  • In this Paper, we proposed optimization of system performance, power splitting protocols applied to relay in the cooperative communication undergo co-channel interference. When relay adjust power distribution factors undergo co-channel interference, it is possible to optimize and maximize the channel capacity of the receiver. Because of energy haversting, interfence transfer to new power source. If we found optimal power levels, to solve inability in system, and to increase the efficiency of the network.

  • To improve quality of an product We have adopted new approaches such as SPC(Statistical Process Control), CIM(compure Integreated Munufactture), QDF(Quality Development Function), etc. In spite of using these approaches, an organization should fail to achive its true goal if that organization didn't developed its cooperative quality culture which is the total of collective and shared learning of quality-related values as the organization have developed its capacity to survive in its external environment and to manage its own internal affairs. In this paper, I analyzed the current quality culture of Korea Telecom and tried to suggest how Korea Telecom develop its service quality based on the quality culture.

  • A femtocell is a small cellular base station, typically designed for use in a home or small business. The random deployment of a femtocell has a critical effect on the performance of a macrocell network due to co-channel interference. Utilizing the advantage of a multiple-input multiple-output system, each femto base station (FBS) is able to form a cluster and generates a precoding matrix, which is a modified version of conventional single-cell block diagonalization, in a cooperative manner. Since interference from clustered-FBSs located at the nearby macro user equipment (MUE) is the dominant interference contributor to the coexisting networks, each cluster generates a precoding matrix considering the effects of interference on nearby MUEs. Through simulation, we verify that the proposed algorithm shows better performance respective to both MUE and femto user equipment, in terms of capacity.

  • As deregulation evolves, pricing electricity becomes a major issue in the electric power industry. Participants in the competitive marketplace are able to improve their profits substantially by effectively pricing the electricity. In this paper, game theory is applied to analyze price-clearing in the generation bidding competition with the competition modeled as the non-cooperative and complete information game. The result of this analysis can be useful in understanding spot price-clearing of electricity as well as GENCOs' strategic behavior in the competitive electricity market.

  • Spectrum sensing has attracted much attention due to its significant contribution to idle spectrum detection in Cognitive Radio Networks. However, specialized discussion is on complexity-based sensing strategy for spectrum sensing seldom considered. Motivated by this, this paper is devoted to complexity-based sensing strategy for spectrum sensing. Firstly, three efficiency functions are defined to estimate sensing efficiency of a spectrum scheme. Then a novel sensing strategy is proposed given sensing performance and computational complexity. After that, the proposed sensing strategy is extended to energy detector, Cyclostationary feature detector, covariance matrix detector and cooperative spectrum detector. The proposed sensing strategy provides a novel insight into sensing performance estimation for its consideration of both sensing capacity and sensing complexity. Simulations analyze three efficiency functions and optimal sensing strategy of energy detector, Cyclostationary feature detector and covariance matrix detector.

  • Small cells, particularly femtocells, are regarded a promising solution for limited resources required to handle the increasing data demand. They usually boost wireless network capacity. While widespread usage of femtocells increases network gain, it also raises several challenges. Interference is one of such concerns. Interference management is also seen as a main obstacle in the adoption of two-tier networks. For example, placing femtocells in a traditional macrocell's geographic area. Interference comes in two forms: cross-tier and co-tier. There have been previous studies conducted on the topic of interference management. This study investigates the principle of categorization of interference management systems. Many methods exist in the literature to reduce or eliminate the impacts of co-tier, cross-tier, or a combination of the two forms of interference. Following are some of the ways provided to manage interference: FFR, Cognitive Femtocell and Cooperative Resource Scheduling, Beamforming Strategy, Transmission Power Control, and Clustering/Graph-Based. Approaches, which were proposed to solve the interference problem, had been presented for each category in this work.

  • In this study, the hyper branched poly (styrene-co-divinylbenzene) (PSD) was synthesized by bulk polymerization and the cationic exchanger with high ion exchange capacity was prepared by sulfonation. The structure of hyper branched PSD ion exchanger was investigated by FT-IR, $^1H-NMR$ spectroscopy, and GPC analysis. The molecular weight, viscosity of hyper branched PSD increased with DVB content, which have the maximum values of 9410g/mol and 338 cP, respectively. And the reaction rate also increased with cross-linker content. As DVB content increased, the solubility of PSD decreased having the maximum value of 22 g with 0.1 mol% DVB. The water content and ion exchange capacity of the hyper branched PSD ion exchanger increased with the amount of sulfuric group. Their maximum values were 18.2% and 4.6 meq/g, respectively. The adsorption of copper and nickel ion was completed within 40 min.

  • Whereas the early financial information technology invested a large amount of investment on developing and adopting its own new systems. it is now focusing on reducing expenses and improving internal efficiency but applied for securing a company's competitive advantage considering the long term strategic level. As relevant researches, studies on information system quality and performance are actively going on. In previous research, the relations of the influence on the financial performance by information system quality or absorption capacity have been reviewed. In other words, the information system quality and absorptive capacity, respectively, in the position of the independent variables have been studied as a factor to have a significant effect on financial performance while the research on the relationship between these two variables is lacking. Thus, in this researches, quality of financial information systems and the absorptive capacity, respectively, as independent variables and parameters on the mediating effect on the financial performance were researches. As a result, quality of financial information systems showed a positive effect on the performance of company, the absorption capacity was perfect to play the role of mediating one. However, absorptive capacity as an independent variable has a positive impact on financial performance, but the quality of financial information systems as a parameter was not affected in any manner.

  • The purpose of this study is to explore educational consumer's satisfaction on general high school's educational program and preference on main strategy for drawing out some strategy for consolidating educational capacity of general high school which is in disadvantage due to high school diversity and special high school promotion policy and draw out some suggestions in long and short term perspective for consolidating the capacity of general high school in Gyeongsangbuk-do. The study analyzed responses from 31 general high schools in Gyeongsangbuk-do, 3,383 parents, and 7,953 students. The results showed that Generally the satisfaction on program in educational capacity consolidation policy is medium level and student satisfaction is low. For satisfaction, the satisfaction on small-size school's educational program is high which means that small-size school's cooperative school organizational culture is important. The preference of practice strategy is significantly different by school size and position. In the future, the autonomy for strategy establishment in each school for reflecting educational consumer's various demand in making general high school's educational capacity consolidation strategy should be enlarged.

  • In this paper, we characterise the joint interference alignment and power allocation strategies for a K-user multicell multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO) Gaussian interference channel. We consider a MIMO interference channel with a blind interference alignment through staggered antenna switching on the receiver. We explore the power allocation and the feasibility condition for cooperative cell-edge (CE) mobile users (MUs) by assuming that the channel state information is unknown. The new insight behind the transmission strategy of the proposed scheme is premeditated (randomly generated transmission strategy) and partial cooperative CE MUs, where the transmitter is equipped with a conventional antenna, the receiver is equipped with a reconfigurable multimode antenna (staggered antenna switching pattern), and the receiver switches between preset T modes. Our proposed scheme assists and aligns the desired and interference signals to cancel the common interference signals, since the received signal must have a corresponding independent signal subspace. The sum capacity for a K-user multicell MIMO Gaussian interference channel with reconfigurable multimode antennas is completely characterised.
