본 연구는 국제결혼이주여성의 문화적응성, 문화적차이, 임파워먼트 간에 관련성에 대해 연구한 결과 다음과 같은 연구결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 국제결혼이주여성의 동화와 분리의 문화적응성은 임파워먼트에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 이에 비해서 결혼이주여성의 통합의 문화적응성은 임파워먼트에 유의한 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 국제결혼이주여성의 불확실성회피와 남성주의의 문화적차이는 임파워먼트에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 이에 비해서 결혼이주여성의 개인주의의 문화적차이는 임파워먼트에 유의한 부의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 국제결혼이주여성의 문화적응성과 문화적차이는 임파워먼트에 유의한 정의 영향을 미쳤다. 국제결혼이주여성의 동화, 분리, 통합과 같은 문화적응성, 불확실성회피, 남성주의, 개인주의의 문화적차이 요인들은 임파워먼트와 밀접한 관련이 있는 요인들로 나타났다.

The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship between cultural identity and the psychosocial adjustment levels of children in international marriage families by focusing on the effects that different types of cultural identity have on children's overall psychosocial adjustment. The data for this study came from a survey conducted on 122 third to sixth grades children with foreign mothers living in Seoul and Gyeonggi-Do. As a result, it was found that children's identification with Korean culture was on average higher than their identification with their mother's culture. Secondly, in terms of identity type, assimilation and separation types appeared to be the most dominant, followed by the integration and marginalization types. Finally, it was found that cultural identities had significant effects on children's psychosocial adjustment in international marriage families. In particular, the level of self-esteem was the highest for children in the integrated group, while it was the lowest for those in the marginalized group. These results indicate that identification with the mother's culture is just as important as one's Korean identity when it comes to determining the degree of psychosocial adjustment of children in international marriage families.

본 논문은 디지털 기술의 발전에 따른 문화콘텐츠 유통의 발전, 특히 게임산업의 유통체계를 살펴보고 있다. 컨버젼스 기술의 발전에 따라, 문화콘텐츠 유통에 있어서 핵심적인 가치의 중심은 플랫폼에서 콘텐츠로 옮겨가고 있는데, 이와 관련하여 특히 게임산업의 유통구조에서는 3가지 유형(오프라인, 온라인, 모바일 게임)이 나타난다고 알려지고 있다. 본 논문에서는 심층인터뷰 등을 통한 사례조사를 통해 앞으로 통합적인 모델로 발전할 것으로 검증하고 있다. 결론적으로 본 논문은 이러한 변화에 맞추어 앞으로 문화콘텐츠산업의 장기적인 발전을 위해 유통구조의 개선, 기업과 퍼블리셔 등 관계자들의 갈등해소, 국제화 등을 위한 다각적 정책지원이 더욱 필요함을 제안하고 있다.

This study was performed to develop the basic framework of multicultural art education programs for female foreign immigrants married to Korean males. First, these programs aim to lessen their cultural variance in acculturizing in Korea, and thereafter enhance their emotional stability and improve their creative ability to integrate cultural diversity into family life. The primary objective of this study was to offer a suitable education program and evaluation criteria for the program; the research has been done through person-to person interviews with 53 subjects using a series of questionnaires composed of 8 five-point Likert-Scaled items. As for the process of the interview, the subjects were asked about their satisfaction with each program item twice in order to comparetheir impressions before and after program participation. The satisfaction scores were analyzed using frequency distribution. In addition, the program effects were also evaluated by coordinators and developers from their subjective comments through periodical evaluation meetings. From the results, it is observed that art education programs are beneficial for improving female immigrants' emotionaland cultural integration. In addition, experts determined that the programs were helpful for improving their human relationship and acculturization in Korea. Finally, it is concluded that multicultural education programs are a primary fundamental infra-structural way of integrating diverse cultures and improving communication exchanges, and therefore, improve family stability among the multicultural families in Korea.

Purpose: The present study offers merger and acquisition (M&A) strategy based on prior studies to assist the organizational practitioners in two companies' cultures. In the analysis, a M&A plan to guide the evolving principles was created by present authors using change management model. Research design, data, and methodology: The successful M&A integration is setting goals, reconfiguring the cultural systems to align them with business goals. The employees must be involved, particularly with organizational change. Both companies also ought to undertake employee training following the resolving of worries and needs of employees. Finally, restructuring can include the moving of employees from areas where they may be struggling. Result: Discussing and trying to come to an agreement over which mode of acculturation would be most suitable in that particular state is the main focus. Practitioners of both Company A and Company B might find it much simpler to continue their focus and dynamism in the process of cultural integration. Conclusions: We believe that our approach adds an insight in the M&A literature. Managers at all levels of both organizations must take part in the process of M&A for both organizational cultures to come in sync and for change to take place.

Asia-Pacific Confucian Capitalism is comparable to Atlantic Protestant Capitalism in terms of economic success, as most economies influenced by Confucian culture in East Asia and Southeast Asia are economically well-off in the past 50 years, save for Vietnam. This paper seeks to determine whether Vietnam can follow the path of development of the other Confucian economies, especially in the context of globalization and upcoming regional integration. In the paper, I will use an analytic framework derived from Weber and Huntington to examine the cultural dimension of Vietnam's economic development. In the domestic field, I argue that the core values of Confucianism continue to contribute to the development in Vietnam in many ways; yet one critical element needs to be tapped: the political culture of strong leadership and efficient bureaucracy. Confucian values for development may be compromised by pushing for democratization too early in Vietnam. On a positive note, Confucianism for Vietnam is instrumental in its regional integration into Southeast Asia since it is integrative rather than exclusive. Vietnam's cultural similarity with China may however lead to too much passive learning and conflicts. In conclusion, Confucianism is a valuable asset for Vietnam's economic development, but challenges have to be addressed in order for Vietnam to become the next tiger.

Intertidal zones, akin to tidal flats, are among the potential areas where underwater cultural heritage might be submerged. However, the shallow depths in these regions present challenges for conventional vessel-based survey methods. Moreover, during low tides, intertidal zones transform into tidal flats, limiting the efficiency of survey efforts due to restricted access and potential risks. As a result, proper underwater cultural heritage surveys encounter difficulties in these environments. In recent times, extensive research is underway to address these issues by investigating underwater cultural heritage surveys in intertidal zones, encompassing diverse fields, including equipment-based investigations. This study aimed to explore the feasibility of utilizing unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) to conduct intertidal cultural heritage surveys, employing aerial photography and 3D mapping to create detailed orthoimages and 3D models. The study focused on assessing the potential application of these techniques for cultural heritage surveying within intertidal zones. Notably, the survey conducted in Jindo's Naesan-ri demonstrated high-resolution capabilities, enabling the distinction of actual pottery fragments mixed within gravel fields. Similarly, in the survey of Jindo's Byeokpa-hang, it was found that a wooden pillar structure existed in a section about 200m long. The integration of various sensors, including LiDAR, with UAVs allows for diverse investigation possibilities, including bathymetric measurements, and is expected to facilitate the acquisition of varied datasets for further research and assessment.

This study explored the integration-support paradigm for transnational marriages and families as a well-grounded service model supporting a transnational family of immigrants in Korea at a time when Korean society showed increased interest in interracial marriages. The research mainly focused on the Dongdaemun-gu Transnational Marriage and Family Support Center, utilizing the relative actual practice at the center and the secondary data of previous studies. The findings were as follows: The integration-support paradigm for transnational marriage and family comprised of the following elements : the institutionalization of welfare and medical services; the systematization of legal institution and execution the settlement of mid- and long-term policies and the practical programs of the government proper approaches to the formation of a healthy marital couple and family relations; total services related to rearing and educating children properly including education cost support to family incomehousing for the stabilization of family life support for socio-cultural exchanges within the family : as well as the radical conversion of social recognition of a transnational family. This paradigm is expected to be a well-grounded service for the integration-support of transnational families.

The purpose of this study is to develop an art-based integration program for the Korean schools in the United States to improve students' academic performance and nurture the spirit of the young and can enable students taking art classes to better understand social and cultural phenomena influencing their lives. This study integrates with six other subjects that are language art, math, religion, social studies, and Korean history. Art classes are considered the main vehicle for integrating the entire program using a thematic approach. The methodology of this study is based on the literature research and the information of the place, the Korean School of Columbus, is that the school is one of 124 Korean Schools in the Mid-western states and is located in the northern part of Columbus, Ohio. In this study, I developed an art-based integration program to be connected well with other subjects to help students to make sense of them in the complex societies and to help them to obtain the five goals that are included: First, students will understand about a Korean history and culture through making a kite; Second, they will know that a kite can be used as ways of communication with people and God; Third, they will also know how different types of kites respond to the airflow of the wind; Fourth, they will understand an enjoyable and different way of learning about aspects of Fine art, Bible, Language art, Mathematics, Science, History, and Social studies; Lastly, they will learn how important to cooperate with each other.

이 논문은 문화콘텐츠를 타 산업분야와 효과적으로 접목시켜 또 다른 부가가치를 창출할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 하는 의도로 작성되었다. 이를 위해 제주자치도의 주력산업인 관광산업과 문화콘텐츠의 접목이 어떤 방향에서 이루어져야 할 것인지를 살펴보았다. 문화콘텐츠가 다양한 부가가치를 창출할 수 있음은 주지의 사실이나 이를 효과적으로 개발하고 부가가치로 연결하려는 노력은 현재 부족한 상황이다. 특히 지방자치단체들의 문화콘텐츠에 대한 인식의 부족은 심각한 수준이다. 이를 개선하기위해서는 문화콘텐츠에 대한 제대로 된 인식과 이를 효과적으로 부가가치로 연결시키려는 사고의 전환이 필요하다. 이에 본 논문은 문화콘텐츠의 개발은 단순한 콘텐츠의 개발만으로 이루어지는 것이 아니라 부가가치 수립을 위한 캐릭터 상품의 개발전략 수립, 관광상품 개발전략 수립, 슬로건의 통합 등 다양한 방법이 결합되어야만 가능하다는 것을 제안 하였다.
