This study aims to analyze and confirm brand awareness' role in influencing the repurchase intention both directly and indirectly on customer satisfaction variables and repurchase intention variables. The contribution brought by this study is to reflect manifest variables such as recall, purchase, and consumption. The number of respondents in this study was 200 samples using the online survey data collection method (Google form), while the research approach is quantitative explanatory. The data analysis test tools include the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) approach with AMOS as a statistical data analysis software and Sobel test to indirectly test the relationship. This study consists of four hypotheses, of which three hypotheses are positively and significantly related (brand awareness on repurchase intention, brand awareness on customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction on repurchase intention). Results - The expertise, trustworthiness, attractiveness and toughness exert positive impacts on athlete identification. Transgression affects negatively athlete identification and athlete endorsement. This research confirmed results of previous studies. Respondents, who had purchased eco-friendly fashion items at least once, were selected using convenience sampling through the online survey from March $20^{th}$ to $30^{th}$ in 2013. The collected materials were analyzed by frequency analysis, factor analysis, t-test and multi-regression using SPSS 19.0 software. Through the result of statistical analysis, it is found that environmental knowledge has three dimensions; natural environmental knowledge, urbanized environmental knowledge, environmental pollution knowledge. Also the effects of environmental knowledge on eco-friendly attitude are significant and eco-friendly attitude has influence on eco-friendly fashion products purchase behavior. Eco-friendly attitude had an effect word of mouth intention. In addition, there are notable differences in environmental knowledge, eco-friendly attitude and purchase intention depending on fashion consumer's age. The results of this study will provide useful information for both eco-friendly customer management and fashion marketing strategies. In this study investigated what buyers want and expect from medical equipment industry. In this study we found as fellows, (a) The quality of instrument is the most important factors that lead to customer purchase intent and brand image follwed by reliability and efficiency in order; (b) Customers perception of company did not show any meaningful relationship with brand image suggesting company positive image perceived by the customers would not necessarily have a positive impact on brand image. Rather, if brand image customer perceived gets higher, considerably higher purchase intention was observed. Therefore, the findings from the present study suggest that medical instrument manufactures need to focus more on providing a long-term high quality of service marketing strategy to increase customer satisfaction and purchase intent in this competitive business environment.

With this in mind, the researchers take a look at the influences of such features of shopping malls on the web as the quality of the system, customer-support service, shopping-mall perception and security, the users' propensity to pursue pleasure and pragmatic interest on shopping intention. The study shows that all the variables suggested here have an influence on the purchase intent of Internet shopping-mall users. Trust is one of the most important aspects of the relationship between retailers and consumers in e-commerce. Users may have concerns about transaction security or personal information leakage when they engage in transactions over the Internet. It can be difficult to attract customers if the retailers or service providers cannot establish trust with their customers. There have been many studies of trust-building mechanisms between customers and e-storefronts. However, little work has been done on identifying the relationships between customer satisfaction, purchase intention, and trust. In addition, trust building occurs in the pre- and post-purchase phases of an e-commerce transaction, as well as gradually over repeated transactions. Thus we distinguish between cue-based trust and experience-based trust. The objective of this study was to explain the impact of trust on customer satisfaction and purchase intention in relation to e-commerce sites from the perspective of a multi-dimensional concept of trust. We surveyed 350 undergraduate students and obtained 331 responses for analysis. The result of our analysis showed that cue-based trust has a positive relationship with trust based on experience. Although the two concepts of trust have positive relationships with satisfaction, the path coefficient of trust based on experience was higher than that of cue-based trust. In addition, the purchase intention mediates the relationship between cue-based trust and experience-based trust.
