Objective : The circadian pattern of the onset time of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage (aSAH) has been reported by various authors. However, the effect of the degree of physical exertion on the circadian pattern has not been studied in detail. Therefore, we conducted this study to investigate the effect of physical exertion on the circadian pattern of aSAH. Methods : Of the 335 patients presenting with aSAH from January 2012 to December 2017, 234 patients with identifiable onset time and metabolic equivalent (MET) values were enrolled. The onset time of aSAH was divided into 4-hour intervals. The patient's physical exertion was then assessed on a scale between 1 and 8 METs using generally accepted MET values, and categorized into two groups-light exertion (1 to 4 METs) and moderate to heavy exertion (5 to 8 METs)-to determine the effect of the degree of physical exertion on the onset time distribution of aSAH. Multivariate analysis was used to calculate the odds ratio (OR) between the two groups to determine the effect of the degree of physical exertion on each set of time periods. Results : There was a definite bimodal onset pattern that peaked at 08:00-12:00 hours followed by 16:00-20:00 hours (p<0.001). MET values at all time intervals were found to be significantly higher than the night time (00:00-04:00 hours) values (p<0.031). The MET value distribution showed a unimodal pattern that slightly differed from the bimodal distribution of the onset time of aSAH. There were no significant differences in the ORs of each time interval according to the degree of the MET value. Conclusion : This study reaffirmed that aSAH occurs in a bimodal pattern, especially showing the highest prevalence in the morning. Although aSAH could be related to daily activity, there were no significant changes in diurnal variations affected by the degree of physical exertion.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the needs of educators, learners and parents in elementary schools for implementing a systematic nutrition education program by nutrition teachers to begin in 2006. The subjects were 833 dietitians, 808 principals, 3,141 teachers, 7,577 students and 6,003 parents in elementary schools. A fairly large proportion of the principals (98.4%), teachers (95.5%), parents (96.6%) and students (62.8%) responded that nutrition education is urgently needed. Every dietitian, principal and teacher has recognized that for the enforcement of a nutrition program in the future, the placement of one nutrition teacher in every school is needed without a moment's delay. Many subjects responded that elementary low grades are the most proper time for nutrition education for students and it is also needed to extend this not only to students, but also parents and teachers who have a direct influence on them. In the education hour, they responded that it is proper one hour a month for teachers and one hour a week for students. Fifty-six percent of dietitians, 58.3% of principals and 67.0% of teachers responded that the best educational way to heighten the effect of nutrition education was education through discretional activities. It was found that 46.4% of students have wanted nutrition education to be enforced during special activities. Education through their school homepage or in-school broadcasting system, while it has been most utilized, was low in a degree of preference with 10.9%. In regards to a nutrition program, principals and parents have attached much importance to the dining etiquette, dietary attitudes, and relations of foodstuffs with health, while dietitians and teachers have made much of a balanced eating habit, and the relations of dietary life with health. Finally, for a nutrition program to be enforced towards a direction that the educators and students want, it is judged that first of all the role of nutrition teachers is the most important, furthermore the support of manpower and the budget should be made.

In order to investigate the effect of Panax ginseng extract and it's degree in mucociliary change of mice nasal septum epithelia exposured to sulfur dioxide, 96 ICR male mice were used. They were at first divided the 4th week, the 8th week or the 16th week groups according to the age after birth and 6 hour or 12 hour groups according to the $SO_2$ gas exposured hour in a day, and at control, 50mg, 100mg and 200mg injection groups according to the dosage of the freeze-drying powder of the ginseng extract which was injected into the mouse peritoneal cavities in the condition of the solution solved with physiological saline solution. Each subgroups which were divided finaly included 4 male mice. The histological tissue sections for observation were made from nasal septum, posterior nasal orfice and trachea. The results obtained by experiments were summarized as followings. 1. The loss of the nasal mucosa epithelial cilia of the mouse exponsure to the $SO_2$ gas after ginseng extract injection was apparently diminish eompare to those exposured only $SO_2$ gas without pretreatment of ginseng extract (p<0.01). 2. The inhibition effect for the loss of nasal mucocilia according to the ginseng extract dosages not found in this research (p>0.05). 3. There were differences in the loss of nasal mucosa cilia according to the $SO_2$ gas exposure time between the control group and ginseng extract pretreatment group (p<0.01). 4. According to the increase of the postnatal time, there were remarkable differences between the control group and the ginseng extract pretreatment groups in the loss of nasal mucosa cilia (p<0.01). 5. Ciliary changes of the posterior nasal orifice and trachea according to the $SO_2$ gas exposure time, mice age and ginseng dosages, were not dearly observed in this light microscopical observation.

To follow in change and the development which circumference environment of education are quick even from scene of education students form the structure of knowledge themselves, the place where own lead studying of personal small group studying is emphasized, here upon specialist learning activity there is a wild possibility in the model which is suitable. But, studying of the learning paper was most center mainly the specialist learning activity of existing, it solves a learning problem at unit hour to, the hour was too insufficient to solve and it became plentifully at block time. But, this is to the curriculum operation and or the schedule operation it is when trying to consider the intensive degree of learning the elementary student, a problem point there is. It grasps the strong point and a weak point of specialist learning activity model of existing from the research which consequently, it sees and it applies more efficiently from web base study to establish the instructional strategy for, it composed the modules which strengthen the interaction of learning subject for. Also, unit macro learning and block time learning in order to do to become accomplished at web with studying problem, it will be able to solve inside unit hour in order, specialist teaching-learning system based on the web. It developed, after applied in the electrification S elementary school 5 grades which will reach the result, it analyzed.
This study is an analysis of auditor's response to audit risk. Specifically, audit risk is measured by the amount of correction of the current financial statements, and auditor's response is measured by the rate of change of audit hour in next auditing. The amount of correction can be viewed as audit risk recognized by auditor because the degree of auditor's correction will increase as the company's financial statement preparation ability is lower or the profit management amount is larger. Auditor's response is measured as the rate of change of audit hour because audit risk would be incorporated in audit plan. Although auditing is performed by a team, auditor's response would differ depending on their roles. It is expected the leaders who establish the audit plan and manage the audit quality would respond more sensitively to audit risk than the other auditors. The results show that when the amount of correction is greater than a certain level, auditors recognize it as audit risk and increase total(and leaders') audit hour in next year audit.
There have been 3E problems of energy, economy and environment since the earth has its history. Especially, as the industrial society is highly developing, human need in daily life has also changed drastically. With the introduction of 40 hour working week system, more households enjoy picnics on weekends. More gas accidents take place on Saturdays and on Sundays than any other days of week. Consequently, this study tries to find out the influence of flame caused by the explosion of butane canister on the adjacent combustibles and people by simulating relevant quantity of TNT. In addition, the damage estimation was conducted by using API regulations. If the scale of the radiation heat is known by calculating the distance of flame influence from the explosion site, the damage from the site can be easily estimated. And the accident damage was estimated by applying the influence on the adjacent structures and people into the PROBIT model. According to the pro bit analyze, the spot which is 50cm away from the flame has 97% of the damage probability by the first-degree burn, 8% of the damage probability by the second-degree burn and 4% of the death probability by the fire.

The researches on driver assistance systems that can prevent an accident have been actively performed due to social issues of traffic accidents with development of vehicle industry in recent. It is required for researchers to develope systems which assist driver's perception and judgment when considering that over 70% of traffic accidents occur by drivers' carelessness and 75% of the total accidents occur at the speed of less 29km per hour. In this paper, we implemented a front and rear vehicle monitoring system that monitors distance in real-time from a vehicle to obstacles at the low-speed or back-ward driving. The implemented system consists of a high angle ultrasonic sensor with distance detection of 10m and 10-degree angle, a wide angle ultrasonic sensor with the detection distance of 3m and a 180-degree, and a ATmega128 chip of ATmel company.
The purpose of the present study was aimed to identify dish items applicable in developing dish?based food frequency questionnaire (DFFQ) for a hypertension study of Koreans. The 24-hour recall data of 4,401 subjects aged $20{\sim}65$ years from the 2001 Korean National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey were used for the analysis. Logistic regression model was used to identify the nutrient related with hypertension. Energy, fiber, sodium, calcium, carotene, vitamin B1 and vitamin C were associated with hypertension. Selection the top 30 dish items for these seven nutrients was performed based on their degree of contribution in supplying nutrients in terms of the cumulative percent contribution (cPC), as well as on their degree of explanation for between?person variation, in terms of the cumulative regression coefficient (cMRC). Rice supplied 43% of total energy consumption. Korean cabbage and radish kimchi were two major sources of sodium and it also covered the 27% of between person variation of sodium intake. Soybean paste soup and single item of orange?colored fruits supplied 43% of total vitamin C intake for Koreans and it covered the almost 79% of between person variation among the Korean population. Korean cabbage kimchi was the major source of fiber, calcium, sodium, carotene, and vitamin C for Koreans. In summary, the top 30 selected dish items supplying the 78% to 89% of the 7 nutrients. Those items also covered the 79% to 94% of between person variation of the 7 nutrients consumption. Therefore, the selected 30 dish items in each categories of nutrient could be applicable in developing dish based food frequency questionnaire for hypertension study.
Alpha-lipoic acid (ALA) synthesized in the body has virtues such as anti-oxidation, blood sugar regulation, appetite suppression, and anti-obesity, etc. ALA, which is also used as a drug, has a five-membered ring including disulfide and so easily losses bioavailability due to ring opening and subsequent polymerization by heat or ultraviolet. This report studies various conditions for ring opening polymerization. The ring opening starts above the melting point of ALA, but there was no temperature dependence above it. At $70^{\circ}C$, the degree of ring opening was proportional to reaction time and inversely proportional concentration. The degree of ring opening in acetic acid with UV for 1 hour reached the maximum conversion (70%). Most cleaved ALA changed into disulfide polymers, and the molecular weight of the polymers increased as the amount of ring opening increased.
