This study is a study on the effect of patent management on the performance of new business development, focusing on fusion expert collaboration. In the past, most studies on patent management have been influenced by the quantitative patent index on the business performance. Therefore, research on the effect of patent management on the performance of new business development through the cooperation of fusion experts was very insufficient. Therefore, this study examined the influence of existing patent management on the performance of new business development and the causal relationship between the influence of patent management on new business development performance, focusing on fusion expert collaboration. The results of the hypothesis empirical analysis are as follows. First, patent management showed positive (+) influence on convergence expert cooperation. Patents management has a positive effect on fostering convergence specialists and utilizing convergence experts. Second, patent management has a positive effect on new business development performance. Patent management has a positive effect on the success of the business, the achievement of target sales, the development of new markets, the development of new technologies, and the degree of reflection of customer requirements. Third, patent management mediated by convergence expert cooperation has a negative effect on financial aptitude among new business development outcomes. The results of this study are as follows. First, it is concluded that patent management through mediation of convergence expert cooperation has a positive effect on non - financial performance of new business development performance. Financial performance includes business success and achievement of target sales. Non-financial performance includes new technology development and new market development. Therefore, in order to continuously generate business performance of domestic convergence new business development companies, it suggests that we should make efforts to be linked with new business development performance through revitalization of patent management centered on convergence expert cooperation that has positive (+) influence.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the convergence effect of focal vibration stimulation and bilateral upper limb training on the recovery of upper limb function when applied to stroke patients. For 20 stroke patients, divided into an experimental group that performed convergence intervention with focal vibration stimulation and bilateral upper limb training, and a control group who performed only bilateral upper limb training. It was conducted 20 times for 4 weeks, 30 minutes per session. Vibration stimulation was applied to the affected side of the experimental group for 30 minutes during training. Results were measured for the degree of recovery of the affected upper limb function, amount of use on the affected and unaffected sides, the quality and satisfaction in performance on use of both upper limbs. Comparisons were made within groups using a paired-sample t-test and between groups using covariance analysis. As a result of the study, the experimental group showed a significant difference in dexterity and the amount of use on the affected than the control group. The effect size was more than the small effect size in all evaluation items. Through this study, it is thought that the convergence intervention of focal vibration stimulation and bilateral upper limb trainingcan be used clinically as an effective intervention for the recovery of arm function in stroke patients.

Gate-controlled spin-orbit interaction parameter is a key factor for developing spin-Field Effect Transistor (Spin-FET) in a quantum well structure because the strength of the spin-orbit interaction parameter decides the spin precession angle [1]. Many researches show the control of spin-orbit interaction parameter in n-type quantum channels, however, for the complementary logic device p-type quantum channel should be also necessary. We have calculated the spin-orbit interaction parameter and the effective mass using the Shubnikov-de Haas (SdH) oscillation measurement in a GaSb two-dimensional hole gas (2DHG) structure as shown in Fig 1. The inset illustrates the device geometry. The spin-orbit interaction parameter of $1.71{\times}10^{11}$ eVm and effective mass of 0.98 $m^0$ are obtained at T=1.8 K, respectively. Fig. 2 shows the gate dependence of the spin-orbit interaction parameter and the hole concentration at 1.8 K, which indicates the spin-orbit interaction parameter increases with the carrier concentration in p-type channel. On the order hand, opposite gate dependence was found in n-type channel [1,2]. Therefore, the combined device of p- and n-type channel spin transistor would be a good candidate for the complimentary logic device.

The purpose of this study is to identify current states and trends of convergence researches by conducting a bibliometric analysis of the papers in the Convergence Society for SMB. After 792 papers from 2012 to 2019 were collected, we analyzed network analysis by using centrality through extracting of nouns and compound nouns with text mining and 3 times of pre-processing and purification processing. According to the results, first, quantitative and qualitative aspects of the researches since 2016 improved, studies focused on words such as influence, convergence, mediating effect, satisfaction, and effect. Second, in the first half (2012-2015), engineering and technical studies were intensively conducted based on topics such as information, system, and security. Third, in the period of the second half (2016-2019), the research scope was expanded to college students, parents, teenagers under the topics of job, self-efficacy, education, satisfaction, depression, and stress. The results of this study are meaningful in identifying existing research trends and in providing information which requires the expansion of new research areas.

This study was to verify the effects of education in expression activity and various convergence education found in the class scene of one elementary school man teather to research of qualitative pattern and analyzes how it is expanded. This study were made through two class participation observation and six video analysis. In addition, we measured in-depth interviews of participants and students, a 10-week jump band training program, and applied a step-by-step physical activity program to enhance creative expressiveness. Based on the results of the study, the conclusions are as follows. First, It was found that the Jump-band training positively affects the students' speed, agility, and cardiopulmonary endurance. Second, It was found that the application of the step-by-step physical expression activity program had a positive effect on the students themselves. Third, It was found that it has an educational effect on the whole life of students beyond the curriculum and the field by attempting various fusion education. Based on this study, we propose the educational effects of the pre - curricular activities and the convergence lessons in elementary school during the follow - up research.

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of prop exercise convergence using vibration on batting speed and batting accuracy in elementary school baseball players. Three times a week for six weeks. The vibration exercise experimental group and the control group were divided into each twenty members. The experimental group performed vibration convergence prop exercise, and the control group performed general exercise. Batting speed and Batting accuracy were measured. The experimental and control groups showed significant differences in the groups of batting speed before and after intervention. There was significant difference between the batting accuracy in the comparison between the experimental group and the control group. Prop convergence vibration exercise may help to improve the batting speed and batting accuracy of elementary school baseball players. In the future, adult and sport injury patient are needed.

This study suggests an integrated model composed of factors of industrial environments and technology capacity for corporate diversification decision based on industrial organization theory and resource based perspectives. We examine the proposed model using patents and financial data of 272 applicants for 6 years (2010~2015) in the smart factory ICT convergence technology (application and platform field) sectors. The result of analyzing the fixed effect panel model shows that technological competitiveness has a positive effect on corporate diversification. Also, the additional result of analyzing the two-stage least square fixed effect model indicates that the convergence patent ratio increases technological competitiveness. Based on the results, we provide implications for corporate diversification strategies and government R & D policies for commercialization of corporate convergence technology resources and competencies.

This research was convergence study conducted to understand the effect that parent-son/daughter communications have on the addiction to smartphones, with stress level, self-control, and self-efficacy as the mediator. The subjects were college students located in J province and K province, and 232 questionnaires were used as the data for analysis. As a result, addiction to smartphones had negative correlations with parent-son/daughter communication, self-control, and self-efficacy and had positive correlations with stress level. In addition, parent-son/daughter communication influenced the degree of addiction to smartphones, with stress level, self-control, and self-efficacy as the mediator. Therefore, in order to reduce college students' addiction to smartphones, programs should be developed specifically and systematically to increase their communication with their parents, and it is necessary to draw up measures to reduce students' stress levels and increase their self-control and self-efficacy levels.

The purpose of this study is to find out the effects of convergence gifted education program for science-physical education on self-efficacy of the gifted students in elementary school. So, the program was carried out for the gifted students in the 5th grade of elementary school during the 8 hours on two subjects, we investigated the cause and effect through the pre-post test of self-efficacy and interview. The results were as follows. First, it was observed that it would have a meaningful effect to improve the self-efficacy of gifted students who performed gifted education program for science-physical education convergence. Especially, the results of 'confidence', 'difficulty preferences' was statistic meaningful differences. Second, convergence gifted education program for science-physical education enhanced confidence and challenge of consciousness of students. Especially, when products of gifted students are applied to real-world valued the higher confidence. Therefore, we found that in order to increase the gifted students' self-efficacy, gifted education program is configured by applying the products to the actual field.

A convergence study was conducted to identify effect size, intervention characteristics, and tendency of laughter therapies on depression for Korean older adults. Of the 486 studies searched in 10 databases, 20 studies in the inclusion criteria were selected. The risk of bias was assessed by SIGN's tool, and the data were analyzed using CMA 3.0 software. Overall effect size of laughter therapy on depression of older adults was medium (standardized mean difference [SMD]=-0.57, 95% CI: -0.70~-0.44, p<.001), and heterogeneity was small ($I^2=18%$). Subgroup analysis showed that the effect sizes of institutionalized group, mixed group, 4-6 weeks of duration, and group intervention were higher than the compared groups. Findings of this convergent meta-analysis would be helpful for health professionals to provide more effective laugher therapy sessions. Further replicative studies in long-term care facilities and more randomized controlled trials of laughter therapy are needed.
