This study attempts to investigate about the factor affecting the export performance of Korean venture companies. The ways of data collection for this study depend on documentary records, opinion investigation of experts, and the cases. The samples for this study are investigated from the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry and he Ministry of Commerce about the nation's 700 the small and medium export venture companies' the business showings in December 2005. The survey executed May 10th, 2006 to May 31st, 2006, for about 22 days. The survey collected total 518 copies which included telephone request and interview researched about 269 copies, direct visits 162 copies, mail survey 87 copies. This study used 500 copies except 18 copies which don't have reliability or can handle easy. The statistical analysis techniques, which are used in survey analysis, areas follows. First, it divided 2 categories which are an export strategy and other factors, then it executed factor analysis and reliability analysis. Second, it executed multiple regression analysis which can search effect export strategy and growth in each categories.
A highly sensitive and specific TaqMan real-time PCR was used to quantify hepatopancreatic parvovirus (HPV) type III infections in wild broodstocks and hatchery-reared postlarvae (PL) of Fenneropenaeus chinensis. Totals of 159 and 162 wild brooders from three locations were captured, and 140 and 180 PL were obtained from seven and six commercial hatcheries in 2007 and 2008, respectively. Among the three wild broodstock groups from 2007, only 1 group showed HPV infection and 3.2% of 159 brooders were positive for HPV infection. In 2008, HPV infections were observed from all three wild broodstock groups with $1.93{\times}10^4$ copies/mg tissue of pleopods. Of 162 brooders, 26.6% were positive for HPV infection. No PL from the two hatcheries collected in 2007 showed HPV infection, and PL from the rest of the five hatcheries had up to $1.74{\times}10^6$ copies/ng of DNA, and PL from three hatcheries showed HPV infections with over 1,000 copies/ng of DNA. The PL from all seven hatcheries collected in 2008 showed up to $2.10{\times}10^5$ HPV copies/ng of DNA. PL from two hatcheries showed less than 100 copies/ng of DNA, but PL from the rest of the hatcheries showed HPV infections with over 1,000 copies/ng of DNA. These results show that HPV type III is widely distributed in Korea in addition to previously reported HPV type I, and they can be effectively detected by type-specific realtime PCR.

Quantitative analysis of myxosporean parasites (Enteromyxum leei and Parvicapsula anisocaudata) were performed using real-time PCR on the internal organs (head kidney, body kidney, intestine, spleen, brain, liver, heart, muscle, blood, and eye) of emaciated Paralichthys olivaceus from farm-A. The highest DNA copy number of E. leei was shown in the intestine (1.3 × 108 copies/mg tissue) of emaciatied P. olivaceus and DNA copy number in the other internal organs (1.3 × 103~4.6 × 105 copies/mg tissue) showed lower than in intestine. From the result of real-time PCR for P. anisocaudata, it was considered mildly infected, due to the low DNA copy numbers of the head kidney (1.3 × 103 copies/mg tissue) and body kidney (9.1 × 103 copies/mg tissue). In order to investigate whether myxosporean parasites can be detected in a non-invasive way, quantitative analysis of E. leei and P. anisocaudata from rearing water of three farms were performed by real-time PCR. The DNA copy number of E. leei from rearing water of farm-A and farm-B were 8 × 104 and 5 × 105 copies/L, respectively. However, it was not detected in farm-C. For P. anisocaudata from rearing water, farm-A, farm-B and farm-C showed 0, 2.0 × 106 and 5.1 × 106 copies/L, respectively.

Background: Breast cancer accounts about one million from total annual ten million new diagnosed cases of neoplasia worldwide and is the main cause of death due to cancer in women. Tamoxifen is the most popular selective estrogen receptor modulator used in anti estrogen treatments. Tamoxifen must be converted into its metabolite endoxifen for biologic effects; this conversion process is catalysed by highly polymorphic cytochrome P450 2D6 (CYP2D6). This study surveyed copy number variation of the CYP2D6 gene and its possible correlation with Tamoxifen resistance in breast cancer patients. Methods: This case control study was performed on samples taken from 79 patients with breast cancer who used tamoxifen in Yazd and Tehran Cities, Iran. Real time reactions were conducted for 10 healthy samples using the comparative $C_t$ (Cycles threshold) method, each pair of genes being compared and samples with ratios around 1 were taken as control samples. Proliferation reactions were done by Real-Time PCR ABI Prism 7500. All registered data were transformed into SPSS 15 program and analyzed. Results: Efficiency of PCR for both CYP2D6 and ALB genes was 100%. From all 23 drug resistant patients 21.7% had one copy, 47.8% two copies and 30.4% had three copies. Also from all 56 drug sensitive patients, 26.8% had one copy, 51.8% two copies and 21.4% had three copies. The percentage of patients with one and two copies was similar between two groups but patients with three copies were more likely to belong to the drug resistant group more. Odd ratios for one and two copies were 0.759 and 0.853 respectively, indicating possible protective effects while that for three copies was 1.604. Conclusions: Based on our study there is no significant link between CYP2D6 gene copy numbers and tamoxifen resistance in women with breast cancer. But more studies considering other influencing factors appear warranted.
The purpose of this study was to conduct factor analysis on Foodservice consumers' lifestyle patterns in dietary life, classify lifestyle patterns, and identify how lifestyle patterns influence the 5 stages of decision making process for purchase. Among 300 copies of the distributed questionnaire, 259 copies were collected for this study. It used a total of 283 copies as the effective samples for empirical analysis except 12 copies with false entries among them. For data analysis, it conducted frequency analysis, validity and reliability analysis, factor analysis, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 12.0. As a result, Hypothesis 1 was significant while Hypothesis 2, 3, and 5 were partially significant. On the contrary, Hypothesis 4 was not significant. Therefore, lifestyle patterns had partially significant effects on decision making process for dining-out purchase. This study subdivided dining-out consumers' lifestyles which were limited to dietary life, and also subdivided decision making process for dining-out consumers' dining-out purchase into five stages. It is significant and very suggestive that this study identified what lifestyle patterns concretely had significant effects on the specific decision making stage. In the future, the researches on adolescent class and silver class should be executed continuously.
In proportion as increasing priority of sports service industries, the necessity and importance of service marketing has raising. Because of such point, this study investigates on the relationship of physical evidence and performance in using commercial sport centers. A study model and several hypotheses were developed regarding the relationships. To test the model and the hypotheses empirically, we distributed 350 copies of survey and collected 283 copies. 278 copies appear valid for our empirical study, except 5 copies that are considered inappropriate for our purpose. The results and implications are as follows. First, Service physical evidence had a positive effects on overall perceived quality and satisfaction. second, Results indicate that overall perceived quality and satisfaction playa significant role in the relationship between physical evidence and customer loyalty.

This study conducted empirical analysis on the influence of perception of organization politics of social welfare facility employee to job attitude, and based on the analysis result, it aims to suggest theoretic and political implications. For this, the study conducted survey targeting social workers working at social welfare facilities in Gwangju. 350 copies of survey were distributed,. 197 copies were retrieved and 176 copies were used in analysis after excluding 21 copies with insincere reponses. The collected data was processed through SPSS 20.0 for reliability analysis, frequency analysis, T-test, and hierarchical regression analysis. The study results are as below. This study analyzed the job exhaustion, turn over intention and causal relationship as the result variables and perception of organization politics of social workers, and analyzed the leader trust as mediating effect among the previous researches related to perception of organization politics. As for the analysis result, the perception of organization politics of social workers improve job exhaustion and turn over intention, and leader trust was confirmed to have mediating effect on relationship among the variables.
Purpose: The beauty market is growing rapidly and becoming more competitive as new shops enter the market and offer similar products and services. The way for industries such as beauty shops to succeed in market competition is to understand customer needs and provide a marketing mix appropriate for those needs. Research design, data, and methodology: The survey was conducted for a total of 4 days from October 4 to October 7, 2023, and a total of 2,431 copies were distributed and 463 copies were returned. Excluding 2 copies with insincere responses, 461 copies were used for analysis. The data were analyzed with SPSS 25.0 and SamrtPLS 4.0. Result: Product, price, promotion, people, and physical evidence influence perceived value, but place and process didn't. Product, process, and physical evidence influence reputation, but price, location, promotion, and people didn't. Perceived value influences revisit intention but did not reputation. Reputation influences revisit intention. Conclusions: First, beauty shops must develop beauty services that can satisfy customers' needs. Second, beauty shops must continue to invest in external facilities and interior design. Third, intangible service processes can help the beauty shop's reputation. Fourth, beauty shops need to maintain a balance between price and perceived value so that customers can be satisfied with the service experience.
Although autism spectrum disorder (ASD) has been thought to have a substantial genetic background, major contributing genes have yet to be identified or successfully replicated. Immunological dysfunction has been suggested to be associated with ASD, and T cell-mediated immunity was considered important for the development of ASD. In this study, we analyzed 163 ASD subjects and 97 normal controls by genomic quantitative PCR to evaluate the association between the copy number variation of the 7q34 locus, harboring the TCRB gene, and ASDs. As a result, there was no significant difference of the frequency distribution of TCRB copy numbers between ASD cases and normal controls. TCRB gene copy numbers ranged from 0 to 5 copies, and the frequency distribution of each copy number was similar between the two groups. The proportion of the individuals with <2 copies of TCRB was 52.8% (86/163) in ASD cases and 57.1% (52/91) in the control group (p=0.44). The proportion of individuals with >2 copies of TCRB was 11.7% (19/163) in ASD cases and 12.1% (11/91) in the control group (p=0.68). After the effects of sex were adjusted by logistic regression, ORs for individuals with <2 copies or >2 copies showed no significant difference compared with the diploid copy number as reference (n=2). Although we could not see the positive association, our results will be valuable information for mining ASD-associated genes and for exploring the role of T cell immunity further in the pathogenesis of ASD.
