비위(脾胃)질환의 식치(食治)에 관한 소고(小考) - 『음선정요(飮膳正要)·식료제병(食療諸病)』, 『식료찬요(食療纂要)』를 중심으로 - (A Study on Food Cure for Stomach Diseases - Focusing on Eumsunjungyo·Singnyojaebyeong, Singnyochanyo -)

  • Objectives : This study selected the food ingredients mainly appearing in the stomach-disease-related articles from Eumsunjungyo Singnyojaebyeong and Singnyochanyo, and investigated their effects to turn these data into references for modern people, use the food therapy of ancestors for modern life, and prevent and cure stomach diseases of modern people due to unhealthy lifestyle. Methods : This study selected the stomach-related food therapies from Eumsunjungyo and Singnyochanyo, and organized the therapies by chief virtue, effect, ingredient, and recipe. Also, this study analyzed and investigated characteristics, tastes, and target organs of the food ingredients in the recipes. Results : There are 8 stomach-related recipes among 61 recipes in Eumsunjungyo Singnyojaebyeong, and there are total 34 types of stomach-related recipes in Singnyochanyo including 27 types of BiwiBuBanui Five and 7 types of GutoBuHaeyeokByeonggyeonBiwi fifteen. Both Eumsunjungyo Singnyojaebyeong and Singnyochanyo contains food therapies for diseases due to week stomach. Most recipes in Singnyochanyo uses only food ingredients, whereas most recipes in Eumsunjungyo Singnyojaebyeong uses ingredients which can be used as medicine. Conclusions : The food therapies in Eumsunjungyo Singnyojaebyeong and Singnyochanyo proves that people in all regions have used food to cure diseases from old times. On the other words, people have clinically used the characteristics, tastes, and cooking forms of food ingredients for a long time. Thus, this study can be a reference for creating another food therapy.

  • The purpose of this dissertation is to study the vulcanization characteristics, compression set and other physical properties of NBR vulcanizates according to the various plasticizer and its content. Vulcanization characteristics were investigated by using cure that has obtained by means of rheometer and Mooney viscometer. The result of physical properties, vulcanization characteristics are as fellows. 1. The results of test for optimum cure time in vulcanization characteristics of NBR compounds indicated the rapidity of scorch time according to the increase of amounts of plasticizer. 2. In the test of compression set property, LCR was the best effect. 3. In the test of oil resistance, LCR was the best effect.

  • Mechanical and physical properties of composite materials make a great difference due to their cure process condition. In order to clarify the effect of cure process condition on the microscopic damage behavior and failure mechanism of Carbon/Epoxy composites, three point bend test has been performed. For this purpose, two kinds of specimens with single adhesive and multiple adhesive layers were prepared. For single adhesive layer, four different types of specimen were used, that is, non-sanding, sanding, cocured, laminated specimens. Three different types of specimen were also used for the multiple adhesive layer, non-sanding, sanding, cocured specimens. Acoustic emission technique has also been employed to monitor the damage progresses associated with each micro-failure mechanism. The characteristics of AE parameters associated with micro-failure mechanism of each specimen were discussed.

BR고무/결정성고무 블렌드의 물성에 미치는 온도 및 오존농도 등의 환경인자의 영향 (Effects of Environmental Factors such as Temperature and Ozone Concentration on the Properties of BR/Crystalline Rubber Blend)

  • 기계적 혼련법으로 butadiene rubber(BR)과 대표적인 결정성고무인 chloroprene rubber(CR) 블렌드 혼련물을 제조하여, 이들의 가교 거동, 기계적 성질, 내오존성 및 동적 기계적 성질 등을 검토하였다. 내오존시험에 있어서 50 wt% CR 고무의 첨가에 의하여 크게 개선됨을 확인할 수 있었다. Rheovibron에 의한 동적 계적 특성 측정의 결과로부터 BR/CR 블렌드는 두 개의 전이를 보였으며 $tan{\delta}$ 피이크의 위치는 CR 고무의 함량이 증가함에 따라 고온 쪽으로 이동함을 확인할 수 있었다. 한편 CR 고무량이 증가할수록 최적 가황시간이 증가하는 경향을 보였다.

  • 니트릴고무(NBR) 신재와 작업현장에서 나온 스크랩을 고온 전단분쇄기술로 분말화한 재료(재생 NBR)를 다양한 혼합비로 블렌드물을 제조하고, 재생재료의 함량에 따른 블렌드물의 가황 거동, 물리적 특성의 변화를 조사하였다. 또한, 열 및 각종 유체에 대한 각 블렌드물의 저항성을 물리적 방법으로 조사하였다. 신재 NBR에 고온 전단 분쇄기술로 제조한 재생NBR을 0~50 phr의 함량으로 블렌드하여 가황거동 및 물리적 특성을 측정한 결과, 가황 거동은 점도가 증가하고 스코치 시간은 감소하였으며, 내열 및 유체특성은 향상되었다.

니트릴에 의해 개질된 가교구조 수지의 특성 (Characteristics of Crosslinked Resin Modified with Nitriles)

  • The cure mechanicsm and cure kinetics of diglycidyl ether of bisphenol A(DGEBA)/4,4'-methylene dianiline(MDA)/nitrile(MN, SN, GN) systems were studied by FT-IR and DSC to develop new applications in the biomedical polymer fields. The network structure of the DGEBA/MDA system was changed to the chain-extended network structure by the addition of nitriles. The reactions contributed to the chain extension were the primary amine-nitrile and hydroxyl-nitrile reactions. The chain-extended network structure could be indirectly proved by the decrement of T\ulcorner and the increment of impact strength with the increasing nitrile content. The cure rate of DGEBA/MDA/nitrile system was lower than that of DGEBA/MDA system due to the disturbance of nitrile group in the reaction of primary amine and epoxide groups.

UV 나노임프린트를 위한 UV 경화성 수지 개발 및 경화 특성 평가 (Development of UV curable polymer and curing characteristics estimation for UV nanoimprint)

  • The UV nanoimprint technology uses the UV light as the energy source. Because the imprint process is carried out in room temperature and low pressure, this technology has its own merits compared to the thermal nanoimprint. However, in UV nanoimprint technology, a resin which has low viscosity is essential for the improvement of accuracy. In this research, a resin (named as IMS01) which has relatively low viscosity was developed. And a measurement system was developed in order to measure the degree of cure of the resin. The measurement system which is composed of FT-IR, UV light source and optical guide can measure the degree of cure in real time. From the experimental results, it was found that the IMS01 is cured more rapidly than existing resin (PAK01).

  • To achieve fiber/resin reinforced composites with high quality (void-free, uniform compaction), a basic understanding of the principal factors related to a thermal cycle to cure the matrix and a pressure to compact the system is necessary. In this paper, some dielectric and mechanical properties of glass cloth reinforced epoxy composites are measured as a function of fabrication conditions, where the time that the pressure is applied to the sample during the cure process is controlled. Both the tensile strength and frequency characteristics of the sample are improved significantly when the pressure is applied at the start point of gelling.

Influence of Silane Coupling Agent on Properties of Filled Styrene-Butadiene Rubber Compounds

  • Influence of silane coupling agent, bis-(3-(triethoxisilyl)-propyl)-tetrassulfide, on cure characteristics and bound rubber content of filled styrene-butadiene rubber (SBR) compounds and on physical properties of the vulcanizates was studied. Carbon black-filled and silica-filled compounds were compared. Content of the bound rubber increased with increased content of the silane coupling agent and this trend was shown more clearly in the silica-filled compounds. Optimum cure time of the carbon black-filled compound increased with increase of the silane content, while that of the silica-filled one decreased. Cure rate of the carbon black-filled compound became slower as the silane content increased while that of the silica-filled one became faster. By increasing the silane content, the minimum torque decreased and the delta torque increased. Physical properties of the silica-filled vulcanizate were found to be improved by adding the silane coupling agent. However, for the carbon black-filled vulcanizates, the tensile strength and tear resistance decreased with increase of the silane content. The differences between the carbon black-filled and silica-filled compounds were explained by difference in the reactivities of the fillers with the silane.
