Recently, many of the apartment housings are built in domestic country. The apartment buildings have been constructed since early of 1970's. now apartment is taking over 50% out of entire housing in korea. The apartment housing applying to a photovoltaic system has been extensively studied in the foreign country but our county runs short. So, It was necessary to technical development of PV application which is suitable in Korean house culture. The objective of this study is to develop the building integrated PV application method for apartment building.

In the aftermath of the global pandemic that started in 2019, there have been many changes in the import/export and supply/demand process of agricultural products in each country. Amid these changes, the necessity and importance of each country's food self-sufficiency rate is increasing. There are several conditions that must accompany efficient agricultural activities, but among them, temperature is by far one of the most important conditions. For this reason, the need for high-accuracy climate data for stable agricultural activities is increasing, and various studies on climate prediction are being conducted in Korea, but data that can visually confirm climate prediction data for farmers are insufficient. Therefore, in this paper, we propose an artificial intelligence-based temperature prediction algorithm that can predict future temperature information by collecting and analyzing temperature data of farms in Gyeonggi-do in Korea for the last 10 years. If this algorithm is used, it is expected that it can be used as an auxiliary data for agricultural activities.
This article has an aim to study what kind of housing system our ancestors lived with during the Yi-Dynasty by analyzing the house-plan of upper-class society of that period since the house of lower-class was very insignificant as it has always been while the house of upper-class represented the period. With this study we can clearly see how we ought to go in the right direction toward the development of our Korean genuine housing by renovating and renewing those unreasonable points in our traditional housing system. It is firmly believed that we should-keep our own unique traditional lovely housing system for being destroyed by the whirl-wind of modernization and the demand of rationalism and efficiency-centered idea of the western mind. From this view point we think it is very urgent to see this matter correctly and find out the real way how we should do in order to keep our own good things for ourselves and make them preserved. This essay is divided into three parts as follows : 1. Thoughts on selecting the good housing area. 2. The aspect of housing reflected upon composing the house-plan. 3. The characteristic sentiments reflected upon the interior construction and decoration. We can find several characteristic points in the housing system of the Yi-Dynasty as follows : 1. In Korea, the thought of natural geography (Poongsu-seul), apart fro scientific view, which seems rather superstitious to us, modern young people, has been highly recommended by the people of our country from old days connected with the prosperity of our life. They also neglected about the social circumstances such as, market, transportation, and education, which are now considered as very important. They only put their concern on this natural environment which they called Poongsu. 2. In construction of house-plan, the house was not built for living with reasonable convenience, but for showing prestige of the upper-class people reflecting its social organization under the feudalism of the period. Furthermore, the most of the housework was done actually by those servants and maids of the house, and not the family themselves. The only concern for the upper-class people was to show off their authority, and so this sense of authority was revealed in the housing as well. 3. Both the outside appearance of the house and the interior decoration or the furniture are all very artistic and lovely. They were so refined and beautiful with their delicate taste which truly seem against our modern rationalism and uniformity.
Our country has depended on fossil fuel very much according to the Increasing of the demand of the electric power. For instance, if the reduction and freezing caused by the warm gas in earth by the regulation of international environment happen in Korea it will bring about the result of weakness in industrial activity. As a result, it will cause many problems to compete an advanced country which wants to connect environment with the activity of industrial product in their country. The photovoltaic system outputs have peak about a half past 13 o'clock(before and after) mainly in a good weather. The output decreases rapidly from a half past 17 o'clock and PV output doesn't work at six o'clock before the sun rises. The outputs of PV system stops at that time. The frequent degree of harmonics in dwelling house which lots of people live has peak from 19 o'clock to 22 o'clock Harmonics mainly happens at least at night. In recent, many researches about power quality has been studying very hard in order to solve the question, the voltage fluctuating and harmonics as one compensator. In this paper, I suggest the algorithm which can increase the power quality as a rate of operation of this system. This algorithm proves to have effectiveness through computer simulation.
Indoor air quality can be affected by indoor sources, ventilation, decay, and outdoor levels. Various indoor and out-door combustion sources produce nitrogen dioxide ($NO_2$), which is a by-product of high temperature fossil fuel combustion. Especially, the presence of gas ranges and smoking have been identified as major factors contributing to indoor $NO_2$ exposures. In this study, we compared an industrial complex area with a country area by assessing the personal exposure to $NO_2$with measurements of indoor and outdoor $NO_2$ levels in residences and by house characteristics and questionnaire. Personal exposure concentrations were significantly correlated with indoor $NO_2$ concentrations of residences in both the industrial complex area and the country area with correlation coefficients of 0.561 and 0.664, respectively, compared to outdoors. Multiple regression analysis, indicated that indoor $NO_2$ levels in residences were only affected by outdoor levels (p = 0.000) in spite of higher indoor sources such as smoking. Therefore, it is suggested that outdoor air quality as well as indoor air quality should be considered in the reduction of the personal exposure to air pollutants.

The masonry structure has been widely used as the dwelling house structure in our country for a long time. The masonry structure is weak in the lateral forces such as strong wind and earthquake. But there is no regulation for it in the domestic aseismic design codes. The purpose of this study is to suggest a simple design method of un-reinforced masonry wall.
We should understand the wetlands in the environment not only large famous but also very small wetlands. Wetlands have been understood the habitat of waterfowls and the treasure house of ecology. But All wetlands must be cognized how to be wetlands and be valuable as environment. There are many small and nonfamous wetlands in our country. They are not understood as wetlands. They are known as leaved estate, so thought as developed economically. Many leaved small nonfamous wetlands supply various good things. Most of all, they are water service and maintain of climate. These are served the source of sustenance of earth environment and ecology. They must get supported and maintained. Therefore The paradigm is shifted on the wetlands.
The housing market requires customized housing to be supplied according to the various characteristics of households. Multinominal Logistic Regression was used to analyze the effects of variables of household characteristics according to the number of family members on the choice of housing size in the scope of the whole country's housing market. Analysis showed that the number of family members has its own characteristics. When a household has a smaller number of family members, there are more variables affecting choice of housing size. Living and housing expenses variables served as significant variables that affect all household types. Results showed that households with more living and housing expenses are more likely to choose a large sized house and where households have a greater number of family members, there is more influence on that choice. The age of the householder was only found to be a meaningful variable in 1-2 person households and 3-4 person households, particularly in the choice of a small or large sized house. This shows that the age of the householder does not play an important role in choosing medium sized houses for households of under 4 people, but affects the choice of small and large sized houses. The academic ability of household members also served as a significant variable. While 1-2 person households with high academic ability tend to select a large sized house, 3-4 person households with high academic ability tend to select a small sized house. It is observed that members of both 1-2 person households and 3-4 person households tend to select their house between a large sized house and a small sized house in order to own their own houses. The result of this research suggests that there are various and detailed variables on the choice of housing size. Especially, a notable result is that household characteristics more significantly affect the housing size choice of 1-2 person households, while the trend of an aging society will more significantly affect a 3-4 person households' choice of a large sized house. Therefore, a study on the choice of housing size according to characteristics of elderly households and 1-2 person households should be continually analyzed.

Vacant houses are increasing across the country, but the appropriate measures have not been set up yet. Accordingly, vacant houses are left unattended for a long time, and become deserted to degrade the residential environment. They are often used as the space for the deviation of youth or even for crimes, threatening the safety of rural society. Vacant houses are not only personal properties but also public assets that form the residential environment of a town. Therefore, the problem should be better taken care of with appropriate policies. In this study, the present situation of vacant houses in Korea, the causes of the vacant house and the limits and lessons of the improvement projects were reviewed, along with the vacant house improvement systems in the UK and Japan. The most significant difference between the cases in Korea and other countries are the method of vacant house improvement. In terms of policies and support, Korea focuses on demolition, whereas other countries focus on reuse. In addition, the vacant house improvement projects in Korea are performed mostly by government agencies, whereas local governments and private organizations in other countries cooperate to improve vacant houses and go beyond mere residential environment improvement towards the local revitalization. Based on the study results, the following are proposed to efficiently improve and use the rural vacant houses. First, the Rearrangement of Agricultural and Fishing Villages Act, which allows the vacant houses to be left unattended and not improved, should be revised. Second, the intermediate support organizations that connect the demand and supply should be fostered and supported so that the use of vacant houses can be vitalized and privately led. Third, the best practices of using the vacant houses should be found and promoted, and the vacant house remodeling technique should be developed and propagated. Fourth, a special law should be enacted to comprehensively plan, support and execute the vacant house improvement, as in Japan. Finally, the value of the vacant houses as public properties should be shared in public so that all citizens can participate in addressing the vacant house issue to derive the detailed plans to solve the problem.
