가청음에 의한 독가시치의 청각 능력 2. 청각 임계비 (The Hearing Ability of the Dusky spinefoot Siganus fuscescens(Houttuyn)to Audible Sound 2. The Auditory Critical Ratio)

  • 이 연구는 제주도 연안에 분포되어 있는 정치망에서 음향 집어기에 의한 어류의 유집에 대한 기초 자료를 제공할 목적으로, 정치망의 주요 어획 대상 어류인 독가시치를 선택하여, 가청 수중음과 전기 자극을 이용하여 음향 조건학습시켰으며, 주파수와 음압을 변화시켜가면서 심전도를 도출하여 심박 간격의 변화로부터 청각 능력을 알아내는 방법을 이용하여, 독가시치의 청각 문턱치 및 청각 임계비를 측정 조사 한 결과 75, 79, 83의 3단계 백색잡음을 방성하였을 때 독가시치의 청각 문턱치는 백색잡음이 없을 때보다 높게 나타나 마스킹 효과가 나타났고, 측정주파수 200Hz, 300Hz에서 보다 뚜렷하게 나타났다. 독가시치의 청각 임계비는 측정주파수 80, 100, 200, 300, 500, 800Hz에서 대략 28, 23, 31, 34, 40, 52dB이고 마스킹 현상은 음압이 약 70dB 이상의 잡음레벨에서 나타나기 시작하였고 측정주파수 100 - 200Hz에서 신호음을 인식하기 위해서는 음압이 대략 98dB이상, 배경잡음레벨보다 약 23dB이상의 높은 음압이 요구되었다.

  • In order to study the shearing characteristics of anti-vibration sheet metal which has been bonded by resin, a blanking die of 40.02mm was manufactured to blank a material and it is used to reduce vibrational noise. The variables employed in this study were 1) Clearance 2) types of stripper plate, and 3) types of the die design technique. These variables were used to study the effects on burr height, diameter of product, and camber height. Lastly, the effect of the position of the rubber during blanking was observed. In the case of burr height from experimental investigation, the push-back die, combined with a movable stripper plate, resulted in the concentration of additional pressure between the cutting edges, meaning the crack initiation was delayed. This result was not affected by lubrication, although appropriate lubrication is preferred to enable a longer lasting die in terms of wear, which results from the presence of adhesive as the sheet metal is blanked. In the comparison of diameter measurement, the push-back die, combined with the back pressure from the knock-out plate showed a favorable precision. The use of the push back die with a fixed stripper plate, with a $4.5\%$ clearance, showed better accuracy in the diameter measurement. For comparing camber height, the push back die resulted in less cambering than the drop-through die. Also, the larger the clearance, the greater was the camber height. Considering experimental results, the shearing of anti-vibrational sheet metal is best achieved when the rubber is laying on the top, blanked with a fixed-stripper plate in a push-back die, with a $4.5\%$ clearance.

  • 엔코더를 사용한 모터의 속도 검출은 저속에서 엔코더의 스텝과 스텝사이의 간격이 넓어서 속도와 회전방향을 정확히 검출하기 어렵다. 따라서 저속에서 좀 더 정확한 속도정보를 얻기위한 여러 가지의 속도추정기술들이 발표되었다. 또한 저속에서는 회전방향의 검출이 속도의 측정만큼이나 중요하다. 그러나 기존의 방향판별회로는 엔코더 펄스 1주기에 1번씩만 방향을 검출하므로 시간지연이 크기때문에 정확한 검출이 힘들다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 각각의 엔코더 펄스의 상승과 하강천이시마다 회전방향을 검출해 엔코더 펄스 1주기에 4번씩 검출할 수 있는 2중천이 검출방식을 제안한다. 그러므로 제안된 회로를 사용하면 기존의 회로보다 검출시간을 1/4로 단축시킬 수 있어 보다 정확한 속도와 회전방향의 검출이 가능하다. 그리고 제안된 회로의 성능과 효과를 시뮬레이션과 실험을 통해 확인하고 기존회로와의 비교를 통해 결과들을 분석한다.

Integrated Navigation System Design of Electro-Optical Tracking System with Time-delay and Scale Factor Error Compensation

  • In order for electro-optical tracking system (EOTS) to have accurate target coordinate, accurate navigation results are required. If an integrated navigation system is configured using an inertial measurement unit (IMU) of EOTS and the vehicle's navigation results, navigation results with high rate can be obtained. Due to the time-delay of the navigation results of the vehicle in the EOTS and scale factor errors of the EOTS IMU in high-speed and high dynamic operation of the vehicle, it is much more difficult to have accurate navigation results. In this paper, an integrated navigation system of EOTS which compensates time-delay and scale factor error is proposed. The proposed integrated navigation system consists of vehicle's navigation system which provides time-delayed navigation results, an EOTS IMU, an inertial navigation system (INS), an augmented Kalman filter and integration Kalman filter. The augmented Kalman filter outputs navigation results, in which the time-delay of the vehicle's navigation results is compensated. The integration Kalman filter estimates position, velocity, attitude error of the EOTS INS and accelerometer bias, accelerometer scale factor error, gyro bias and gyro scale factor error from the difference between the output of the augmented Kalman filter and the navigation result of the EOTS INS. In order to check performance of the proposed integrated navigation system, simulations for output data of a measurement generator and land vehicle experiments were performed. The performance evaluation results show that the proposed integrated navigation system provides more accurate navigation results.

주변 온도환경 변화에 따른 가스 인젝터 성능 변화에 대한 연구 (A Study on Performance Change of Gas Injector with Ambient Temperature Environment)

  • 본 연구에서는 CNG자동차 인젝터의 외부 환경온도에 따른 인젝터의 분사량을 분석하고자 한다. 특히 냉간 시동시와 같은 조건에서 분사량의 변화를 측정하여 저온환경이 가스인젝터 성능에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 하며, 가스 인젝터 내부의 스프링 특성을 다르게 하여 실험을 진행 하였다. 실험 장치는 연료 공급부, 유량 측정부, 온도 챔버와 인젝터 제어부로 구성하였다. 실험결과를 통해 저온환경일수록 가스인젝터의 초기 분사량이 증가하였으며, 스프링길이 증가에 따른 니들의 열리는 시간(무효분사시간)이 지연됨을 확인하였다.

혼-타의 간극 캐비테이션 침식 저감을 위한 실험적 연구 (An Experimental Research on Gap Cavitation Erosion of Semi-spade Rudder)

  • Cavitation related erosion damages on semi-spade rudder generally occur at around leading edge of lower-face and behind gap of lower pintle. To get the idea of gap entrance profile for the latter case, a series of tests with large models has been carried out at MOERI. In the tests, the flow pattern around lower pintle have been investigated and visualized by high speed camera. Additionally, cavitation inception tests and pressure measurements have also been conducted for better comparison. As a result a new model (F rudder) has been developed. The new model turned out to have stable pressure distribution along the surface and so the cavitation inception speeds within ${\pm}5^{\circ}$ of rudder angle were delayed approx. 4 knots in average.

  • Ethylene glycol poisoning can cause profound morbidity and is almost universally fatal if untreated. Central nervous system depression, pulmonary edema, and acute oligulic renal failure with crystalluria are among the most commonly encountered complication of ingestion. Ingestion of ethylene glycol may be an important contributor in patients with metabolic acidosis and subsequent renal failure. The diagnosis of ethylene glycol poisoning is based on nonspecific clinical symptoms and signs and indirect and direct laboratory measurement of ethylene glycol. As a result, diagnosis and treatment sometimes can be delayed. We describe 52-year-old man who visited to emergency department with mental change of unknown origin. The patient has high anion gap metabolic acidosis and renal failure due to ingestion of antifreeze that contained ethylene glycol. We used hemodialysis for elimination technique. The patient was discharged with minimal complication.

스팬방향 슬롯을 가지는 회전익 끝와류의 특성 (Characteristics of Rotor Blade Tip Vortices with Spanwise Slots)

  • The evolutionary structure of tip vortices has been investigated with a two-dimensional LDV system for a plain and a slotted blade, respectively. To analyze the effect of slots which bypasses a part of main stream into the tip face, velocity profiles, vortex sizes, their displacements and turbulence intensities during one revolution of the rotor were measured by the phase averaging process. For the comparison of circumferential velocity components of the plain blade and the slotted blade, the peak values of the slotted blade were lower than those of the plain blade, and axial velocity components of the slotted blade were considerably larger than those of the plain blade. The slotted rotor blade enlarged the core size and made the vortex delayed compared with those of the plain blade at the same wake ages. Turbulence profiles had peaks inside the core radii and decayed gradually in the radial direction of vortex coordinate. Also, using a quasi 3-D LDV measurement technique the budget of turbulence kinetic energy was analyzed in radial direction of the vortex core.

  • 파리기후협약에서 한국은 2030년까지 온실가스 배출전망(BAU) 대비 37% 감축이라는 의욕적인 목표를 제출하였다. 그리고 대응방안의 하나로 지능형 전력망인 스마트 그리드가 제시되었다. 스마트 그리드의 적용되기 위해서는 다양한 분야에 EMS(Energy Management System)가 설치 및 운영되어야 하는데, 수요자의 인식부족과 시스템 ROI의 한계로 보급이 지연되고 있는 상황이다. 따라서 최근에는 설치된 EMS의 효율을 높이기 위한 다양한 데이터 분석과 제어기술이 제시되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 IoT로 수집된 빅데이터를 SARIMA 모델로 분석하여 예측함으로써 공공 스포츠 시설의 에너지 사용량을 절검하여 운영하는 계측제어 알고리듬을 제시한다.

샌드파일 주변지반에서 초기 방사방향 압축에 의한 압밀특성 연구 (A Study on Consolidation Characteristics by Considering the Initial Radial Compression at Sand Pile Adjacent Ground)

  • Consolidation of the ground surrounding the sand piles is delayed by well resistance and smear effect. This study is executed to understand the factors that affect the characteristics of consolidation. This was accomplished by utilizing the estimated and measured values of the soil properties through the monitoring of the ground surrounding the sand piles. When it is assumed that the horizontal coefficient is equal to the vertical coefficient of consolidation, the estimated values is exceedingly similar to the measured values. The properties of the initially disturbed soil by the sand pile installation seemed to improve through the process of consolidation with the passage of time. From the results of the analysis of the settlement measurement, the measured values occurred about 60~90% of the predicted values. Considering the initial radical compression deformation, according to the theory of cavity expansion, the difference between the two appears to be in good agreement. In this study, to understand the behavioral characteristics of the ground surrounding the sand piles requires estimation through considering the initial radial compression as well as smear effect of the soil disturbance and well resistance.
