  • The purpose of this research is to lay the foundation that middle aged woman takes care of more healthy, beautiful, attractive external features and prepares successful ageing on studying a difference of recognition between an actual somatotype and an ideal somatotype after we examine an actual somatotype and an ideal somatotype in the object of about $40{\sim}50$ middle-aged woman, dwells in Seoul, is the main group of a home consumption socially. The result of comparing a difference between an actual somatotype and an ideal somatotype was showing that in case of a facial form, the group which their faces are an egg-shaped prefers an egg-shaped and the group which their faces are a round-shaped prefers a round-shaped. In case of a silhouette, all groups prefers a normal type most. In case of a shoulder's type, all groups prefer a normal type most. In case of a shoulder-waist line, all groups prefers a Y line most. In case of a breast's form, all groups prefer a normal type most. In case of a back's form, all groups prefer a normal type most. In case of a buttocks' form, all groups prefers a normal type most. In case of a leg's form, all groups prefers a normal type most. On putting together research result as yet, middle aged women wish a similar somatotype irrespective of an age, an obesity measurement and this means a recognition of making an effort to be beautiful is alike. Therefore, it is necessary to recognize a somatotype of middle aged women uprightly and it must be accomplished a continuous, systematic consultation and education about a weight-control on exercising and not to mention of making a desirable eating habit.

  • In this paper, a new modeling of a fine actuator for an optical pick-up has been proposed and multiobjective optimization of the actuator has been performed. The fine actuator is constituted of the bobbin which is supported by wire suspension, the coils which wind around the bobbin, and the magnets which cause the magnetic flux. If current flows in the coils, magnetic force is so produced as to be balanced with spring force of wire, so the bobbin is pisitioned. In this model the transfer function from input voltage to output displacementof bobbin has been obtained so that we can describe this integrated system with electromagnetic and mechanical parts. Wire suspension is regarded as a continuous Euler beam, damper as distributed viscous damping, and bobbin as a rigid body which can move up- and down- ward motion only. According to the model, the high frequency dynamic characteristics of the fine actuator can be known and the effect of damping can be investigated while the conventional second order model cannot. In multiobjective optimization, two objective functions have been chosen to maximize the fundamental frequency and the sensitivity with respect to the input voltage of the actuator so that Pareto's optimal solutions have been obtained using .epsilon.-constraint method. These objective functions will satisfy the trends which will enhance the access speed and reduce the tracking error in the optical pick-up technology of next generation. In the result of optimization, we obtain the designs of the optical pick-up fine actuator which has high speed, high sensitivity and low resonant peak. Furthermore, we offer the relation between two object functions so that the designer can make easy choice.

  • The object of this study is to evaluate and discriminate nondestructively the dislocation substructures of Cu and Cu-Zn alloy subjected to the low-cycle-fatigue. The ultrasonic wave velocity, electrical resistivity and positron annhilation lifetime(PAL) were measured to the nondestructive testing. Cyclic fatigue test of Cu and Cu-Zn alloy with much different stacking fault energies was conducted and the correlations between dislocation behavior and nondestructive parameters were studied. Dislocation cell substructure was developed in Cu, while planar array of dislocation structure was developed in Cu-35Zn alloy only increasing dislocation density with fatigue cycles. Decrease in ultrasonic wave velocity, increase in electrical resistivity and PAL were shown because of the development of lattice defects, dislocations and vacancies, by cyclic fatigue at room temperature. In contrast to Cu-Zn alloy of the planar-array dislocation substructure showing continuous changes in the nondestructive parameters, it does not make any noticeable changes in the nondestructive parameters after the evolution of dislocation cell substructure in Cu.

  • The behavioral and dynamic implications of an ERP implementation/installation are, to say the least, not well understood. Getting the switches set to enable the ERP software to go live is becoming straightforward. The really difficult part is understanding all of the dynamic interactions that accrue as a consequence. Dynamic causal and connectionist models are employed to facilitate an understanding of the dynamics and to enable control of the information-enhanced processes to take place. The connectionist model ran be analyzing (behind the scenes) the information accesses and transfers and coming If some conclusions about strong linkages that are getting established and what the behavioral implications of those new linkages and information accesses we. Ultimately, the connectionist model will come to an understanding of the dynamic, behavioral implications of the larger ERP implementation/installation per se. The underlying connectionist model will determine information transfers and workflow. Once a map of these two infrastructures is determined by the model, it becomes a relatively easy job for an analyst to suggest improvements in both. Connectionist models start with analog object structures and then use learning to produce mechanisms for managerial problem diagnoses. These mechanisms are neural models with multiple-layer structures that support continuous input/output. Based on earlier work performed and published by the author[10][11], a Connectionist ReasOning and LEarning System(CROLES) is developed that mimics the real-world reasoning infrastructure. Coupled with an explanation subsystem, this system can provide explanations as to why a particular reasoning structure behaved the way it did. Such a system operates in the backgmund, observing what is happening as every information access, every information response coming from each and every intelligent node (whether natural or artificial) operating within the ERP infrastructure is recorded and encoded. The CROLES is also able to transfer all workflows and map these onto the decision-making nodes of the organization.

  • We have developed a 24GHz side-looking vehicle detection radar. A 24GHz front-end module and a novel signal processing algorithm have been developed for speed measurement and size classification of vehicles in multiple lanes. The system has a fixed antenna and FMCW processing module. This paper presents the background theory of operation and shows some measured data using the algorithm. The data shows that measured velocity of the passing vehicle is within the accuracy of 95% in single lane and the velocity of the vehicles in two lanes is within the accuracy of 90% by using variable threshold estimation. The classification of vehicle size as small, medium and large has been measured with 89% accuracy.

  • A nurse is give much weight in the professions of hospital. The effective achievement of a goal of hospital organization needs to get nurses to contribute the structure positively through the rational personnel management of the nurses. The operation of performance rating system is necessary to improve because the nurses hold negative opinions about the resonable management of that system in most Korean hospitals. Therefore, the prupose of this research was to suggest an efficient method to solve the problem in connection with the management of nurses performance rating system. The results of the study are summarized as follows.1. As the performance rating implies the evaluation of employee's functional accomplishment and ability, and essential condition of the job was surveyed according to the job analysis of nursing activities and nurse position. That is to say, Nusrses' performances and capability is estimated in comparision with the condition of the job. 2. It is required adequacy for evaluation factors in performance rating. That is, $\circled1$ as for those who work in psychiatry or newborn baby room they should be appraied in terms of different factors from those applicable to whom work in a general staffs. $\circled2$ Evaluation factors should be concrete so that the quality and quantity of work and the potential ability of them can be correctly appraised. 3. In order to realize the object of perfamance rating system, the training on chief nurses are quite important. Also, careful practices and continuous supplementary training are required before the system is introduced.First of all, the appropriate evaluation can be mad by continuing to record the rating objects every day for the purpose of obtaining the objectivity of rating. 4. In course of transfering of the position and training, the induction of self-rating system and presentation of self-description is required to supplement functionally the performance rating system. 5. For the efficiency of nurses' performance rating system, the results of performance rating system must be reflected in promotion, allocation and training course, which makes the nurses have the motives and the organization accomplish the goal of modern nursing through its activation.

  • General scene change detection determines the changes of a scene by using feature comparison of two continuous images that are above the fixed threshold. But existing algerian detects scene change that was used in comparing the features of two images continuously, it usually takes a lot of time in decrypting the image data and false-detection problem occurs when there is an object motion or a change of illumination. In this paper, macroblock were used to extract the information directly from the MPEG compression area and suggests algorithm that will detect scene changes more effectively. Existing algorithm have shown numerous arithmetic problems that were improved in the proposed algorithm. The existing algorithm cannot detect the changes of a scene after analyzing the relationship of the previousand futureimages while the algorithm being proposed can detect the changes of a scene continuously and resolves the problem of false-detection. To this end, the data used in general were tested to prove that this algerian would be able to detect the scene changes faster and more correctly than the existing ones. The performance of the suggested algorithm was analyzed basedontheresultsoftheexperiment. .

  • This study aims to summarize recent discussions on naming the sea between Korea and Japan and to draw some research topics of the geographical toponymy. The International Hydrographic Conference and the United Nations Conference on the Standardization of Geographical Names held in 2012 repeatedly saw clearly different positions of Korea and Japan on the naming of the sea. From the debates, four topics appeared distinctly which deserve receiving continuous interests in the field of geographical toponymy. These include: necessity of dual naming and characteristics of, and perceptions on the object of dual naming; political economic nature of the sea, e.g. semi-enclosed sea, EEZ, and relevant use of names; relationship between the sea containing strong emotional ties and its naming; additional definition of toponymic terminologies to proceed with more objective and logical discussions.
