Recently, big data is rapidly emerging as a core technology in the 4th industrial revolution. Further, the utilization and the demand of drones are continuously increasing with the development of the 4th industrial revolution. However, as the drones usage increases, the risk of drones falling increases. Drones always have a risk of being able to fall easily even with small problems due to its simple structure. In this paper, in order to predict the risk of drone fall and to prevent the fall, ESC (Electronic Speed Control) is attached integrally with the drone's driving motor and the acceleration sensor is stored to collect the vibration data in real time. By processing and monitoring the data in real time and analyzing the data through big data obtained in such a situation using a Fast Fourier Transform (FFT) algorithm, we proposed a prediction system that minimizes the risk of drone fall by analyzing big data collected from drones.
Recently, multimedia DBMS is appeared to be the core technology of the information society to store, manage and retrieve multimedia data efficiently. In this paper, we propose a new method for content based-retrieval system using wavelet transform, energy value to extract automatically feature vector from image data, and suggest an effective retrieval technique through this method. Wavelet transform is widely used in image compression and digital signal analysis, and its coefficient values reflect image feature very well. The correlation in wavelet domain between query image data and the stored data in database is used to calculate similarity. In order to assess the image retrieval performance, a set of hundreds images are run. The method using standard derivation and mean value used for feature vector extraction are compared with that of our method based on energy value. For the simulation results, our energy value method was more effective than the one using standard derivation and mean value.

The Campus Core is centered at the physical, functional and symbolic environment of a university, which is known as the top academic institution, hence it metaphorically represents not only the educational philosophy when institution first opened, but also the transformed values of the time. Today, universities are asked to actively communicate with the local community in terms of function and be remodeled as pedestrian-friendly campuses in terms of physical environment. For this reason, the study comprehends the concept of the campus core in accordance with a pedestrian-friendly environment and suggests a practical plan for campus cores of district national universities based on previous research examination. Since the purpose of the study is to suggest a change in the circulation system centered on vehicle use to transform into a pedestrian-friendly environment through a planned approach while introducing public mixed-use at the same time, the study supports the fact that it is possible to reorganize the strategy of a pedestrian-friendly circulation system and partially revise the land utilization to yield the expected outcomes. Thus, this study will provide valid suggestions for similar maintenance plans while looking back to the meaning and value of today's campus core.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the effect of the kV on fractal dimension of trabecular bone in digital radiographs. Materials and Methods: 16 bone cores were obtained from patients who had taken partial resection of tibia due to accidents. Each bone core along with an aluminum step wedge was radiographed with an occlusal film at 0.08 sec and with the constant film-focus distance (32 cm). All radiographs were acquired at 60, 75, and 90 kV. A rectangular ROI was drawn at medial part, distal part, and the bone defect area of each bone core image according to each kV. The directional fractal dimension was measured using Fourier Transform spectrum, and the anisotropy was obtained using directional fractal dimension. The values were compared by the repeated measures ANOVA. Results : The fractal dimensions increased along with kV increase (p < 0.05). The anisotropy measurements did not show statistically significant difference according to kV change. The fractal dimensions of the bone defect areas of the bone cores have low values contrast to the non-defect areas of the bone cores. The anisotropy measurements of the bone defect areas were lower than those of the non-defect areas of the bone cores, but not statistically significant. Conclusion: Fractal analysis can notice a difference of a change of voltage of x-ray tube and bone defect or not. And anisotropy of a trabecular bone is coherent even with change of the voltage of x-ray tube or defecting off a part of bone.
Recently, many studies on automated generation of composite Web services have been done. Most of these works compose Web services by chaining their inputs and outputs, but do not consider the functional semantics. Therefore, they may construct unsatisfied composite services against users' intention. Futhermore, they have high time-complexity since every possible combinations of available services should be considered. To resolve these problems, this paper proposes a sophisticated composition method that explicitly specifies and uses the functional semantics of Web services. Specifically, A graph model is constructed to represent the functional semantics of Web services as well as the dependency among inputs and outputs. On the graph, we search core services which provide the requested function ality and additional services which transform between I/O types of the user request and the core services. Then, composite services are built from combinations of the discovered services. The proposed method improves the semantic correctness of composite services by the functional semantics of Web services, and reduces the time complexity by combinations of functionally related services.

Objectives: In this study, we evaluated the influence of different radiant exposures provided by single-peak and polywave light-curing units (LCUs) on the degree of conversion (DC) and the mechanical properties of resin cements. Materials and Methods: Six experimental groups were established for each cement (RelyX ARC, 3M ESPE; LuxaCore Dual, Ivoclar Vivadent; Variolink, DMG), according to the different radiant exposures (5, 10, and $20J/cm^2$) and two LCUs (single-peak and polywave). The specimens were made (7 mm in length ${\times}$ 2 mm in width ${\times}$ 1 mm in height) using silicone molds. After 24 hours of preparation, DC measurement was performed using Fourier transform infrared spectrometry. The same specimens were used for the evaluation of mechanical properties (flexural strength, FS; elastic modulus, E) by a three-point bending test. Data were assessed for normality, after which two-way analysis of variance (ANOVA) and post hoc Tukey's test were performed. Results: No properties of the Variolink cement were influenced by any of the considered experimental conditions. In the case of the RelyX ARC cement, DC was higher when polywave LCU was used; FS and E were not influenced by the conditions evaluated. The LuxaCore cement showed greater sensitivity to the different protocols. Conclusions: On the basis of these results, both the spectrum of light emitted and the radiant exposure used could affect the properties of resin cements. However, the influence was material-dependent.

This paper presents an MPEG-4 video codec, called MoVa, for video coding applications that adopts 3G-324M. We designed MoVa to be optimal by embedding a cost-effective ARM7TDMI core and partitioning it into hardwired blocks and firmware blocks to provide a reasonable tradeoff between computational requirements, power consumption, and programmability. Typical hardwired blocks are motion estimation and motion compensation, discrete cosine transform and quantization, and variable length coding and decoding, while intra refresh, rate control, error resilience, error concealment, etc. are implemented by software. MoVa has a pipeline structure and its operation is performed in four stages at encoding and in three stages at decoding. It meets the requirements of MPEG-4 SP@L2 and can perform either 30 frames/s (fps) of QCIF or SQCIF, or 7.5 fps (in codec mode) to 15 fps (in encode/decode mode) of CIF at a maximum clock rate of 27 MHz for 128 kbps or 144 kbps. MoVa can be applied to many video systems requiring a high bit rate and various video formats, such as videophone, videoconferencing, surveillance, news, and entertainment.
Business process in e-government mostly embody as the flow of documents. Constructing a web-based document flow system becomes an critical task for today s digital government. But few of them use an off-the-shelf workflow product. Why? One of the reasons is that most of the workflow system are heavyweight, monolithic, and package a comprehensive set of features in an all-or-nothing manner. Another reason is that workflow technology lacks the constructs and modeling capability as programming language. It is incumbent on government IT organizations to transform their solution development to component-based computing model. Component technology isolates the computation and communication parts, but how to compose different software components is still a hard nut. An integrated development environment is necessary for CBSD. In this paper we propose a XML and component-based document flow-oriented integrated development environment (DFoIDE) for software developers. By writing some xml configure file, and operate on DFoIDE, developer can construct a workflow application quickly. This method divides system to several components and the activities in process are implemented as business component. Different components are discribed detailedly in this paper, especially one of the core component. Component Integrating Tool. Different perspectives in workflow application are seperated and depicted as different XML files. Correspondly, A component composition method for developing workflow application instead of workflow itself is proposed.
The vibration of reactor internals should be monitored and diagnosed for the early detection of the failure of reactor pressure vessel. This can be performed by analyzing the time-history signals from the excore neutron flux detertors. The conventional method is an on-demand system which generates power spectra through Fast Fourier Transform(FFT) algorithm. The operator can make his own decision to detect abnormal vibration using these spectra. This post- processing method, however, requires special expertise in the reactor noise analysis and signal processing for random data. It may mislead the operator into erroneous decision-making, if he is a novice in reactor noise analysis. Hence this study is focused on the automated monitoring and diagnosis procedure for the reactor noise analysis, especially on the Fuzzy algorithm to recognize the pattern of the vibration of Core Suport Barrel. The excore neutron signals of Yonggwang Nuclear Power Plant unit 3 is acquired and analyzed using conventional FFT spectra and tested to adopt the Fuzzy method. An Automated Monitoring and Diagnosis System for CSB Vibration using this Fuzzy method is proposed. Furthermore, vibration data for CSB of Youggwang Nnclear Power Plant unit 3 is presented.

Complementing recent advances made in the field of structural health monitoring and damage detection, the concept of a wireless sensing network with distributed computational power is proposed. The fundamental building block of the proposed sensing network is a wireless sensing unit capable of acquiring measurement data, interrogating the data and transmitting the data in real time. The computational core of a prototype wireless sensing unit can potentially be utilized for execution of embedded engineering analyses such as damage detection and system identification. To illustrate the computational capabilities of the proposed wireless sensing unit, the fast Fourier transform and auto-regressive time-series modeling are locally executed by the unit. Fast Fourier transforms and auto-regressive models are two important techniques that have been previously used for the identification of damage in structural systems. Their embedment illustrates the computational capabilities of the prototype wireless sensing unit and suggests strong potential for unit installation in automated structural health monitoring systems.
