nurses. This would enhance the comprehensive nursing service and increase overall nursing manpower resources. In addition, further studies are needed to improve nursing work environments and to develop strategies for enhancing preparedness towards delegation, which would increase the job satisfaction of nurses in the comprehensive nursing care service wards.

네트워크 이동성 기본 솔루션(NEMO basic solution)의 비 경로 최적화의 문제점을 해결하기 위한 방안 중 하나로 HPD(Hierarchical Prefix Delegation) 프로토콜이 있다. 그러나 HPD는 미시적 이동성에 대한 지원을 하지 못하므로 이동네트워크노드(MNN)가 접촉점을 변경할 때마다 MIPv6 프로토콜에서와 같이 HA(Home Agent)와 통신노드(CNs)로 BU(Binding Update) 메시지를 보내야하는 문제점을 갖는다. 본 논문은 HPD에 HMIPv6 프로토콜 개념을 적용하여 nested MEMO에서의 미시적 이동성을 효과적으로 지원하는 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 이동네트워크노드는 MAP(Mobility Anchor Point) 영역 안에서 위치변경 시 가까운 곳에 위치한 MAP으로만 BU를 보냄으로써 핸드오프 과정에서 발생하는 서비스 중단이나 신호 부하를 감소시켜 HPD에서의 한계를 극복하였다.

임무분리(Separation of Duty) 정책은 위임(Delegation)과 더불어 접근제어 분야에서 중요한 보안 원리중의 하나이다. 기업과 같은 대규모 조직 혹은 정보 시스템에 적합한 것으로 알려진 역할기반 접근제어(RBAC) 모델에서도 역할들간의 임무분리를 지원하는데, 임무분리와 역할계층의 개념사이에서 상호 모순이 발생하고 임무분리와 상관없는 권한들도 제약을 받을 가능성이 있으며, 위임에 의해 임무분리가 침해받을 수 있는 문제점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 역할기반 접근제어 환경에서 접근권한(Permission) 수준의 임무분리 모델을 제안한다. 제안된 모델에서는 임무분리를 역할들 사이에 시정하는 대신 접근권한들의 집합으로 정의하고 역할 활성화 규칙에 의한 권한 활성화 방법을 적용함으로써 기존의 모델의 문제를 해결하고 임무 분리 정책의 구현을 용이하게 하였다.

본 연구에서는 토지수용 관련 보상액 산정과정과 관련한 이해구조를 순차게임모형을 통하여 분석하였다. 우선 공공사업을 추진하는 수용자와 토지를 수용당하는 피수용자 모두가 특정한 조건하에서는 법에서 정하는 정당보상액에 비해서 많은 금액을 보상액으로 책정하고자 하는 유인이 존재할 수 있음을 모형을 통해 도출하였다. 또한 토지수용에 대한 피수용자의 반발 수준을 정하는 모형을 통해 피수용자가 보상금을 더 많이 받기 위해 전략적으로 갈등을 일으킬 유인이 존재함을 보였다. 그리고 이를 통해 과다보상의 문제를 해결하고 정당보상이 이루어지도록 하기 위해서는 수용자와 피수용자가 가지는 인센티브가 보상액 산정에 미치는 영향을 최소화할 필요가 있음을 보였다. 이를 바탕으로 현재의 감정평가제도의 문제점을 살펴보고 관련 제도 개선방향 등을 모색하였다.

오늘날 컴퓨팅 환경은 유비쿼터스로 변화하고 있다. 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경은 사용자들이 언제 어디서나 컴퓨팅 자원에 접근할 수 있는 스마트 공간(Smart space)으로 실현될 것이다. 그러나 스마트 공간내의 자원들에게 사전에 신뢰받지 못한 상태의 사용자들이 안전하게 자원들에 접근하기 위해서는 사용자들과 자원들 사이에 안전한 신뢰 관계를 형성하기 위한 기법이 요구된다. 본 논문에서는 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서의 신뢰 관계 형성을 위하여 기존에 제안된 분산된 신뢰(Distributed trust) 기법의 "악의적 권한 위임"과 "위임권한 취소"에 대한 보안 문제점을 지적하고, 보안성이 개선된 새로운 참여 제어 시스템을 제안한 후 이를 구현한다.

원격 헬스케어(e-Healthcare) 서비스에서 취급되는 의료정보는 개인의 프라이버시를 침해할 수 있으므로 암호화 등의 보안기술 도입이 필수적이다. 민감한 의료정보를 보호하기 위해서 접근 권한을 위임받은 사용자만 데이터에 접근 가능하며 또한, 위임된 접근 권한을 철회하는 기능이 필요하다. 이러한 요구사항에 근거하여 속성기반 암호화가 제안되었다. 본 논문에서는 안전한 원격 헬스케어 서비스를 위해서 의료데이터의 접근 권한에 대한 위임 및 철회기능을 수행할 수 있는 속성기반 암호화를 원격 헬스케어 모니터링 시스템에 적용한다. 그리고 속성기반 암호화를 이용하여 원격 헬스케어 모니터링 시스템을 구성한다. 마지막으로 시스템 이용에 장애가 될 수 있는 사용자간의 공모 공격에 대해서 분석한다.

This study aims to assess the quality of the EU's public diplomacy efforts through social media. Specifically, this research explores the headquarters of European public diplomacy (European External Action Service, EEAS) and its subordinate agent (EU Delegation to South Korea, EUDK). The main research question is "how coherently and effectively does the EU execute public diplomacy strategies in the third countries?'' This study employs both quantitative and qualitative approaches―the former for the results presentation and the latter for the results interpretation. The results are summarized in two points. First, both the EEAS and the EUDK maintained an objective position by posting only neutral perspectives on their social media. Second, the narratives of the main actors were the same, but the main themes were different according to their contexts. The analysis discusses the effectiveness of the EU's strategic narratives by focusing on measuring message reception. Its limited findings were that social media postings could not induce the audiences' active discussion of the EU's diplomatic performances. The conclusion suggests that the EU should identify the expectations from its global counterparts and use these to forge the Union's strategic narratives.

Since building large-scale software is usually bi9 burden to most developers, it has been an important issue for many researchers. In this paper, we suggest a mechanism that can be used to support such large-scale development. Through composition rules via subtyping within Statecharts, incremental construction of software can be achieved. Among the composition rules (i.e. delegation rule and mixin rule), we mainly focus on the delegation rule in our work. Not only we can check the subtype property. but also can verify the behavior compatibility of composite results that are available by composition rules. This new mechanism is helpful for analysts as well as designers, and it can be used as a guideline for incremental and compatible construction of component based software.

본 논문은 공개키 기반구조(PKI-Public Key Infrastructure)에서 중추적인 역할을 담당하는 공개키 인증시스템을 설계하고 구현한다. 본 논문에서는 인증기관의 역할을 수행할 수 있는 공개키 인증시스템의 요구사항 및 특징을 분석하여, 실제 인증 서비스가 제공 가능한 인증과정은 HA및 FA한테 위임하고 설계한다. 인증 구조는 Root CA와 Home agent 및 Foreign agent로 구성되어 있고, 필요할 때 CA은 위임권을 HA나 FA한테 전송한다.
