  • 본 연구에서는 캘리그라피로 다양한 디자인 콘텐츠를 제작하는 것을 제안한다. 켈리그라피는 글씨 아트로서 다양한 문화와 이미지와 합성하여 디자인 콘텐츠로서 그 활용가치가 생활과 가까이 접함으로써 그 활용가치가 높다고 할 수 있다. 따라서 다양한 글자체로 캘리그라피를 표현하여 그 예술적 효과는 더 크다고 할 수 있다.

  • Most production scheduling system in the ERP is based on the MRP. The MRP does not adapt to the change of the product design and the production schedule. It is important to keep due date in make-to-order production small and medium company. But it hard to keep due date on the MRP. The DBR Scheduling system of the TOC is excellent for adapting to production system change and suitable to make-to-order production small and medium compan. In this thesis, we make a system design using the Together(UML tool) and develope a production scheduling system using Microsoft Visual Basic.Net.

  • TV drama is the entertainment content which is the very popular and profitable program than any other TV program genre. Although recently some broadcasting companies have been tried to set up the drama production system, they don't have the formal system yet. This study analyses the practices and mechanisms of the drama producing process by doing the dept-interview with the experts in the drama production field. The Korean drama production system is 'the producer-director system' and the strategies for the windowing effects are not applied systematically from the pre-production step. For the broadcasting companies to have the competitiveness through drama, the expert-producer system should be applied, the production elements should be controled systematically, and the multi-use strategies should be established.

A Research on 3D Texture Production Using Artificial Intelligence Softwear

  • AI image generation technology has become a popular research direction in the field of AI, which is widely used in the field of digital art and conceptual design, and can also be used in the process of 3D texture mapping. This paper introduces the production process of 3D texture mapping using AI image technology, and discusses whether it can be used as a new way of 3D texture mapping to enrich the 3D texture mapping production process. Two AI deep learning models, Stable Diffusion and Midjourney, were combined to generate high-quality AI textures. Finally, the lmage to material function of substance 3D Sampler was used to convert the AI-generated textures into PBR 3D texture maps. And applied in 3D environment. This study shows that 3D texture maps generated by AI image generation technology can be used in 3D environment, which not only has short production time and high production efficiency, but also has rich changes in map styles, which can be quickly adjusted and modified according to the design scheme. However, some AI texture maps need to be manually modified before they can be used. With the continuous development of AI technology, there will be great potential for further development and innovation of AI-generated image technology in the 3D content production process in the future.

  • The Korean film market has revved up against American movies and the movie industry has continued to grow even though Korea is a small country. However, most production staffs who are responsible for practical business of film production get wages that fall short of the inflation rate and minimum wages as temporary employees. And there's the atmosphere that they try to leave film sites on the first opportunity. This study finds that the cause to leave film sites is attributed to perception gaps about the hardworking character and labor which occur in the process that production staffs enter the movie industry and participate in film production as well as poor surroundings. And it should establish staffs' hardworking character and recognition as workers to them by reorganizing the current curriculums which approach movies from the only artistic viewpoint in the departments related to movies and images that hold a large majority in their majors, establishing the concept of work according to participation in film production to potential production staffs, and changing their recognition to improve the elements that they leave the sites.

  • This study aims to systematize the needs of each area for computerized production management of small- and medium-sized firms and establish the basic design background of their common database. For this purpose, we surveyed the status, needs and appliable characteristics of the firms production system by the categories of industry, size and production type. On the base of these surveys the basic design concept and contents of automatic production system for small and medium-sized firms are proposed.

  • Production technologies for aluminum rolling stocks are mainly related to welding of aluminum alloys. Automatic welding of extrusion profiles and control of welding deformations are the important contents of the production technologies. Another production technology other than welding is the technique for surface treatment of aluminum carbody. In this paper, problems caused during construction of the test carbody are described and the remedies for the problems are suggested. The accumulated experiences and systematic data will be helpful for the mass production of aluminum rolling stocks in the furture.

Potential Methane Production on Anaerobic Co-digestion of Swine Manure and Food Waste

  • Anaerobic co-digestion of swine manure and food waste for biogas production was performed in serum bottles at various volatile solids(VS) contents and mixing ratios of two substrates(swine manure:food waste=$100:0{\sim}0:100$). Through kinetic mode of surface methodology, the methane production was fitted to a Gompertz equation. The ultimate methane production potential of swine manure alone was lower than that of food waste regardless of VS contents. However, it was appeared that maximum methane production potentials in 80 : 20 of the mixing rate at VS 3% was enhanced at 144.7%, compared to its only swine manure. The potential increased up to 815.71 ml/g VS fed as VS concentration and food composition increased up to 3.0% and 20%, respectively. The ultimate amount of methane produced had significantly a positive relationship with that of methane yield rate. Overall, it would be strongly recommended that feeding stocks use 20% of mixing ratio of food waste based on VS 3% contents when operating the anaerobic reactor on site at $35^{\circ}C$ if not have treatment of its anaerobic waste water.
