A Preferred Skin Color by Korean Female in the Age between 30s~40s (30 ~ 40대 한국여성이 선호하는 피부색에 대한 연구)

  • The skin is an organ that covers the outside of the human body. And it regulates body temperature, performs sensory function, deliveries the drug, and represents the abnormality of the internal organs. For these reasons, people have been expressing the condition of the body based on the state of the skin of the face to detect sign of health, "you look well", "face with vitality". Depending on the degree of aging and the environment, it is a fact that skin color, skin texture, moisture and firmness could be different. In particular, the color of the skin acts as a factor that affects to determine the subjective impression such as beauty and charm. We could expect consumer's demand through the market of whitening cosmetics and skin treatment. However, existing most of the cosmetics focus on improving whiteness. The number of studies that focused on skin color is not enough. In this study, we found out the skin color condition by carrying out surveys of 100 women between 30s and 40s. Our study would be very useful to develop new cosmetic products and to satisfy customer's needs.

A Study on Improvement in Gas Safety Management System for Decreasing Gas Accident (가스사고 감소를 위한 가스아전관리체계 개선에 관한 연구)

  • Safety management was divided by the competent authorities supplier, and customer with responsibility and authority. Gas accident were caused by treatment problem on the supplier and user, on technical and use management mater, on facilities and goods, and included problem with gas safety connection system. Especially, the big accident of the inside and outside of the country occurred during recent year was newly recognized with the whole society about safety. This study is present standard application plan of each department to use planning gas technical standard and gas utilization standard of introduction model than statute for change of self-regulation management system and complicated regulation of examination center and order.

  • 현대 복지국가에서는 의료와 교육 분야에 대해 지대한 관심을 가지고 있다. 이런 측면에서 유럽 및 미국 등에서는 특히 의료분야에 대해 정부가 직접 운영하는 비율이 높고 또한 각종 조세특례를 통해 민간을 지원하고 있다. 이 점에서 이 논문에서는 우리나라가 의료기관에 대한 조세체계와 조세특례를 어떻게 개선해야 할 것인가에 대해 연구하였다. 이 연구결과 의료기관에 대한 조세체계 및 조세특례제도에 대한 개선방안으로 여러 가지를 제시하고 있으나, 주요골간은 첫째, 우리나라의 경우 의료법인을 의료법에서는 비영리법인으로 보고 있으나 세법에서는 기본적으로 영리사업으로 보아 과세하는 것을 원칙으로 하고 조세특례규정은 아주 제한적으로 인정하고 있어, 의료서비스의 질적 향상에 도움을 주고 있지 못하므로 이를 개선하고, 둘째, 교육과 의료는 중요한 공공재로서 정부가 대등한 입장에서 정책을 수립하여야 함에도 차등 과세되고 있는 점을 개선할 필요가 있으며, 셋째, 같은 의료서비스에 대해서 운영주체에 따라 각종 조세특례를 다르게 규정해서는 안된다는 점을 지적하였다.

Softwarization of Cloud-based Real-Time Broadcast Channel System

  • In this paper, we propose the softwareization of broadcasting system. Recently, the topic of industry is the fourth industrial revolution. The fourth industrial revolution is evolving from physical to virtualization. The Industrial Revolution is based on IT technology. Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data, and the Internet of Things, which are famous for Alpha Go, are based on software. Among IT, software is the main driver of industrial terrain change. The systemization of software on the basis of cloud environment is proceeding rapidly. System development through softwarization can reduce time to market lead time, hardware cost reduction and manual operation compared to existing hardware system. By developing and implementing broadcasting system such as IPTV based on cloud, lead time for opening service compared to existing hardware system can be shortened by more than 90% and investment cost can be saved by about 40%. In addition, the area of the system can be reduced by 50%. In addition, efficiency can be improved between infrastructures, shortening of trouble handling and ease of maintenance. Finally, we can improve customer experience through rapid service opening.

  • As the LCD fabrication factories (Fab) are highly capital-intensive and the markets are very competitive, it is an essential requirement of operational management to achieve full-capacity production while meeting customer demands on time. In a typical LCD Fab, medium-term schedules such as release plans and production plans are critical to achieve the goal of full-capacity production and on-time delivery. Presented in this paper is a framework for weekly planning system generating medium-term schedules using a finite-capacity planning method. Also this paper presents a release planning method applying capacityfiltering algorithm, especially backward capacity-filtering procedure, which is one of the finite-capacity planning methods. In addition, performance analyses using actual data of a TFT-LCD Fab show that the proposed method is superior to existing methods or commercial S/W products generating release plans.

Simulation Study for Performance Measures of Resources in a Port Container Terminal

  • In order to measure the performance of resources in a port container terminal, we conducted a state transition network simulation to model various equipment processes. The processes that container cranes and transfer cranes perform are idle, wait, move, and work. Vehicles perform idle, wait, empty travel, and full travel. Because cranes, vehicles, and vessels are movable entities and all equipment is classified as either a customer or server, we separated the various stages of the process based upon the state transition network To validate the simulation results, a real system was used to illustrate the use of various measurements using the state transition network.

  • A CRU (Customer Remote Unit) for KODAS(Korea Distribution Automatic System) is presented in the paper. This equipment works as a terminal unit for the Load Control and the AMR(Automatic Meter Reading). It is composed of control, drive, input, display, and communication parts. A CRU calculates and memorizes the active power, time-of-use, and demand by the pulse from watthour meter for AMR. It also transfers the data to Center Control System. It can measure current, voltage, and power factor by adding the simple circuit. For load control, It receives the necessary informations such as the load control periods, modes, and time intervals. It controls the load until the stopping commad comes. The system reliability has been proved using a prototype.

  • This paper presents an integrated order scheduling method with the improved DRP concept for multi-echelon distribution system that has the constraint of limited production capacity of producers. The proposed method reflects the dynamic characteristics of inventory level changes in the regional and central distribution center. The simulation is done with two models : the traditional DRP method and the proposed method presented in this paper. From the results, the latter is more efficient than the former in cost, customer's service level as well as balanced production load on each producer.

  • Nowadays, mobile is one of the leading technique fields. So when the company considers adapting CRM$^1$ through using mobile, the company can establish customer's satisfaction more efficiently. However, it hasn't been much studied in this filed of mobile although there has been remarkable advancement research on the technical area. When it comes to CRM in Korea, CBM is developed at the world status on the technique as well as service. And companies are realizing the importance of emerging customers market on their market strategy, so they are trying to attract new customers and also fasten loyal customers. This research will make us foresee and follow m-CRM trend and also give the companies how companies make a module appropriately for their strategy towards m-CRM$^2$.
