SCORM은 교육용 컨텐츠를 SCO라는 객체 단위로 공유하고 재사용하기 위한 국제적 표준이다. 그러나 유사 영역에서의 학습 컨텐츠 재사용시 컨텐츠의 일부분을 변경해야 할 경우에도 컨텐츠 원본을 수정해야 하는 문제점을 안고 있다. 따라서 이 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 상속이 가능한 컨텐츠를 개발할 수 있는 I-SCO 모델을 제안한다. I-SCO 모델은 SCORM 기반 컨텐츠의 오버로딩과 오버라이딩을 통한 상속을 지원하여 컨텐츠의 재사용성을 증대시킨다. 실험에서는 제안한 I-SCO 모델을 설계 및 구현하여 ADL에서 배포하는 실행환경에서 실행시켜 봄으로써 컨텐츠의 상속 기능을 확인하고 I-SCO 모델의 타당성을 입증한다.

There are not much digital contents researches that do to culture relics basically. Digital contents research is studied by various method such as Cyber Gallery, 3-D Graphics, Hologram from Scanning that is the simplest form. This research wishes to do with internal culture relics as the central figure that it is that 'Sosu Seowon'. Korean culture contents cyber gallery construction can see as childhood yet. Present result that investigator develops research and as presentation about research process and contents result, wish to argue about problem. Digital contents escapes in existent physical time factor and development to new culture code is possible. Go and come often carrying out and search of fast data or experience of cultural inheritance is available. Through research, wished to present possible metheod actually in digital contents manufacture of internal cultural inheritance. Through this, expect role that offer base in contents manufacture skill.

2021년은 중국의 무형문화재 보호 작업에 특별한 의미가 있는 해다. 중국은 "무형문화재"라는 개념을 시작한 20주년을 맞았다. 2019년부터 현재까지 코로나 19(COVID-19)로 인해 전 세계는 전에 없었던 시련과 도전에 봉착하게 되었다. 무형문화재인 전통무용은 다른 무형문화재와 달리 특정된 시간(약정속성约定俗成)과 공간(공공장소)과 필요한 "모임" 이 있어야 전개가 되는 특성이 있어 직접적인 영향을 받았다. 본 연구는 대표 전승인, 대학교 무용교육과 융합 매체 등의 전승 수단을 연구 대상으로 하여 중국무형문화재 전통무용의 전승 발전 방향을 살펴보고 새로운 시대의 무형문화재 전통무용의 전승과 발전의 경로를 분석하며 현재 중국무형문화재 전통무용 전승의 다양화를 탐구하여 더욱 효과적으로 무용 문화의 전승을 실현하고 중국 전통무용 문화의 세계적인 영향력을 강화하는 데 연구의 목적을 둔다.

Sugok Villiage. of the prospective flooded villiages for building Im Ha Dam, is selected as the studied place. Primarily, the purpose of this study is invested, recerded about traditional living environment, and then searched to find out possibilites on the context of the inheritance of analyzing about life contents and space. The result of this study are as follows:1) In composition of living environment, thinking view on confucianism and living view on folk beliefs are considered as important element2) Hierarchy of life environment is appeared of above and below space.(focused on JONG KA) and inner and outer space(boarded on pine forest) on the other hand according to living territory life environment can be divided into five territories.3) Confucian ideas, social status, folk beliefs and economics has been affected about formation of individual life. Accordingly, I believe that true inheritance of traditional culture was, through preserving mental contents as well as physical contents, possible.

In this study, I grasped the actual conditions of folk exhibition hall in Chungbuk area. From this data I researched basically as the fundamental role of regional museum, eco-museum core center facilities, the connection with islanded and various inheritances, and central facilities whole area to the museum. And I could get following conclusion. First, on the studied result of folk exhibition hall in chungbuk area, it is not enough the activity of unearthing, collection, study etc. that is basic activity of the museum because the museum just permanently displayed historical contents of the area and simple life folk data. Second, add to existent museum concept and have to widen viewpoint to the museum which whole area is no roof, and utilize folk exhibition hall as the central facilities. Specially, there are a lot of difficulties to communicate information to visitors because of the absence of cultural heritance exponent. So a plan that local resident participate actively in museum activity may have to be considered. Third, the concept of inheritance limited in historical culture of area has to be widening by nature and industry etc. And we should keep up study that is the linked plan to scattered conservation remains, inheritance and tourist place in area.

수많은 객체와 다양한 환경이 존재하는 가상 세계에서 에이전트의 다양한 움직임을 효율적으로 표현하는 것은 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 동작들을 사실적 표현보다는 수많은 종류의 개체들의 다양한 동작을 효율적으로 모델링하는데 중점을 둔다. 이를 위해 taxonomy에 기초한 상속 기능을 이용하고 여기에 개별동작의 특이점을 추가함으로써 효율적 모델링을 추구한다. 이를 위한 중요한 기술로서 동작들의 공통점을 추출하는 방법과 상속의 내용을 구체화 하는 방법을 개발한다. 이렇게 개발된 방법들을 네발짐승의 walk동작에 적용해보고 구체적 표현은 다관절체 표시법을 사용한다.

An architect for Cultural Technology have the most obligation to improve the cultural inheritance into an industrial resources. From an esthetical point of view, it is possible to put digital contents to a multiplicity of practical usage in the moment of its' digital conversion. These are practical resources out of an only duplication from the original. Developing cultural archetype into the most suitable model for one-source multi-use that is the core of the project. If you want to change an archetype, a Korean traditional architecture, into a creative source, you should develope a reappearance and a practical model harmonized with the image set. In addition, development process of cultural archetype digital contents based on ultimate idea and imagnation in our architectural culture, referred from cultural archetype and digital contents technology was offered by the study.

본 연구는 질병과 관련이 있는 단백질들은 질병 네트워크를 형성함에 있어서 매우 중요한 인자로 작용할 가능성이 있다는 아이디어에서 출발한다. 우리는 Online Medelian Inheritance in Man(OMIM)으로부터 아토피관련 43개 단백질 데이터베이스를 확보하고 이 단백질들과 상호작용하는 단백질 네트워크를 구축하였다. 아토피관련 단백질 네트워크를 바탕으로 질병 네트워크를 구축하였다. 질병 네트워크로부터 질병단백체인 CCR5, CCL11, 및 IL4R을 발굴하였는데, 이들 모두는 단백질 네트워크에서 허브 단백질로 작용하는 것들이다. 허브단백질은 세포에서 필수단백질로 작용하는 것으로 알려져 있는데, 본 연구에서는 허브단백질이면서 동시에 질병에서 매우 중요한 역할을 할 것으로 기대되는 질병단백체로 역할하고 있음을 확인하였다. 본 연구에서 소규모 아토피 관련 질병네트워크를 구축하여 분석하였지만, 여기에 제안한 질병네트워크 분석이 복잡한 인간 질병체계의 분자 기작 및 생물학적 진행과정을 이해하는데 실마리를 제공할 것으로 기대한다.

민법은 유언의 자유를 인정하여 피상속인으로 하여금 자기의 재산을 자기의 의사대로 처분할 수 있는 자유를 인정하면서도, 유언자유의 원칙을 무제한적으로 관철할 경우 발생할 수 있는 여러 가지 폐단을 방지하고자 유류분제도를 규정함으로써 피상속인에 의한 재산처분의 절대적 자유를 제한하고 있다. 이처럼 유언자유의 원칙과 법정상속 간에 존재하는 모순을 해결하고자 도입된 제도가 바로 유류분제도이다. 유류분제도가 유언자유의 원칙과 법정상속제도의 절충안이라고 일컬어지고 있는 것도 이러한 이유에서이다. 근래 선고된 대법원 2012. 5. 24 선고 2010다50809 판결은 유류분반환청구권의 행사방법, 유류분권 내지 유류분반환청구권의 양도, 공동상속인이 아닌 제3자에 대한 유류분반환청구권의 행사 등 주요 법적 쟁점들을 망라하고 있다는 점에서, 학리적(學理的)으로 매우 중요한 의미를 갖는다. 이에 본고(本稿)에서는 이 판결을 소재로하여 유류분반환청구권의 행사에 관한 법적 쟁점들을 검토하였다.

본 논문은 컴포넌트의 재사용을 위한 컴포넌트 검색 시스템을 구축하였다. 컴포넌트 검색을 위해서는 클래스의 상속관계를 이용한 시소러스로 구축하였고, 이를 통하여 질의를 이용한 컴포넌트 검색이 가능하도록 하였다. 또한 검색결과는 우선순위로 보여줌으로서 질의에 대한 보다 빠른 검색이 되도록 하였다. 검색된 컴포넌트는 원시코드, 컴포넌트 정보, 클래스 다이어그램 등을 제공함으로서 효율적인 컴포넌트 재사용이 가능하도록 하였다.
