The Modification of Stress-Strain Properties of KOCC by the Mechanical Means

  • The stress and strain properties of KOCC were modified to improve the performance of KOCC as a packaging raw material. The refining consistency, refining degree, blending conditions and the grammage of handsheet were varied. The stress-strain properties, tensile energy absorption were measured. The refining improved significantly the stress and strain properties of paper, especially at lower refining consistency. The increase of grammage also contributed to the improvement in the stress and strain of paper. It was also found that the refining, blending and grammage contributed to the increase of tensile energy absorption. However, it is strongly recommended to apply the combination of refining consistency, refining degree and mechanical treatment(blending).

아동영문어휘책에 제시된 그림과 문자의 사용에 대한 분석 (Analysis on the Use of Picture and Letter Used in the Books of English Vocabulary for Children)

  • 본 논문은 현재 출간된 아동영문어휘책의 현황분석을 통해 그림과 문자의 관계적 속성을 이해하고 사용자인 아동을 고려해 시각적 심상을 얼마나 잘 활용하고 있는가를 파악하고자 하였다. 이에 아동영문어휘책에 사용된 그림의 유형과 그림의 활용도, 그림과 문자의 결합 형태, 그림과 문자와의 의미일치도 정도를 살펴보았다. 분석결과 그림의 활용도는 일러스트, 만화, 일러스트와 만화의 혼용 순으로 전반적으로 높은 것으로 나타났다. 그림과 문자의 결합 형태에서는 그림+어휘형, 일러스트가 없는 문자형, 그림문자형 순으로 나타났다. 특히나 그림과 문자의 의미일치도가 높을수록 학습에 효과적인데 반해 의미일치도는 전반적으로 낮게 나타났다. 의미일치도가 높게 나타난 5개의 그룹 중 그림문자형이 가장 높은 결합형태 빈도를 보이고 있었다. 따라서 현재 출간된 아동영문어휘책에 나타난 그림과 문자의 제시형태는 비슷한 형태로 출판사별로 출간되고 있음을 알 수 있었고 아동의 다양한 수준을 바탕으로 한 효과적인 디자인연구가 필요하다고 보아진다.

  • Formation which is one of the most fundamental characteristic of paper quality is affected by a number of variables. Fiber flocculation in the headbox has been recognized as the most important variable influencing formation. Consistency and crowding number of headbox stock are known to represent the flocculation potential of stocks. The effects of consistency and crowding number on paper formation were studied by measuring the flocculation of fiber suspensions. Increasing consistency increased the degree of fiber flocculation. Especially the consistency of long fiber fraction was the most crucial factor of flocculation. Tensile strength of handsheets was furnish dependent rather than flocculation dependent. Crowding number of a furnish can be used for the characterization of stock flocculation.

  • Objectives: This paper was for studying the constitutional differences between questionnaire and clinical diagnosis, and to be helpful to make a diagnosis Sasang constitution. Using the result of this study, it will be helpful to diagnose a Sasang constitution. Methods: There were 331 patients(135 men and 196 women) who answered questionnaire and were diagnosed by the Sasang constitution specialist at constitutional clinic of Dongguk Bundang Oriental Hospital. Using the response of questionnaire and several statistical techniques, we tried to find the characteristics of questionnaire response among each constitution and consistency between questionnaire and clinical diagnosis. Results: As a result of the analysis of the consistency between clinical diagnosis and questionnaire, the consistency was low degree(kappa value = 0.320) and Taeumin and Soeumin had more consistency than Soyangin.

  • The most widely used models to study the quality of service are the SERVQUAL and SERVPERF models that measure service mechanisms. This paper is to estimate service efficiency and consistency for Retail Industry. We tried to measure the service quality and overall satisfaction by using DEA and PCI, degree of combination and top2box which is a little bit different methodology from traditional ones. Rather than using the usual method of converting the service quality index by mean value, the Service Efficiency Index(SEI) and Service Quality Consistency Index(SQCI) are used to measure the efficiency and consistency level, which in turn can be used as the new service quality indices. The result of SEI and SQCI show the efficiency frontier in retail industry that 6 DMUs are analyzed relative efficient DMUs, 12DMUs are inefficient DMUs and retail Industry consistency level appeared low(0.35-0.47) Also, there is a significant difference in terms of efficiency and consistency in the each retail industry. Finally, we showed the summarized result as the Effi-Con Matrix.

쌀 gel consistency의 품종 및 환경변이 (Varietal and Environmental Variation of Gel Consistency of Rice Flour)

  • Gel consistancy의 재배환경에 따른 변이정도를 밝히기 위하여 국내 재배품종과 육성 중인 계통을 1988년부터 1992년 걸쳐 재배시기를 달리하거나 질소비료수준을 달리하여 재배, 수확한 뒤 gel consistency를 조사하였다. 1. 품종간 gel consistency의 변이정도는 상당히 켰고 공시 품종수의 85%정도가 60-100mm의 gel길이 를 보여 soft에 속하였다. 2. 자포니카 품종의 gel길이 평균치가 통일형 품종의 평균치보다 켰으며 공시한 찰벼 품종의 gel 길이는 모두 최대 값인 100mm에 가까왔다. 3. 연차변이가 작게 나타나는 품종과 크게 나타나는 품종들이 있으나 이것이 품종간 차이를 크게 뒤 바꾸지는 않았다. 4. Gel길이가 아주 길거나 아주 짧은 품종은 파종기에 따른 변이가 거의 없었으나 일부 인디카형품종은 파종기가 늦어 질수록 gel길이가 다소 짧아졌다. 5. 재배품종과 육성중인 계통의 gel consistency 는 질소시비량 따른 큰 변이를 보이지 않았으나 일부 품종은 질소시비량이 많아질수록 gel 길이가 다소 짧아졌다.

  • 동진 품종의 현미를 2분도미, 5분도미, 7분도미로 도정하여, 도정도에 따른 쌀의 수화와 쌀가루의 이화학적 성질 및 호화 특성을 조사하였다. 쌀의 도정도가 증가하면 일반성분 중에서 단백질, 회분, 지방질, 섬유소의 함량이 감소되고, 쌀의 수분 증가량은 감소되고 SEM으로 관찰하였을 때 틈이 점점 현저하였다. 도정도가 증가할수록 쌀가루의 물결합능력, 팽윤력과 용해도는 증가하였다. 아밀로그람에서의 초기 호화온도는 도정도가 증가할수록 낮아졌고 최고점도, breakdown과 consistency는 높아졌다.
