Exploring How to Apply Curriculum-Type Capstone Design based on Design Thinking in the Digital Healthcare Field (디지털 헬스케어 분야 디자인씽킹 기반 교과형 캡스톤디자인 적용 방안 탐색)

  • The purpose of this study is to develop a capstone design program by applying a design thinking methodology to the digital healthcare field to cultivate creative convergence talents with complex and practical skills and understanding of new technologies required in the era of the 4th industrial revolution. To this end, we analyzed the literature and previous studies in the field of digital healthcare and capstone design and proposed a capstone design model and application plan in the field of digital healthcare. The effectiveness was confirmed through expert review, and the effectiveness was analyzed by pilot application of the capstone design program. This is meaningful in that it can be used as an operation guide that can be used step-by-step when applying the capstone design in the digital healthcare field.

The Effect of Organizational Fairness of Social Welfare Officials on Organizational Commitment: Mediating effect of organizational support recognition (사회복지전담공무원의 조직공정성이 조직몰입에 미치는 영향: 조직지원인식의 매개효과)

  • The purpose of this study was to verify how organizational fairness affects organizational commitment to social welfare officials, and to examine the mediating effect of organizational support. Social welfare officials have tried to find out what factors can be more adapted to the organization and immersed in the organizational aspect, as overwork and poor working conditions are becoming a problem. As the subject and method of the study, a questionnaire survey was conducted on 172 social welfare officials in P and U cities in northern Gyeonggi Province, and analyzed using multiple regression analysis. As a result of the study, organizational fairness of social welfare officials had a positive effect on organizational commitment, and organizational support had a partial mediating effect. Based on the results of this study, administrative and policy implications for the organizational adaptation and commitment of public officials in charge of social welfare were presented.

Discrimination Experience and Employment of People with Developmental Disabilities: Moderating Effect of Family Employment Support (발달장애인의 차별경험이 취업에 미치는 영향: 가족취업지지의 조절효과)

  • The purpose of this study is to present practical implications for employment of people with developmental disabilities by analyzing the moderating effect of family employment support in the relationship between discrimination experience and employment of people with developmental disabilities. The subjects of the study were 394 people with developmental disabilities who participated in the 2nd wave 4th survey of the 2019 Employment Panel Survey for the Disabled, and a hierarchical binary logistic regression analysis was conducted to verify the hypothesis. As a result of the study, it was found that the experience of discrimination among people with developmental disabilities negative effects employment, and family employment support has a significant moderating effect, strengthening the negative effect of discrimination on employment. Therefore, the importance of improving the working environment reflecting the needs of families with developmental disabilities, the necessity of employment support policies, and strengthening trust with the state and local communities were discussed.

  • The purpose of this study is to verify the effect on the creativity and Usability of young Children by applying design education pro young Children gramfor using 3D printer to the kindergarten field and, through the results, to prepare a realistic way to increase the utilization of 3D printer media in infant classrooms. In order to achieve this research purpose, 38 infants aged 5 from G kindergarten located in metropolitan A are divided into each experimental group and comparative group, and from August 2017 to January 2018, data were collected through 15 experiments over a period of about 6 months. As a research tool, in the Korean version of Torrance's Creativity Test, an infant shape test and a usability test scale were used, and the data processing and analysis were conducted through technical statistical methods and covariance analysis. As a result of the study, the program using 3D printer had a statistically significant effect on promoting creativity and Usability of young Children, and in particular, it had a remarkable effect on the elaboration of creativity composition. Based on these results, discussions on the existing Nuri process, which mainly aims to cultivate creative talents, the possibility of connecting 3D printers more widely and the role of teachers were made.

  • The purpose of this study was to strengthen the practicality of preliminary teachers in preparation for future education, to respond to structural changes in the teacher training system due to a decrease in the school-age population, and to seek a future-oriented direction for the curriculum of teacher training institutions. To this end, we analyzed the competency diagnosis items of the teacher training institutes in the 5th cycle from 2019 to 2020, and based on the proposal for the development plan for the teacher training system announced by the Ministry of Education in July 2021 and the contents of the 4 discussions, content was presented. The results were as follows. First, to nurture creative and convergence-type talents, teacher training institutions need to develop multi-curricular competency and reorganize the curriculum into a future-oriented curriculum. Second, in order to foster the competence of teachers and preliminary teachers in teacher training institutions, it is essential to strengthen the competence of teachers through the introduction of the metaverse, general teaching methods, and ICT-using teaching methods. Third, teachers' training institutions will introduce and strengthen the 'education practice teacher homeroom system' to strengthen school field-oriented practical competencies, 'dedicated mentor-mentee' centered on seniors and juniors, 'monitoring system' led by university professors, and 'probationary teacher system'

  • As a study of the blended learning method on design education through the blended learning method, I would like to propose that more advanced learner-led customized design education is possible. Understanding in face-to-face classes and advantages in non-face-to-face classes can be supplemented in an appropriate way in remote classes. Advanced artificial intelligence and big data technology can provide personalized and subdivided learning materials and effective learning methods tailored to learners' levels and interests based on quantified data in design classes. In this paper, it was proposed to maximize the efficiency of the class by applying a method that exceeds the limitations of time and space through the proposal of the A La Carte model (A La Carte). It is a remote class that can be heard anytime, anywhere, and it is also possible to bridge the educational quality and educational gap provided to students living in underprivileged areas. As the goal of fostering creative convergence-type future talents, it is changing with a rapid technological development speed. It is necessary to adapt to the change in learning methods in line with this. An analysis of the infographic virtual space design and construction process through the A La Carte model (A La Carte) proposal was presented. Rather than simply acquiring knowledge, it is expected that knowledge can be sorted, distinguished, learned, and easily reborn with its own knowledge.

The Person-organization Fit and the Person-job Fit of Public Officials in Charge of Social Welfare Impact on Job Enthusiasm: Focused on the Mediation Effect of Organizational Committment (사회복지전담공무원의 개인-조직적합성과 개인-직무적합성이 직무열의에 미치는 영향: 조직몰입의 매개효과)

  • In this paper, we wanted to look at the effects of person-organization fit and person-job fit of social welfare officials on the job enthusiasm, but also examine the mediated effect of organizational committment. The study found that person-job fit has a positive effect on the job enthusiasm of public officials in charge of social welfare, and that the mediating effect of organizational committment is also partially covered. However, person-organization fit does not have a direct impact on job enthusiasm, but has been shown to have a full mediated effect through organizational committment. As a result of these studies, social welfare officials are judged to lack consistency and affinity within the organization, while their individual abilities, purposes, and demands are in line with their duties and job enthusiasm for their duties. Therefore, it is necessary to provide support at the organizational level and to create a sense of unity in order to enhance the job enthusiasm of public officials in charge of social welfare.

Earth Science Prospective Teachers' Perceptions on Equilibrium and Interaction Concepts in Earth's Radiative Equilibrium (지구의 복사 평형에서 평형과 상호 작용 개념에 대한 예비 지구과학 교사들의 인식)

  • This study examines how prospective earth science teachers perceive the concept of "equilibrium" and "interaction between Earth's spheres" in understanding Earth's radiative equilibrium and tries to identify their misconceptions. For this purpose, a questionnaire was designed and put to them to look into their thought flow based on the items that appeared in the national level evaluation. As a result of analyzing their answers, even though all the prospective teachers correctly described the concept of radiative equilibrium, about 90% of them did not apply the concept of radiative equilibrium to the new environment of the Earth without atmosphere. They do not seem to be able to smoothly derive the concept of a new 'interaction' between the changed regions and a new 'equilibrium' that will be reached over a long period of time. In this respect, it is likely that the textbooks had some influence on the formation of their concepts. In particular, high school Earth Science textbooks describe the Earth's radiation equilibrium in a quantitative manner, focusing on the heat budget of the equilibrium state rather than the process of reaching radiation equilibrium. Such an approach of textbooks might be an obstacle to fostering students into creative convergence-type talents pursued in the 2015 revised curriculum. Meanwhile, in order to eliminate the misconceptions of students often found in the understanding of Earth's radiation equilibrium, this study suggests that the core concepts need to be dealt with more attention even in college courses for training prospective teachers.
