Since various R&D projects about technology convergence was conducted by the government of Korea, the lack of liaisons among the projects has been accepted as serious issues related on the duplicated funding. In this article, we propose a research framework to analyze the relationship among national R&D projects about technology convergence. In detail, the projects have been sorted and categorized with the data collected from National Science and Technology Information Service (NTIS) in order to analyze the current state of national R&D projects. The linkages among projects are then established using the results of analysis on national R&D projects. Finally, the relationship maps have been developed. It is expected that the result could be applied to identify the relations among projects and handle problems on the duplicated funding.

In this paper, we present a method for obtaining a high-quality 3D depth. The advantages of active pattern projection and passive stereo matching are combined and a system is established. A diffractive optical element (DOE) is developed to project the active pattern. Cross guidance (CG) and auto guidance (AG) are proposed to perform the passive stereo matching in a stereo image in which a DOE pattern is projected. When obtaining the image, the CG emits a DOE pattern periodically and consecutively receives the original and pattern images. In addition, stereo matching is performed using these images. The AG projects the DOE pattern continuously. It conducts cost aggregation, and the image is restored through the process of removing the pattern from the pattern image. The ground truth is generated to estimate the optimal parameter among various stereo matching algorithms. Using the ground truth, the optimal parameter is estimated and the cost computation and aggregation algorithm are selected. The depth is calculated and bad-pixel errors make up 4.45% of the non-occlusion area.

웰니스 휴먼케어 서비스의 제공은 최근 2010년 이후에 시작되었으며, 이에 대한 효과평가 혹은 서비스 질 평가는 거의 이뤄지지 않고 있다. 활동량계, 심전도계, 식습관 모니터링 앱 등과 같은 신체적 웰니스 측정 장치와 바이브라 이미지, 맥파/호흡 측정기, 코티졸 측정기 등과 같은 정신적 웰니스 측정 장치들이 개발되고 출시되고 있으나, 웰니스 휴먼케어 제품과 서비스 만족도 측정도구가 없어서 개발 제품과 서비스 만족도를 타당성 있게 측정할 수 있는 도구개발이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 실증 대상자 면담과 설문 문항에 대한 관련 전문가 내용타당도 검증을 통해 웰니스 휴먼케어 제품과 서비스 만족도 설문 문항을 개발하였으며, 이를 실증사업 참여자 대상으로 시행한 조사 결과 분석을 제시한다.

Purpose - In Korea, where 64% of the land is forested, mountaineering is a leisure activity enjoyed by the majority of the people. As new technologies named the 4th industrial revolution spread more after the Covid-19 pandemic, we propose a human and technology convergence curriculum for mountaineering and trekking education to enjoy safety in the field of mountaineering and trekking using cutting-edge technology. Research design, data, and methodology - After examining the current state of the mountaineering industry and preceding studies on mountaineering and camping, and learning about BAC the 100 famous mountains, mountaineering gamification, and Gamification We designed an AI convergence curriculum using. Result - Understanding the topography and characteristics of mountains in Korea, acquiring mountaineering information through AI convergence, selecting mountaineering equipment suitable for the season, terrain, and weather, setting educational goals to safely climb, and deriving term project results. A total of 15 A curricula for teaching was proposed. Conclusion - Artificial intelligence technology is applied to the field of mountaineering and trekking and used as a tool, and it is expected that the base of mountaineering will be expanded through safe, efficient, fun, and sustainable education. Through this study, it is expected that the AI convergence education curriculum for mountaineering and trekking will be developed and advanced through several studies.

고성능 양자 컴퓨터가 개발될 것으로 기대됨에 따라 잠재적인 양자 컴퓨터의 공격으로부터 안전한 양자 후 보안 시스템을 구축하기 위한 연구들이 진행되고 있다. 대표적인 양자 알고리즘인 Grover 알고리즘이 대칭키 암호에 적용될 경우 보안 강도가 제곱근으로 감소되는 보안 훼손이 발생한다. NIST는 대칭키 암호에 대한 양자 후 보안 요구사항으로, 암호 알고리즘 공격에 요구되는 Grover 알고리즘 비용을 기준을 기준으로 양자 후 보안 강도를 추정하고 있다. 대칭키 암호를 공격하기 위한 Grover 알고리즘의 비용은 대상 암호화 알고리즘의 양자 회로 복잡도에 따라 결정된다. 본 논문에서는 NIST 경량암호 공모전 최종 후보에 오른 Sparkle 알고리즘의 양자 회로를 효율적으로 구현하고 Grover 알고리즘을 적용하기 위한 양자 비용에 대해 분석한다. 마지막으로, NIST 양자 후 보안 요구사항과 분석한 비용을 기반으로 경량암호 Sparkle에 대한 양자 후 보안 강도를 평가한다. 양자 회로 구현 및 비용 분석에는 양자 프로그래밍 툴인 ProjectQ가 사용되었다.

성공적으로 IT 프로젝트를 수행하기 위해서, IT 컨설턴트의 역량은 매우 중요하다. 특히, 학습 프로세스는 IT 프로젝트를 수행하는 동안 발생할 수 있는 다양한 핵심 이슈들을 해결하기 위해 필요하다. 본 연구의 목적은 바로 이러한 학습 프로세스를 측정할 수 있는 측정도구를 개발하는 것이다. 학습 프로세스의 측정도구를 수립하기에 앞서, 3회에 걸쳐 20년 이상 IT 프로젝트 수행경험이 있는 IT 컨설턴트와 인터뷰를 수행하였다. IT 프로젝트 전문가와의 인터뷰를 통해, 본 연구는 설문 항목을 개발하고 측정도구를 검정하였다.

Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a theoretically sound framework for performance analysis that offers many advantages over traditional methods such as performance ratios and regression analysis. Largely the result of multidisciplinary research during the last three decades in economics, engineering and management, DEA is best described as an effective new way of visualizing and analyzing performance data. Besides, overseas information technology companies have aggressively tried to enter the domestic market. In the age of globalization and high competition, it is imperative that the system integration (SI) companies need to introduce the performance evaluation models of SI projects, including Capability Maturity Model and Software Process Improvement and Capability Determination, to gain a competitive advantage. Therefore, it makes our research regarding evaluation of SI projects very opportune. The purpose of the study is not only to evaluate efficiency of each project by DEA but also to gain insight into various factors such as project complexity, team members' man-months structure, and process index(project management index) that link to the projects performance.

본 연구의 목적은 공공 이러닝 프로젝트의 올바른 개선 방향을 제안하고자 함에 있다. 연구 방법은 이러닝 기업에 대한 통계조사와 문헌연구를 병행하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면, 대부분의 경우에 공공 이러닝 프로젝트는 이러닝 기업의 사업에 긍정적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 그것은 공공 이러닝 프로젝트가 세가지 문제점을 갖고 있기 때문이며, 본 연구에서는 그 문제점에 대하여 수발주 시스템 관점에서 정책적 해결책을 제시하고자 한다.

전 사업장의 산업재해를 최소화하기 위해 정부는 다양한 안전보건정책을 발굴하여 적극적으로 운영하고 있다. 국내 사업장의 안전보건관리 역량은 사업장의 규모에 따라 큰 차이가 있으며 특히 50인 미만 사업장에서는 안전관리가 어려운 실정으로 이에 재해율은 상대적으로 높은 비중을 차지하고 있다. 이에 정부는 소규모 사업장의 안전보건확립을 위해서 안전보건기술지원사업을 운영하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 안전보건기술지원사업의 혜택을 받고 있는 소규모 사업장의 실태조사를 통해 본 사업의 내실화 방안을 제시하고자 하였다.

In this study, we present the necessary measurements of establishment and expansion in social welfare elements, understand the social welfare approach and the reality of social welfare services to solve the physical accessibility problem of the rural center revitalization in the recent trend of various attempts. The measurements were categorized according to the nature and form of the projects through content analysis method by using a master plans and casebooks of the rural center revitalization leading districts. The results show that the social welfare project of the rural center revitalization leading districts were categorized them into three sections of job creation vitalization, lifelong education, hobby and leisure supports, visiting services, it was classified into 11 sub-types. We arrive at a conclusion through analysis results, establishment of cooperative system between related organizations, active gathering of opinions from residents, training of local workforce, convergence with existing social welfare systems and projects, building private governance, for social welfare project operate stably in the rural center revitalization.
