자동차 변속기 부품 이동의 효율적 관리를 위한 출하관리 시스템 모형 -자동차 부품 제조업을 중심으로- (Shipment Management System Model for Efficient Management of Transferring Automobile Transmission Parts -In Automobile Parts Manufacturing Industry-)

  • This paper suggests a specific model that could efficiently improve the interaction and the interface between MES(Manufacturing Execution System) server and PDA terminal through RFID(Radio Frequency Identification) system and bar-code system in automative transmission shipment place of the finished assembly parts. The proposed model shows that the new method by RF-Tag system can more efficiently perform to reduce processing time and loading time for shipment, compared with the current approach by bar-code system. It is noted in case of the method by RF-Tag that the effects of proposed model are as follows; (a) While the shipping lead time per truck for carrying by the current method was 35 minutes, the shipping lead time by the new method was 15 minutes. (b) While the accuracy for carrying by the current method was 50%, the accuracy by the new method was 99%.

  • KSTAR 전류전송제어시스템은 네트워크기반의 실시간 분산제어시스템으로 EPICS (Experimental Physics and Industrial Control System)를 미들웨어로 채용하여 구축하였다. 전류전송제어시스템은 초전도자석시스템에 전류를 전송하기 위한 시스템으로서 전류전송과 동시에 초전도자석이 초전도상태를 유지하기 위한 냉매의 전송도 담당하고 있다. 주제어실에서의 원격운전을 위하여 EPICS IOC(Input Output Controller) 서버를 현장에 설치하였고 이를 통하여 전류전송제어시스템은 고유의 이름(PV)에 적절한 조작 및 감시 명령을 부여하여 주제어실의 운전화면을 통하여 시스템의 감시 및 조작이 가능하도록 하였다. EPICS와 PLC의 통신을 위하여 ether-ip 드라이버를 이용하여 EPICS IOC를 구축하였으며, 시험 결과 안정성 및 운용성 측면에서 만족할 만한 결과를 획득하였다.

  • In this paper the HTS current lead for superconducting device is studied numerical method. The current lead is cooled by surrounded He gas by natural convection. To find wall heat flux, the linearization method is adopted Numerical results using natural convection cooling are compared with conventional cooling methods such as conduction cooling and vapor cooling. The results shows that the minimum heat dissipation is much smaller than conduction cooling. Also, the minimum heat dissipation is obtained for the non-zero gradient of temperature at warm end. HTS current lead operating current sharing mode is reduce heat flow to superconducting system.

  • This paper presents the transient and conventional grounding impedance behaviors of large grid grounding system associated with the injection point of impulse current The measurement methods consider two possible errors in the grounding-system impedances: (1) ground mutual resistance due to current flow through ground from the ground electrode to be measured to the current auxiliary, (2) ac mutual coupling between the current test lead and the potential test lead The test circuit was set to reduce the error factors. The transient grounding impedance depends on the rise time and injection point of impulse current It is effective that grounding conductor is connected to the center of the large grid grounding system.

  • This paper describes the design and control of a phase shift full bridge converter with a current doubler, which can be used for the on-board charger for the lead-acid battery of electric forklifts. Unlike the common resistance load, the battery has a large capacitance element and it absorbs the entire converter output ripple current, thereby shortening the battery life and degrading the system efficiency. In this paper a phase shift full bridge converter with a current doubler has been adopted to decrease the output ripple current and the transformer rating of the charger. The charge controller is designed by using the small signal model of the converter, taking into consideration the internal impedance of the battery. The stability and performance of the battery charger is then verified by constant current (CC) and constant voltage (CV) charge experiments using a lead-acid battery bank for an electric forklift.

  • In superconducting magnetic energy storage (SMES) systems, the current leads are usually divided into two parts. Normal metals like brass or copper are often used in the first part from the room temperature to the 1st stage of the cryocooler. Their dimensions were decided to minimize the conduction heat penetration and Ohm's heat generation. The second part down to the cryogenic coil is made of high temperature superconductor (HTS). HTS current leads can reduce the conductive heat penetration because they have poor thermal conductivity and generate no Ohm's heat generation. The brass current lead and the HTS current lead were designed and fabricated for application to the 10kJ class SMES system. The HTS current lead is 300A class. The HTS current lead was stacked with 2 HTS layers using the $Bi_2Sr_2Ca_2Cu_3O_x$ (BSCCO)/Ag. In this paper, we introduce the design procedure of the current leads and discuss the test results of the current leads.

  • For the economical and reasonable operation of electric power system according to continual increase of electric power demand and decrease of load factor, the potential application of superconducting magnertic energy storage [SMES] with high efficiency and fast response in the electric utility is receiving attractive attension. In the light of this background, to confirm the basic principle of SMES, theoretical study, design technique and fabrication procedure for superconducting coil, current lead, cryostat, measuring and protection system of SMES are described in detail. Especially, a new design technique for superconducting coil and current lead is porposed and it was proved experimentally by the performance test of SMES which is developed for the first time in our country. At the peak operating current 200A, the maximum magnetic field amd stored energy of the coil are 3.52T and 2500J, espectively. The thermal and mechanical stability of 2500J SMES is also confirmed experimetally by its characteristics test, AC loss, protection system, charge and discharge test. The experimetal results show good characteristics of energy storage system.

Simple Lead Angle Adjustment Method for Brushless DC Motors

  • This paper presents a simple lead angle adjustment method for brushless DC motors. The proposed method is based on the motor current dynamics analysis during the current commutation interval. With the proposed scheme, the phase current and phase back-EMF voltage are in phase and the BLDC motor and drive system have a high efficiency induced by the reduced copper and conduction losses. Experimental results are shown to validate the proposed method.

  • KSTAR (Korea Superconducting Tokamak Advanced Research) 전류인입선(CL; Current Lead)은 4.5 K의 저온에서 운전되는 초전도 버스라인과 300 K의 실온에서 운전되는 MPS (Magnet Power Supply)를 전기적으로 연결하는 장치이다. 초기 플라즈마 발생시험을 위하여 TF (Toroidal Field) 및 PF (Poloidal Field) 리드박스에 전류인입선이 설치된다. TF 자석용 CL은 17.5 kA급 4 개의 CL에 최대 35 kA의 DC 전류가 인가되며, PF 자석용은 13 kA급 14 개의 CL에 350초간 $20\;{\sim}\;26\;kA$의 펄스 전류가 인가된다. 각각의 전류인입선은 TF 및 PF 자석에 전류를 인가하기 위한 버스라인이 연결되어 있으며, 전류인입선을 통해 초전도 버스라인으로 전달되는 전도열 및 전류인가시 발생되는 주울(Joule) 열을 차단하기 위한 헬륨냉매 제어시스템이 KSTAR 주장치와는 별도로 설치되어 있다. 리드박스 내 외부의 배관 및 제어시스템 설치완료 후 고진공 배기, 헬륨 누설검사, 전류인입선 유량 검사 및 액체질소 냉각시험을 실시하여 장치의 성능검증을 완료하였다.

  • In this paper, we fabricated a persistent current mode magnet using Bi-2223 HTS tapes. The coil system consists of double pancake magnet and a persistent current switch and jointed them with solder. Persistent current mode operation of the system was measured experimentally by the decay behavior of the current. We found that resistive component of the system including flux flow resistance lead the exponentially field decay with time.
