Surveillance Cameras such as CCTV easily found in places requiring security and the prevention of crimes such as public institutions, banks, etc. play an important role as they prevent all sorts of crimes, and provide a decisive clue fix settling a criminal case. But, in case that a far-off person is photographed, an original image should be enlarged to identify the person. And as for the technique of enlarging an image, it is important to enlarge and restore it close to its original image rather than to merely magnify it. For the enlargement and restoration of an image, techniques called interpolation are used; as for interpolation methods known hitherto, however, the higher the magnifying power is, the more deteriorated the quality of an image becomes to the extent that the image cannot be identified. Therefore, in this paper, we are going to propose a new technique whereby the face outline in an image is vectorized and restored by means of FDP(Facial Definition Parameter) standardized by the MPEG-4 SNHC FBA group, and an image is restored to have better quality than images restored with the existing interpolation.

In recent years, environments of our globe has been getting worse as a result of rapid growth of socioeconomic activities. The global environmental issues of acid rain, green house effect and ozone depletion are caused by various chemical pollutants, emitted from industries, automobiles and home. Most of these pollutants are produced by combustion processes. CO2 as a chief criminal of the greenhouse effect is a main combustion product of fossil fuels. Development of solid-state electrochemical devices for detecting CO2 is demonstrated based on various combination of solid electrolytes and auxiliary sensing materials. The object of this research is to develop various sensor performance for solid electrolyte gas sensor, and to test gas sensor performance manufactured. So we try to present a guidance for developing potential type gas sensor. We concentrated on development of manufacturing process and performance test.

Currently, under being related with confiscation method of digital store medium from the court of justice, "the sorting confiscation method of principle, the exceptional medium confiscation method" from in section3 no.106 of the criminal procedure code disregard the actual fields of investigation. What is more, there are many difficulties to execute cases by observing this for the achievement of confiscation purpose. Existing Deck Plate for a one of system forms, there is various advantage and application actual results increasing rapidly. According to got following conclusion as result that economic performance, preservation administration and repair reinforcement develops easy using steel truss snap tie by wedge pin on coating plywood that is slab Panel Wood System Form method of construction there is Deck Plate's advantage. (1) In stab lower part is exposed disjointing in which a criminal is fastened to be interrogated after construction acceptance and repair, reinforcement of crack is possible (2) Construction cost curtailment effect of about 29.2% than conventional type and about 10% than deck plate (3) Construction period reduction of about 3 day than conventional type and about 0.3 day than deck plate (4) Labor curtailment effect more than about $29{\sim}50%$ from conventional type

The government began to move large scale factories in city out to the suburbs because the city we live in is getting over-populated and becoming a highly congested district. However, because of alteration of use The transfed site of factory became to be mixed and used in residence and factory facility. Lately, as criminal technique and personality become cruel and feral, crime occurrence rose on the one of most important thing that decide resident's quality of life. This research tries to find come fear element which resident feel in sub-industry and improvement item for crime prevention. The purpose of this survey is to prevent crime by developing a proper housing environment. The survey was planned to find out factors of resident's awareness of fear about crime through pre-study and analyzed physical surrounding through spot survey. Through these investigation, can make following conclusion. First, The importance of lighting plan throughout the city is necessary to decrease fear of crime. Second, active crime prevention activity is required in park and playgrounds.

The detection of human behavior from social media revolutionized health, business, criminal and political prediction. Significance of it, in incentive transformation of public opinion had already proven for developed countries in improving democratic process of elections. In $3^{rd}$ World countries, voters poll votes for personal interests being unaware of party manifesto or national interest. These issues can be addressed by social media, resulting as ongoing process of improvement for presently adopted electoral procedures. On the optimistic side, people of such countries applied social media to garner support and campaign for political parties in General Elections. Political leaders, parties, and people empowered themselves with social media, in disseminating party's agenda and advocacy of party's ideology on social media without much campaigning cost. To study effectiveness of social media inferred from individual's political behavior, large scale analysis, sentiment detection & tweet classification was done in order to classify, predict and forecast election results. The experimental results depicts that social media content can be used as an effective indicator for capturing political behaviors of different parties positive, negative and neutral behavior of the party followers as well as party campaign impact can be predicted from the analysis.

As E-discovery in criminal investigation is increasing, the importance of Forensic Tools which can legally extract data with high effectiveness is getting higher. Digital products are growing fast. Therefore, Forensic Tools should be implemented readily to suit users and events well. Although forensic industry and governments use expensive forensic tools, some have suggested limitations to its use, such as memory limitations and the limits of post-audit. We need to develop open source forensic tools that can implement a variety of forensic tool fast. This research studies digital forensics technical skills which are commercialized currently and suggests applicable strategies of the open digital forensics to help overcome these limitations.

In modern society, messenger services are necessary to communication with others, and criminals are no exception. In representative cases of Burning Sun Gate(2018) and NthRoom(2019), messenger data analysis was used as a smoking gun to solve these criminal cases. Therefore messenger text analytics is critical for the resolution of crimes in a modern environment. also, it takes a lot of time to analyze messenger data in the digital forensic investigation process, so researchers in text mining need to be more effective to respond with the current situation In this paper, we study various natural language preprocessing(NLP) methods according to the characteristics of instant messages to effectively proceed with NLP analysis on instant messengers.

Although many people watch the scene with multiple surveillance cameras, it is difficult to ensure that immediate action can be taken in the event of a crime. Therefore, there is a need for a "crime behavior detection system" that can analyze images in real time from multiple surveillance cameras installed in elevators, call immediate crime alerts, and track crime scenes and times effectively. In this paper, a study was conducted to detect violent scenes occurring in elevators using Scene Change Detection. For effective detection, an x2-color histogram combining color histogram and histogram was applied.

2016년 5월 19일 대법원은 전원합의체판결에서 부동산 매수자가 본인 명의로 소유권이전등기를 하지 않고 등기를 매도인에게서 직접 명의수탁자로 이전하는 제3자간 명의신탁(중간생략등기형 명의신탁)의 경우 명의수탁자가 신탁부동산을 임의로 처분하여도 형사처벌를 할 수 없다는 판결을 하였다. 본 논문에서는 민법과 형법의 교차영역인 명의신탁에서 민사사건의 형사화를 지양했다는 점에서 긍정적인 평가를 하지만 이에 따른 관련법의 정비를 통한 법개정을 제안한다. 즉, 명의신탁에 관한 법제 간 모순을 극복하기 위해 '부동산 실권리자명의 등기에 관한 법률'의 개정이 요구된다. 또한 부동산소유자가 그 등기명의를 타인에게 신탁하기로 하는 명의신탁약정을 맺고 그 등기명의를 명의수탁자에게 이전하는 소위 2자간 명의신탁의 경우도 비범죄화를 함으로써 법체계의 논리성과 통일성을 확보할 필요가 있다.
