SCRM is international standard for sharing and reusing of learning contents as unit of SCO. But when we want to reuse this learning content by modifying a portion of it in similar knowledge domain, there is a problem that modification of original content has to be made. This paper suggests I-SCO model that enables to develop inheritable contents to solve this problem. The I-SCO model increases the reusability of contents based on SCORM by means of supporting inheritance that includes overloading and overriding. In this paper, we design and implement the I-SCO model, and execute on the runtime environment which is distributed by ADL. This experimentation shows the inheritability of contents and proves the validity of I-SCO model.

There are not much digital contents researches that do to culture relics basically. Digital contents research is studied by various method such as Cyber Gallery, 3-D Graphics, Hologram from Scanning that is the simplest form. This research wishes to do with internal culture relics as the central figure that it is that 'Sosu Seowon'. Korean culture contents cyber gallery construction can see as childhood yet. Present result that investigator develops research and as presentation about research process and contents result, wish to argue about problem. Digital contents escapes in existent physical time factor and development to new culture code is possible. Go and come often carrying out and search of fast data or experience of cultural inheritance is available. Through research, wished to present possible metheod actually in digital contents manufacture of internal cultural inheritance. Through this, expect role that offer base in contents manufacture skill.

Taking the different inheritance methods of representative successors, dance education at university, and convergent media as a research object, this research discusses the changes in the development direction of inheritance of traditional dances of China's intangible cultural heritage, analyzes the inheritance and development path of traditional dances. The purpose of this research is to realize the inheritance of dance culture and strengthen the influence of Chinese traditional dance culture in the world.

Sugok Villiage. of the prospective flooded villiages for building Im Ha Dam, is selected as the studied place. Primarily, the purpose of this study is invested, recerded about traditional living environment, and then searched to find out possibilites on the context of the inheritance of analyzing about life contents and space. The result of this study are as follows:1) In composition of living environment, thinking view on confucianism and living view on folk beliefs are considered as important element2) Hierarchy of life environment is appeared of above and below space.(focused on JONG KA) and inner and outer space(boarded on pine forest) on the other hand according to living territory life environment can be divided into five territories.3) Confucian ideas, social status, folk beliefs and economics has been affected about formation of individual life. Accordingly, I believe that true inheritance of traditional culture was, through preserving mental contents as well as physical contents, possible.

In this study, I grasped the actual conditions of folk exhibition hall in Chungbuk area. From this data I researched basically as the fundamental role of regional museum, eco-museum core center facilities, the connection with islanded and various inheritances, and central facilities whole area to the museum. And I could get following conclusion. First, on the studied result of folk exhibition hall in chungbuk area, it is not enough the activity of unearthing, collection, study etc. that is basic activity of the museum because the museum just permanently displayed historical contents of the area and simple life folk data. Second, add to existent museum concept and have to widen viewpoint to the museum which whole area is no roof, and utilize folk exhibition hall as the central facilities. Specially, there are a lot of difficulties to communicate information to visitors because of the absence of cultural heritance exponent. So a plan that local resident participate actively in museum activity may have to be considered. Third, the concept of inheritance limited in historical culture of area has to be widening by nature and industry etc. And we should keep up study that is the linked plan to scattered conservation remains, inheritance and tourist place in area.

We develop a method to simulate diverse actions for a virtual world consisting of numerous interrelated objects. We focus on how to efficiently model those countless actions rather realistic representation of each action. To this end, those actions are structured into hierarchies according to their characteristic parameters so actions can be efficiently added based on inheritance. The first key issue in this model is how to extract commonality among actions and identify their idiosyncrasy. The second issue is how to reify or substantiate inheritance of the actions. We apply the developed model to the walk actions of quadruped, and their simulated results are shown in articulated figures.

An architect for Cultural Technology have the most obligation to improve the cultural inheritance into an industrial resources. From an esthetical point of view, it is possible to put digital contents to a multiplicity of practical usage in the moment of its' digital conversion. These are practical resources out of an only duplication from the original. Developing cultural archetype into the most suitable model for one-source multi-use that is the core of the project. If you want to change an archetype, a Korean traditional architecture, into a creative source, you should develope a reappearance and a practical model harmonized with the image set. In addition, development process of cultural archetype digital contents based on ultimate idea and imagnation in our architectural culture, referred from cultural archetype and digital contents technology was offered by the study.

In this study, we employed the idea that disease-related proteins tend to be work as an important factor for architecture of the disease network. We initially obtained 43 atopy-related proteins from the Online Mendelian Inheritance in Man (OMIM) and then constructed atopy-related protein interaction network. The protein network can be derived the map of the relationship between different disease proteins, denoted disease interaction network. We demonstrate that the associations between diseases are directly correlated to their underlying protein-protein interaction networks. From constructed the disease-protein bipartite network, we derived three diseasomal proteins, CCR5, CCL11, and IL/4R. Although we use the relatively small subnetwork, an atopy-related disease network, it is sufficient that the discovery of protein interaction networks assigned by diseases will provide insight into the underlying molecular mechanisms and biological processes in complex human disease system.

Since Civil Law recognizes the freedom of a testament, it recognizes the freedom allowing the decedent to dispose his/her own property at his/her own intention. However, in order to prevent various abuses which may occur when the principle of freedom of testament is carried out unlimited, secured portion system is stipulated. So, absolute freedom of property disposed by the deceased is limited. Likewise, the secured portion system is introduced as the system to resolve the contradiction that exists between principle of freedom of testament and legal inheritance. Since Supreme Court Decision 2010DA50809 delivered on May 24, 2012 includes major legal issues such as how to exercise of claim of return for secured portions, transfer of the secured proportion or the claim of return for secured portions, and exercise of claim of return for secured portions against a third party. So, it has a very important meaning. In this paper, legal issues regarding the exercise of claim of return for secured portions have been reviewed with this decision.

This paper constructed component retrieval system for reusability of component. Constructed by thesaurus that use inheritance relation of class for component retrieval, and did so that component retrieval that use Queries may be available. Also, the retrieval result did to become faster retrieval about queries as that show by priority. Retrieved components made efficient component reusability to be possible as that support source code, component information, class diagram etc.
