오늘날 정보검색(情報檢索)시스팀의 대표적(代表的)인 한 유형(類型)으로서 널리 보급(普及)되어 운영(運營)되고 있는 SDI(Selective Dissemination of Information)시스팀에 관(關)하여 기술(記述)하였다. 이것은 컴퓨터기술(技術)의 정보검색(情報檢索)에의 응용(應用)으로서 이용자(利用者)의 요구주제(要求主題)에 부합(符合)되는 문헌(文獻)을 검색(檢索)하기 위하여 색인어(索引語)와 일치(一致)(match) 되는 문헌(文獻)을 탐색(探索)하는데 이용(利用)되는 시스팀을 설명(說明)하기 위해 자주 쓰여지는 용어(用語)이다. SDI시스팀을 개발(開發)한 "Luhn"이 최초(最初)로 그 개념(槪念)을 발표(發表)한 이래(以來) 지금까지 개발(開發)되어온 각종(各種)의 SDI시스팀들을 조사(調査) 비교(比較)하고, 이 시스팀들의 발전단계(發展段階), 구성(構成) 및 특성(特性)과 시스팀 설계(設計)에 관(關)한 제문제점등(諸問題點等)에 대(對)해서도 분석(分析) 조사(調査)하였다.

As environmental concerns including climate change drive the strong regulations for car exhaust emissions, electric vehicles attract the public eye. The purpose of this study is to identify rural areas vulnerable for charging infrastructures based on the spatial distributions of the current gas stations and provide the target dissemination rates for promoting electric cars. In addition, we develop various scenarios for finding optimal way to expand the charging infrastructures through the administrative districts data including 11,677 gas stations, the number of whole national gas stations. Gas stations for charging infrastructures are randomly selected using the Monte Carlo Simulation (MCS) method. Evaluation criteria for vulnerability assessment include five considering the characteristic of rural areas. The optimal penetration rate is determined to 21% in rural areas considering dissemination efficiency. To reduce the vulnerability, the charging systems should be strategically installed in rural areas considering geographical characteristics and regional EV demands.

휴대 장치용 개인 무선 통신 기술로서의 블루투스(Bluetooth)는 저전력 저비용의 장점을 가진 IEEE 802.15 계열 WPAN(Wireless Personal Area Network) 기술의 대표적인 예로서 많이 사용되고 있으나 매우 제한된 통신 범위로 인해 넓은 지역에 분포되어 있는 사용자간의 네트워크 구성이 어려운 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 사용자의 움직임을 이용하여 인프라(infra)가 없이도 넓은 지역에 분포되어 있는 구성원 간 모바일 소셜네트워크 시스템(Mobile Social Network System, SNS)을 구축할 수 있는 방안을 모색한다. 또한 SNS 환경에서 사용자 움직임 기반 정보확산 기법의 효율성을 검증하기 위하여 실제로 블루마켓 응용을 구현하였다.

Solar energy is one of the most promising energy resources in the future. For the application and dissemination of solar energy technologies in various fields, reliable data sets of solar irradiation are needed for engineers, researchers, businessmen, and policy makers. Global horizontal solar radiation is needed for the use of flat plate collector, solar domestic hot water system, photovoltaic devices and passive systems like green house. In many countries, solar radiation data accumulated for more then 40 or 50 years and typical weather data are published with average of more then 30 years. In Korea, those global total radiations are measured for about 30 years. With the connections of computer network, measured data could be transmitted to the central control system at key station through Ethernet lines. The data acquisition systems are connected to be automatically controlled by the monitoring network. Global horizontal solar radiation data 16 locations were measured and averaged from 1982 to 2008.

The Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite (GOES) 9, which is currently located at 155°E geostationary orbits, has transmitted earth observation data acquired by imager to CDA at NOAA. After the acquisition on ground, observation data are corrected on ground and re-transmitted to GOES-9 for the dissemination to users. In this paper, the procedure and result from raw data acquisition and pre-processing for earth observation imagery retrieval from GOES-9 Raw data acquired in Korea at May 2005 are introduced.
