평판형 와전류 표준 시험편의 개발 및 교정 (Development and Calibration of a Plate Type Eddy Current Standard)

  • 절대형 와전류 탐촉자 인증 시험에 사용되는 인공 결함이 포함된 와전류 표준 시편을 개발하였다. 개발된 표준 시편은 ASTM E 1629에서 규정한 전기 전도도를 지니고 인공 결함을 포함하며 전체 형상과 규격, 인공 결함의 규격을 만족한다. 인공 결함의 규격은 너비 0.1 mm, 깊이 0.5 mm이다. 이 인공 결함은 기존에는 양 측 끝단만 측정이 가능하고 중간 부위의 측정이 불가능하여 가운데 부위의 인증이 불가능하였으나 초음파 기술을 적용하는 새로운 방법을 도입하여 $15\;{\mu}m$ 정도의 불확도로 측정을 하여 교정이 가능하도록 하였다.

  • Current standard for T-DMB Automatic Emergency Alert Service(AEAS) contains controversial problems in service signaling. In this paper, we first describe two important characteristics of AEAS which hinder normal MCI service signaling: Common Service and Aperiodic Service. Next, we propose four method to overcome the problems, followed by the characteristics of each method. In this analysis, current T-DMB standard, the broadcasting system, and receivers are the major player to decide the optimum service signaling method. This analysis will be also applied to the design of transmission standard for other media such as cable, satellite, the Internet, etc.

Fabrication of 2.5 Gbps Burst-mode Receiver and its Full Compliance to GPON

  • In the current GPON market and standard, the line bit rate requirement is changing from 1.25 Gbps to 2.5 Gbps. We fabricate a 2.5 Gbps burst-mode receiver with commercially available blocks and optimize it with an APD bias control. A burst-mode measurement setup is made for the full compliance test with the GPON standard. The device meets the partially defined 2.5 Gbps specs in the current ITU G.984.2 standard, also, supports 1.25 Gbps specs for the coexistence issue in an access network. The full-compliant measurement values can be used as a guideline for fixing "for further study" specs in the current GPON standard at 2.5 Gbps.

  • Standard current transformer(CT) with the nominal ratio errors in the range of - 10 % to + 10 % has been developed. Linearity of the CT ratio error measuring system (CT comparator) has been tested by using wide ratio error standard current transformer(WRE CT). The developed WRE CT can be used to evaluate the linearity of the CT comparator by comparing both the theoretical values and experimental values of the WRE CT. The developed method has been successfully applied for calibration and correction in the CT comparator belonging to industry.

대학수학능력시험 점수산정시스템의 품질 제고를 위한 연구 (A Study on the Quality Improvement of College Scholastic Ability Test Scoring System)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to analyze the score data released by the Korea Institute of Curriculum and Evaluation to find out the problems with the current scoring system provided by the College Scholastic Ability Test and to suggest improvement measures to solve these problems. Methods: We calculated the descriptive statistics of the standard scores using the frequency distribution table of the standard scores and identified the characteristics of the standard scores by expressing the distribution as a graph. Also, we developed an index to evaluate whether each stanine level was stably assigned and calculated the indexes for each area/subject by using the data on the number of examinees for each level. Results: We found that the relationship of conversion from raw scores to integerized standard scores is different depending on the size of the standard deviation of the raw scores, and identified the problem that the raw score information is not fairly reflected in the calculation of the percentile and level as the two raw scores are converted to one standard score. This problem can be solved by calculating the standard score to a decimal point. Conclusion: In this study, as a way to improve the quality of the scores of the current CSAT, the standard score and percentile decimal notation, the specific regulations of the standard score and stanine level calculation method, and the expansion of the open range of the scores were suggested.

  • There are the national science and technology standard classification system used in Korea, the classification according to the standard classification system for educational organization units, and the Korean standard education classification by the National Statistical Office. It is not suitable for calculation or evaluation, and classification is still mixed depending on the purpose of use. Therefore, in this study, the current status of academic standard classification, issues related to the standard classification system such as research foundation associations and research institutes, and issues related to the academic standard classification through the analysis of existing prior research issues, etc. As a result of the research, first, it is necessary to maintain and strengthen the linkage of the academic classification system, such as maintaining the linkage between the relevant departmental classification systems and strengthening the linkage with the relevant classification system, as a result of analysis of major issues in the academic standard classification system, and the systematic improvement cycle of the revision process and management system and settings are required.

A Study on the Quantified Point System for Designation of Personal Identity Proofing Service Provider based on Resident Registration Number

  • In this paper, we propose to improve the designation examination criteria of agencies that provide personal identity proofing based on the resident registration number (RRN), a 13-digit number uniquely assigned by the government to identify Korean citizens. In online commerce, etc., the personal identity proofing agency (PIPA) is a place where online users can prove their personal identity by presenting an alternative means instead of their RRN. The designation examination criteria for PIPAs established in 2012 is a revision of the relevant current laws, and there is a problem in applying the designation examination for alternative means of RRN as the current examination standard. Therefore, in this paper, we propose a method to make the current examination criteria applicable to the newly designated examination of the personal identity proofing service provider based on the current RRN alternative method. According to the current designation examination criteria, only those who satisfy all the examination criteria are designated as the PIPA. However, in reality, it is not in line with the purpose of regulatory reform to require that all examination criteria be satisfied. In the proposed method, it is proposed to apply the standard score system for designation of PIPAs, to make the law current, to secure legal compliance, and to establish a new examination standard to provide a new alternative means of personal identity proofing service. By applying the proposed method to the PIPA designation examination, various alternative means of RRN can be utilized in the online commerce service market.

표준편차와 확률분포를 이용한 모의전기설비에서 사고징후 검출 (Detection of Indication of Electric Accident in Simulated Electric Equipments Using Standard Deviation and Probability Distribution)

  • 본 논문은 전기설비에서 사고 발생 징후를 검출하기 위한 방법을 기술하고 있다. 실험을 위해 전기설비의 부하는 백열전구로 구성하였고, 사고는 전기설비의 일부에 KS C IEC(Korea Standard C International Electrostatic Commission) 60112에 따른 내트래킹 시험장치를 연결하여 모의되었다. 모의사고는 정상상태에서 방전진전과 탄화형성 과정을 거쳐 트래킹파괴에 이르게 된다. 전기설비로부터 사고 징후 검출을 위해 전류 모니터를 이용하여 전기설비 전체의 전류를 측정하고 이를 분석하였다. 그 결과, 전류 파형의 특정 영역에서 사고의 진행 정도가 클수록 전류 펄스의 크기가 커지고, 발생 빈도도 증가하였다. 특히 전류파형에 대한 표준편차와 확률분포는 부하의 수와 무관하게 사고단계별로 뚜렷한 차이를 보였다.

  • This study examined the following: accuracy of the exposure conditions in the inverter device and three-phase device; output waveform over the exposure conditions; and average and standard deviation of the output waveform. After assessing whether the dose corresponding to the theoretical dose was presented, the following conclusions were obtained: 1. The accuracy of the tube voltage(kVp) and tube current(mA) exposure time(sec) was within the tolerable level prescribed in Korea's Safety Management Standards. In the error, Inverter device was large the tube voltage and exposure time, the three-phase device was large the tube current. 2. In terms of the output waveform of the exposure conditions and the average and standard deviation of the output waveform, the higher tube voltage and larger tube current resulted in greater standard deviation in pulsation. Moreover, the standard deviation of pulsation was shown to be greater in the inverter device than the three-phase device; there was also greater standard deviation in the inverter device considering the exposure time. 3. Regarding the exposure conditions over the output dose, all linearity showed the coefficient of variation which had an allowable limit of error within 0.05. Although the output dose ratio for the inverter device was 1.00~1.10 times no difference that of the three-phase device, there was almost no difference in dose ratio between the tube currents.

전자기 수치해석을 이용한 표준보정시험편의 배열형 와전류 탐촉자 신호 특성 해석 (Characteristic Analysis of Eddy Current Array Probe Signal in Combo Calibration Standard Tube Using Electromagnetic Numerical Analysis)

  • 본 논문은 원전 증기발생기(SG, steam generator) 세관의 정밀 진단을 위한 차세대 탐촉자인 배열형 와전류 탐촉자의 특성 해석에 대한 3차원 전자기 수치해석을 수행하였다. 다양한 결함 해석을 위해 ASME(American Society of Mechanical Engineers) 표준시험편과 X-probe combo 표준보정시험편(inline EXP/spiral groove combo standard)을 선정하여 탐상신호를 획득하고, 실제 실험 신호와 비교하여 결과의 타당성을 검증하였다. 표준 보정 시험편의 해석 결과를 바탕으로 원전 SG 세관에서 주로 발생하고 있는 pitting, SCC(stress corrosion cracking), multiple SCC, wear 결함에 대하여 탐상신호를 획득하였다. 해석 대상으로는 원자력발전소 SG 세관으로 사용하고 있는 Inconel 600 도체관을 사용하였고, 이때의 시험주파수는 300 kHz이다. 본 논문을 통하여 각각의 결함에 대한 신호 특성을 파악하여 배열형 와전류 탐촉자의 결함의 종류에 따른 신호 특성을 확인할 수 있었다. 본 논문의 결과는 배열형 와전류 탐촉자의 와전류 탐상 신호 평가시 도움이 될 것이다.
