As the technology hegemony war between the United States and China develops and the importance of R&D increases, countries around the world are increasing their R&D investment. In Korea, the size of R&D investment by the government and companies has steadily increased every year, and cutting-edge technologies are being developed in various fields as it shifts to the direction of creative technology development. However, the number of cases in which high-tech core technologies in Korea, which have invested a lot of budget, time, and effort, are illegally leaked overseas is also steadily increasing. Research security is an activity to safely protect protected objects in the research environment from risk factors such as leakage and deodorization, and laws and systems for research security are being reorganized not only in Korea but also in the United States and other countries around the world. In this paper we aims to derive Korea's research security policy direction, focusing on US research security cases which ranks first in R&D expenses around the world to improve the R&D system and actively discusses R&D policies and laws.

The purpose of this study was to present a methodology for reconstructing the curriculum to provide appropriate music education to students with special needs in inclusive classrooms. This study presents a customizing music curriculum reconstructing model for students with special needs. This model consists of six stages: analyzing students' characteristics and educational needs, analyzing the common music curriculum and basic music curriculum, establishing specified assessment criteria for achievement standards, analyzing the music textbook for the common curriculum and basic curriculum, reorganizing educational activities in music units, and conducting differentiated music instruction. This study presents an example of the customization process and focuses on a creative music activity for students with intellectual disabilities. Recommendations and guidelines for reconstructing the curriculum to best meet the educational needs of students with special needs are provided.

Using data from a departmental profit and loss management questionnaire survey conducted for a group of hospitals consisting of various establishment entities, this study evaluates the effectiveness of departmental profit and loss management practices, such as break-even analysis, based on objective performance data. The study also examines whether the implementation of departmental profit and loss accounting is still effective in improving profitability in the financial year 2021 and whether the effectiveness of the implementation of departmental profit and loss accounting is robust. This study reconfirmed that the implementation of departmental profit-and-loss accounting has a positive effect on objective financial performance in hospitals and that the effect of improving profitability can be enhanced by implementing it monthly with high frequency and regularity and by using the accounting results more actively. It was also found that the department's implementation of break-even analysis had a positive impact on financial performance, which was enhanced by more active use of the data. Given the current economic climate, a hospital organization's active participation in income statement management, not only for the hospital as a whole but also for each department, would be an effective management activity.

Analyzing the psychological and pedagogical literature, we showed the interest of researchers in the problem posed. The concept of competence is considered, which is interpreted as giving the key to solving a wide range of educational and life tasks. Research competence implies the ability to cooperate, enter into contacts, readiness for changes, for self-determination and is an integral quality of the individual, expressed in the readiness and ability to independently search for solutions to new problems and creative transformation of reality based on a set of personal and meaningful knowledge, skills, methods of activity and value attitudes.The article offers conditions that certify the improvement of forms and methods of training students in the formation of research competence of future specialists. The use of innovative technologies contributes to improving the level of training of future specialists: students are better prepared for classes, take an active part in the assimilation of program material in laboratory classes. It is noted that this creates a subject-subject relationship between the student and the teacher, and changes the attitude of students to classes. In the process of such organization of educational activities, students are convinced of the need for knowledge and its effectiveness, learn to compare, generalize, classify, establish cause-and-effect relationships, express opinions, defend their point of view, they ensure success in their studies, and develop research competence. It is proved that in order to apply the latest technologies, the teacher himself must know them well, that is, constantly improve himself, master new methods, techniques, ideas, which will help him create new pedagogical technologies and implement them in the educational process.

We describe a novel method for improving the performance of the UCC retrieval using content reputation and user reputation. The UCC retrieval is a part of the information retrieval. The goal of the information retrieval system finds documents what users want, so the goal of the UCC retrieval system tries to find UCCs themselves instead of documents. Unlike the document, the UCC has not enough textual information. Therefore, we try to use the content reputation and the user reputation based on non-textual information to gain improved retrieval performance. We evaluate content reputation using the information of the UCC itself and social activities between users related with UCCs. We evaluate user reputation using individual social activities between users or users and UCCs. We build a network with users and UCCs from social activities, and then we can get the user reputation from the network by graph algorithms. We collect the information of users and UCCs from YouTube and implement two systems using content reputation and user reputation. And then we compare two systems. From the experiment results, we can see that the system using content reputation outperforms than the system using user reputation. This result is expected to use the UCC retrieval in the feature.

This study aimed to develop an engineering design-based science education program for high school students and to investigate its effects on students' science-related attitudes and engineering design abilities. "Creating healthy shoes for maintaining proper posture program" was developed as an activity to come up with creative solutions using the methodology of an engineering design process to solve problems in daily life. The creating healthy shoes for maintaining proper posture program consisted of the following five stages: "defining the problem," "ingathering information related to the problem," "generating the solution," "implementing the best solution," and "evaluating the solution & reflecting." As a result of applying this engineering design-based science education program, it improved the high school students' science-related attitudes and engineering design abilities. Therefore, the program developed in this study has a positive effect on enhancing high school students' science-related attitudes and engineering design abilities. These findings imply that the continuous operation and expansion of activities incorporating an engineering design process in science education are necessary as a teaching and learning strategy for cultivating future science talents.

We aimed to identify the differences between Korean and Chinese calligraphy therapy by examining the trends in Korean and Chinese calligraphy therapy and the effectiveness of the dependent variables. For the study, we initially screened 288 Korean articles and 429 Chinese articles, totaling 717 articles, published from January 1997 to December 2021. Using the PICOTS-SD standard, 6 Korean articles, 9 Chinese articles, and 15 total articles were identified as eligible for the study, and the collected data were analyzed using SPSS 26.0, a Microsoft EXCEL program. We found that there were significant differences in the number of follow-ups among publication formats, disease types, and main activity techniques (p<.05), and significant differences in the number of research and experimental participants in calligraphy therapy studies published in Korea and China and in the type of effect verification of the dependent variable (p<.01). In addition, based on the literature review and data analysis, it was found that there were differences in the qualities and experience of Korean and Chinese therapists and the intervention contents and methods of calligraphy therapy.

The purpose of this research propose the improvement of the visual arts educational environment according to the previous studies that is visual arts education have effect on the students' creativity and their Psychological Aspects. In addition, This study provide the preceding material in terms of the future quality of the environment and curriculum for public schools and indicate the advantages and disadvantages of each design space as examining what is needed aspect of the art connectivity. Research method is to investigate the domestic and International public school's visual arts education environment aspects of the facility and space status for safety and activity. As well, method is that it will find out how the program is being conducted in any part of the local culture. Art Education is not the non-intrusive training, but the series of processes going to work together and solve problems through participation of the creative experience based on the art motif. Therefore, it will be a well-supported guideline to establish the art educational environment.

The purpose of this study is to explore the educational effect by developing and applying a decision tree-based artificial intelligence convergence education program. To achieve the purpose of this study, the study was conducted through a three-step process of preparation, development, and improvement. In addition, it consisted of four stages of the creative problem-solving process: 'Understanding the problem', 'Idea search and development', 'realization' and 'evaluation'. In particular, the artificial intelligence convergence education program developed in this study is an unplugged activity that does not include programming. Therefore, it is very noteworthy that artificial intelligence convergence education was implemented in subjects other than technology and home economics education, and information education, which are part of junior engineering education, and practical arts education in elementary education, which is a subject that learns Artificial Intelligence technology including programming during class time. In other words, it shows that AI technology can be integrated and taught in most subjects, not specific subjects and has great significance in that it can utilize the concepts and principles of artificial intelligence technology when teaching the concept of classification, which is included in the curriculum.

This paper analyzed technologies related to video and sound device manufacturing closely related to media images, divided applicants into companies, research institutes, universities, individuals and the public, and conducted technical statistical analysis, collective intelligence analysis, and open innovation analysis. It is necessary to express innovative ideas through technology in research institutes or universities, and efforts are needed to expand technologies in the media field in universities. Looking at the contents of patents actually filed, patents filed by companies or individuals were mostly related to media technology, and patents filed by universities and research institutes were mostly related to media content. This means that hardware technology patents should be developed extensively and in-depth in an inseparable relationship between media technology and content, and should be a driving force for software content to play a more diverse and creative role.
