Large corporations and small and medium-sized enterprises businesses have tried finding cooperative partner models through win-win activity. In this study, certain factors were researched, which affect on the achievements by win-win activity of large corporative and SMEs from a standpoint of development by SMEs, the establishment of confidence, technical innovation and competence of value chain competence in order to enforce supplying value under the win-win activity. The result of this research presents that the achievement of win-win activity by large corporations and SMEs is related positively to developmental capability, cooperative culture, developmental innovation, innovation of process, outer technological innovation and value chain.

This study examines the teachers' perception of the school library's role and the teacher-librarian expertise that enables collaborative reading education in elementary schools. Furthermore, it develops strategies that the school library and teacher-librarians should undertake for collaborative reading education. The questionnaire was developed to survey 176 teachers in 9 elementary schools in Gyeonggi-do. As a result, the teacher's perception of the school library's role and event role perception would positively impact the expected effects of collaborative reading education intention. This study is meaningful in that suggestions are offered for collaborative reading education and where teacher-librarian expertise is placed.

Broadcast nature of wireless medium and path-loss reduction create a favourable condition for collaborative communications (CC) among single-antenna users to gain the powerful benefits of multi-antenna system without the demand for physical arrays. This paper proposes a CC strategy adapting to the propagation environment changes by optimizing the transmit signal amplification factors to simplify the structure of maximum likelihood (ML) detector and to obtain the minimum error probability as well. The closed-form BER expression was also derived and compared to the simulation results to evaluate the performance of the suggested solution. A variety of numerical results revealed the cooperation significantly outperforms non-cooperative counterpart under flat Rayleigh fading channel plus AWGN (Additive White Gaussian Noise).

Complexity of some problems often transcends the problem solving capability of human individuals. As such, we cannot but take a collaborative approach to those complex problems. Collaboration while using computing systems can take place through shared objects. However, current commercial DBMSs do not provide a satisfactory control for concurrent access to objects shared by collaborators. A new concurrency control scheme is proposed which will help a group of people work in a more collaborative and natural way. The idea of softlock is refined into three different kinds of softlocks and the roles of collaborators are taken into account in the proposal of the new scheme. Although these softlocks are illustrated together with read/write hardlocks in this paper, the use of softlocks can be extended to be exploited with other kinds of hardlocks, for example, of granularity locking.

The hinge joint is the key to the overall cooperative working performance of the assembled beam bridge, and it is also the weakest part during the service period. This paper proposes a method for monitoring and evaluating the lateral cooperative working performance of fabricated beam bridges based on dynamic strain correlation coefficient indicator. This method is suitable for monitoring and evaluation of hinge joints status between prefabricated girders and overall cooperative working performance of bridge, without interruption of traffic and easy implementation. The remote cloud monitoring and diagnosis system was designed and implemented on a real assembled beam bridge. The algorithms of data preprocessing, online indicator extraction and status diagnosis were given, and the corresponding software platform and scientific computing environment for cloud operation were developed. Through the analysis of real bridge monitoring data, the effectiveness and accuracy of the method are proved and it can be used in the health monitoring system of such bridges.

This paper provides a way to overcome limitations of general collaborative software development tools that completely restrict co-ownership of resources among individuals in a team oriented developmental environment. It also provides a solution for users to co-own resources and at the same time manage version control and collision problems that may occur due to the co-ownership of resources.The cooperative development support tool of developed software uses the conventional optimistic technique but employs the algorithm which is improved to reduce costs and efforts required for solving collision. The collaborative software development tool presented in this paper is made up of the classical client/server structure with the P2P(peer to peer) method which supports information exchange among individuals. This tool is developed based on open source software CVS(Concurrent Version System). Functional efficiency was confirmed by comparing it to the utility of prior existing collaborative software development tools.

협력시스템(collaborative System or Computer-Supported Cooperative Work)은 여러 사용자가 공동 작업을 하기 위해서 참여자간의 정보의 공유와 공조, 의사소통을 지원하는 컴퓨터 기술을 말한다. 오늘날의 CSCW는 기업체내에서의 기업업무 처리 측면에서 고려되는 시스템과 산업 디자인, 협력 편집기와 같이 특정 목적 시스템의 분야로 발전되어지는 경향이 있다. 산업 디자인과, 협력 편집기와 같은 시스템에서는 다수의 사용자가 동시에 하나의 공유객체를 제어하고, 처리하는 환경을 제공한다. 이러한 시스템은 세분화된 데이터의 공유방법과 제어 방법이 필요하다. 다수의 사용자에 의해서 공유객체에 대한 동시적 조작이 가할 때 공유객체는 일관적인 상태로 존재시키기 위해서 동시성 제어와 같은 일관성 유지 정책이 요구되어 진다. 본 논문에서는 협력시스템에서의 공유객체에 관한 일관성 유지 정책을 소개하고 기존 정책의 문제점과 개선된 방법을 소개한다.

Multimedia isn ow applied to various real world areas. In particular, the focus on multimedia system and CSCW(Computer Supported Cooperative Work) has increased. In spite of this current trend, however, the study of fault tolerance for CSCW has not yet fully progressed. We propose EDR_MSCW. It is a system that is suitable for detecting ad recovering software error based on multimedia computer supported cooperative work as DOORAE by using software techniques. DOORAE is a framwork for supporting development on multimedia applications for computer-based collaborative works. When an error occurs, EDR_MCSCW detects an error by using hooking methods in MS-Windows API(Application Program Interface) function. If an error is found, we present a checkpointing and recovery algorithm which has the removal function of the domino-effect for recovering multimedia and CSCW by using stack.

Recently, one of the issues to be discussed from the viewpoint of product management in National R&D Programs is about the management of intellectual property produced by joint research and development. According to existing legislative system, the main R&D institute and collaborative enterprise own the patent produced by joint R&D activities together at the rate of investment. But, there are many discussions if that is right in legal principles and in substance. Patents by Cooperative National R&D Programs are very different from common patents because of its characteristics and have scheme controlled complexly by related laws and ordinances. This paper aims to review the legal theory on the possession and utilization of patents produced by Cooperative National R&D Programs, and to try to find out the improvement of existing legislative system. For this purpose, after looking into the meaning and the legal system of Cooperative National R&D Programs, and examining the ruling theory on the possession and utilization of co-invented patent, finally research the problems and improvement of existing related legislative system.
