양측식 Halbach 자화 회전자를 갖는 영구자석 동기 전동발전기의 출력 및 손실 특성 (Power and loss characteristics of PMSM/G with double-sided Halbach magnetized rotor)

  • The rotational loss is one of the most important problems for the practical applications of PM synchronous motor/generator. This rotational loss is divided as the mechanical loss by windage and bearing and iron loss by hysteresis loop and eddy current in the part of the magnetic field. So, In this paper, a double-sided PMSM/G without the iron loss is designed by analytical method of the magnetic field and estimation of the back-EMF constant represented as the design parameter. This design model consists of the double-sided PM rotor with Halbach magnetized array and coreless 3-phase winding stator. The results show that the double-sided PMSM/G without iron loss can be applicable to the required system without the rotational loss.

  • Tn this paper. dual rotor disk configuration with a coreless stator is proposed for the Lorentz force type integrated motor hearing system. An experimental compensation for the effects of high order harmonics is performed using the digital controller of the experimental setup. The runout profile and rotor unbalance are also identified by the extended influence coefficient method. The experimental results confirm that this compensation scheme effectively attenuates the rotor vibration all over the operating range of rotational speed.

  • This paper deals with the design and characteristic analysis of a coreless an axial flux permanent magnet (AFPM) motor. Axial-flux permanent magnet motors prove to be the best candidate for application in electric vehicles (EVs) as direct-drive wheel motors, as in comparison with conventional motors they allow design with higher compactness, lightness and efficiency. Recently, issues regarding environment and the diversification of dependence in oil are watched with keen interest. In this theses, through the simulation of AFPM for low and high torque which has stator in the center and two rotors each side, understand its specialty, with this, make a prototype motor and design drive which can enhance the motors stability in low speed. Especially, specialty of motors torque power output will be mainly talked and based on this, possibility of application in EVs will be inspected by the theoretical study and the test.

  • Nowadays, the global interests are concentrated on the preserving of the clean environment, and the diminishing of the dependence on the fossil energy, and among the possible alternative energies, the wind turbine generating system is considered to be the best suited to produce high efficiency energy, without affecting the natural environment. The permanent magnet generators were been used for the wind power generating, for long time, with continuous efforts to improve the generating efficiency. And the latest trend on it is to develop an AFPM(Axial Flux Permanent Magnet)type, which is composed in the structure of rotor and stator shaped in the disc forms, and the direction of the flux at the air gap runs in parallel to the shaft. This thesis is on the study concerning with the analysis of the characteristics of the 5 kW at 300rpm direct drive AFPM generator which is suitable for the small scale wind turbine generating system. In it, the Electro-magnetically Coreless AFPM was been analyzed, the prototype generators been made, concentrated on interpreting the characteristics of the power output, and verifying it through the theoretical study and practical tests.
