대칭형 교각 코핑부 보의 비틀림 및 휨 거동 특성 (Torsional and Flexural Behavior Characteristics of Symmetric Pier Copping Beam)

  • The main aim of this study was to evaluate the bending and torsional behaviors of representative regular type cap beams in elevated guideway structures. A1/2 scale model copping beam, excluding the column portion, was designed, constructed, and tested. The copping beam was subjected to horizontal monotonic and cyclic loads with a constant vertical load over the loading stage. The damage was very much dominated by torsion. Experiment results showed that the spiral confinement in the beam helped to restrain the opening of torsional cracks in the column zone. Hence, the torsional strength of the cap beam contributesgreatly to the confinement conditions of the column.

  • This research is to understand the actual conditions of the degrees of housework share, the usage of kitchen equipments, the adjustments of residence, and community service to understand difficulties on housework that disabled homemakers can have, and to present possible copping strategies for homelife improvement of disabled homemakers. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows : 1) Main difficulties are that the disabled homemakers feel when performing housework are the preparation of meals, doing dishes, doing laundry, cleaning up etc, which are the essential parts of ones homelife. 2) The result shows that having a rice cooker, a refrigerator, and a stove is a necessity for the disabled homemakers and that the degree of usage is pretty high. 3) Most of the disabled homemakers lack basic adjustments for the disabled in their residence such as the adjustments of the height of shelves. 4) Considering that they do not recognize community service for them, and most of them are not covered by any service, we can conclude that community service for disabled homemakers is not run enough.

임상실습 수행시 스트레스와 스트레스 대처방법에 관한 연구 (According to the clinical training, the study of stresses and coping ways of stresses)

  • This is a section study for research of main cause and coping ways caused by stresses during the clinical experiment. It was researched by 231 students of third grade have finished clinical experiment until September though questionnaire. The methods for this study used the a stress measuring instrument thai was used by Hoa-Yun Jun and coping ways of stresses devised by Bell. We computed the frequency and the mean value by the SPSS 10.0 statistical data and we got the following result that from the experiment with t-test and the ANOVA analysis. 1. The mean value of stresses indicated rather higher states in figures 2,855 and the figures that were classified by each areas, indicated highest figures are affected by circumstances, that is 3.065. 2. As higher as the degree of satisfactions in their major, students feel stress less so, the result was not quite different between each of them (p=0.007). 3. The copping ways of stresses indicated, similar differences by using of long-term copping ways and short-term copping ways to cope with stresses(p=0.000). 4. In case of the students who failed college entrance exams and prepared for the next chance for more than one year, indicated highest figures that is 2.57 in short-term ways to cope with stresses, so it showed slightly differences between them(p=0.014). 5. According to the satisfactions of clinical experiments, there were not any statistical differences in long-term coping ways but, as smaller as the satisfactions, in that evidence of the students use short-term copping ways, it showed slightly differences between them(p=0.041). 6. According to the degree of stresses, low-stress groups use short-term coping ways more than high-stress groups, so it showed slightly differences between them(p=0.001). 7. As far as the using of long-term coping ways, the figures of between the lower stress groups and the higher stress groups indicated 2.89 and 2.97 respectably so, the figures were not so closed.

  • The popularity of Ni-Cr-Mo based metal alloys for metal-ceramic crown have increased recently because of low price, superior yield strength and rigidity. the use of these alloys give them the potential advantage of thinner copping with the required rigidity for long span bridges. The purpose of this study was to assess the microstructures and mechanical properties of Ni-Cr-Mo-(Si,Al,Nb,Zr,Ti.Cu,Mm) based Alloys not containing beryllium(Be) related toxic effects. The abtained results indicated that as-cast these specimen alloys showed compositional and microstructural differences, and mechanical properties values of Ni69Cr20Mo5Si2Al4 alloy among these specimen alloys was found to be superior to those of commercial Ni-Cr based alloy using in market place today.

지대치 코어 재료와 In-Ceram coping의 두께가 In-Ceram의 색에 미치는 영향 (COLOR DIFFERNCE OF IN-CERAM BY THE VARIOUS POSTCORE MATERIALS AND COPING THICKNESS)

  • The purpose of this study is to evaluate the color differences in the In-Ceram according to coping thickness and various abutment core materials ; amalgam, precious alloy, composite resin, non-precious alloy. After the porcelain was built up on the In-Ceram coping at the thicknes of 0.3mm and 0.5mm then it was cemented with glass ionomer cement to the post & core materials. The following results were obtained. 1. There were significant differences in the $L^*$ values $a^*$ and $b^*$ values in the cementation of different cores, to the In-Ceram(P<0.01). $L^*$ values were not significantly different between the composite resin to the In-Ceram and the $a^*\;b^*$ values were not significantly different between the amalgam and the non-precious alloy. 2. All of cementations of In-Ceram to the core materisal had color difference(${\Delta}E^*ab$) compared to the In-Ceram. In the 0.3mm thickness of the In-Ceram copping non-precious alloy indicated the greatest value, while the composite resin core showed the lowest value with a thickness of 0.5mm In-Ceram copping. 3. By controlloing the In-Ceram coping thickness $L^*$ value was significatly different(P<0.01), but not in $a^*$ and $b^*$ values. 4. In an amalgam, precious & non-prcious alloys there was a 1,74 to 3.06 range color difference in the controlled thickness of In-Ceram coping at the thickness of 0.3mm and 0.5mm. The above results suggest that the requirement of the sufficient thickness of In-Ceram coping and the suitable core material in order to get an estheti restoration by In-Ceram and also to intercept the original core color.

비만 남자대학생의 자가 건강다이어트 프로그램 참여 경험 (Experiences in Self-dieting Program of Obese Male College Students)

  • Purpose: This study was to describe the process of healthy dieting and develop a substantive theory that explains lifestyle in obese male college students. Methods: The participants were 11 students who had participated in self-dieting program in a health center. Data were collected with in-depth interviews and analyzed by grounded theory in Strauss and Corbin (1990). Results: Through analyzing process, 36 concepts, 18 subcategories, and nine categories were deduced. In axial coding, casual condition, 'shrinking themselves' and 'oriented to selfish lifestyle', context condition, 'distress in mutual understanding' impacted on phenomenon, 'making health with autonomous living pattern'. Intervening conditions were 'practicing with active measures' and 'growing the willpower' and action-interaction condition, 'devoting realistic plan with positiveness' totally lead to consequence in 'regaining social relationship' and 'pursuing harmonious sound of mind and body'. The periods of process were divided four stages, reflecting self-characteristics, situational copping phase, applying period realistic strategies, and developing phase of social relationship. The core category, 'developing communication competency' incorporated the relationship between and among all categories and explained the process. Conclusion: The findings indicate that self leading health program helped to develop the communication competency. Therefore, we would consider about internalized motives and external incentives in health programs.

한방 멀티 전동 부항 시스템에 관한 연구 (Portable Multi-Power Cupping System)

  • 고령화 사회의 노인성 질환 치료기술에 대한 수요가 증가되고 있는 가운데 최근 한의약이 새롭게 주목을 받고 있다. 본 논문에서는 환자 스스로 의해 기본적인 치료가 이루어질 수 있는 휴대용 한방 멀티 전동 부항 시스템을 제안했다. 본 시스템은 여러 개의 부항컵을 동시에 시술할 수 있고, 타이머와 공압을 자유롭게 조절하여 환부의 장시간 공압 유지로 인한 가려움증 및 근육응결을 해소할 수 있다.

  • 본 연구는 폭력가정에서 여성과 자녀 모두 심각한 수준의 위기를 경험하고 있다고 전제하고 그들의 생존과 대처와 관련된 갈등과 딜레마를 모-자녀관계의 관계적 경험을 이해하고자 현상학적 조사를 수행하였다. 쉼터에 거주하고 자녀양육경험이 있는 10명의 여성들을 대상으로 심층면담을 수행하였으며 질적분석 소프트웨어인 아틀라스티를 활용하여 자료 분석의 효율성을 극대화하였다. 가정폭력은 언제든지 아동학대로 전이, 통합될 가능성이 매우 높은 사건으로 매맞는 여성과 자녀는 '모성과 효성의 위기'를 공유하며 대처노력에 있어 서로를 위한 생존 에너지를 동원할 수 있는 상호적 존재의미를 갖는다. 폭력가정의 여성과 자녀들을 위한 사회복지적 개입은 피해가족구성원들의 복합적 현실을 심도 깊게 이해함을 전제로 여성과 아동을 동시에 역량강화 시키는 통합적 접근이어야 한다.

  • 토사질을 제거한 생 개량조개 육을 BHA, EDTA 또는 $NaHSO_3$를 각각 처리한 다음 갈아서 박편으로 열풍건조한 박편건제품의 제조 및 저장중에 있어서 이들의 처리가 박편건제품의 색소 소실 및 흡수율에 미치는 영향을 검토한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1) 생개량조개를 갈아서 조개의 형태를 바꾸어 엷게 열풍건조 하므로서 조개의 원형 그대로 건조하는 것 보다 건조시간을 약1/2로 단축할 수 있었다. 2) BHA를 처리하여 박편으로 건조한 것은 다른 처리구와 비교할 때 박편건제품 제조 및 저장중에 색소 소실이 가장 적었다. 3) 박편건제품은 조개 형태 그대로 말린 제품 보다 흡수율이 약2배 높았다. 4) 박편건제품을 암실에 저장한 것은 햇빛이 닿는 곳에 저장한 것 보다 색소 소실도 적고 흡수율도 좋았다.

다층 지르코니아 블록 종류와 설계위치에 따른 지르코니아 코핑의 기계적 특성 비교 (Comparison of Mechanical Properties of Zirconia Copping by multi-layered zirconia blocks and Design locations)

  • Purpose: This study was investigated the effect of multi-layer zirconia block type and design location on the mechanical properties of zirconia copings. Methods: Three kinds of multi-layered zirconia blocks (Snow princess multi layered block, Multi cherry, Dental zirconia pre-shaded blank) were used to identify the effects of the kinds of multi-layered zirconia blocks, design locations on mechanical characteristics of zirconia copings. 150 Zirconia copings were fabricated and fracture strength, hardness and microstructure were compared and evaluated. Results: Dental zirconia pre-shaded blank(2,256.9N) had the highest fracture strength of zirconia copings on all the design locations, and it was followed by Snow princess multi layered block(2,107.5N) and Multi cherry(917.0N). Snow princess multi layered block(1,949.7Hv) had the highest hardness of zirconia copings on all the design locations, and it was followed by Dental zirconia pre-shaded blank(1,671.7Hv) and Multi cherry(1,383.7Hv). The cervical layer had the highest fracture strength and hardness of zirconia copings in all the blocks, and it was followed by the cervical+gradation layer, the enamel layer, the enamel+gradation layer, and the gradation layer. Conclusion: It was found that the fracture strength and hardness were different according to the kinds of multilayer zirconia block and design location, and it was confirmed that it is lower than the fracture strength of white zirconia.
