The Fisheries business administration is not only the social sciences in the education of fisheries and marine related fields but also has been lectured and educated in both high school and college level. But there are few studies that have been conducted a comparative analysis on the contents in fisheries business administration education in the continuity and sustainability. The objectives of this study are analysis of contents construction in fisheries business administration and suggestion of systematic structure with comparing the textbook of fisheries business administration in high school and college(Gyeongsang National University and Pukyong National University). The results of study show that some structural contents similarity has been found among the fisheries business administration textbooks though some of the contents are insufficient. And there are lack of recency both data and descriptions in fisheries business administration textbooks and much of time gaps based on publication year. Based on the result of this study, the integrated framework that consist with 5 main contents categories has been suggested for education of sustainable development in fisheries business administration. But still needed to be discussed the range and level of fisheries business administration issues by stakesholders including academic community, researcher and industrial personnel.

The Dublin Core, MARC. IFLA-FRBR user communities are developing international standards for describing textual, physical and audiovisual resources to enable their resources discovery over the Internet. Therefore the metadata interoperability Problem has been exacerbated by the need for more complex metadata descriptions. In this paper we propose a new mechanism for metadata interoperability based on the new semantic web applications : IFLA-FRBR framework, INDECS metadata and an event-aware ABC models. This study introduces a new approach method which is essential to the generation of interoperable metadata descriptions, particularly in the context of multimedia contents.

The Internet today is teemed with not only text data but also other media such as sound, still and moving images in a variety of formats. Unlike text, however, that can be retrieved easily with the help of numerous search engines, there has been few way to access data of other media unless the exact location or the URL is known. Multimedia data in the WWW are contained in or linked via anchors in the hyper-documents. They can most reliably be retrieved by analyzing the binary data content, which is far from being practical yet by the current state of the art. Instead we present another technique of searching based on textual descriptions which are found at or around the multimedia objects. The textual description used in this research includes file name (URL), anchor text and its context, alternative descriptions found in ALT HTML tage. These are actually the clues assumedly relevant to the contents. Although not without a possibility of missing or misinterpreting images and sounds, the description-based search is highly practical in terms of computation. The prototype search engine will soon be deployed to the public service through the prestige search engine, InfoDetective, in Korea.

1) The structural system of "Hwaeomgyeong" has its core in the fact it deals with certain themes repeatedly on the basis of "Sipjipum" as a system of discipline.( The key of Euisang's ideas lay in referring to the whole "Hwaeomgyeong" as Beopseong and expressing it with the term, 'Haeng'. Here 'Haeng' is a system of discipline based on "Sipjipum". This indicates that "Hwaeomgyeong" can be fully represented just by "Sipjipum" because the twos are structurally similar) (1) In "Sipjipum", a summary of "Hwaeomgyeong" is contained. Thus descriptions of "Sipjipum" may be like those of "Hwaeomgyeong". (2) "Hwaeomgyeong" had a three-dimensional spatial structure which corresponds with the Heaven of Yok Gye Yuk Cheon and the Earth, when associated with places of preaching Buddhist sermons. 2) This researcher investigated stone platforms of the Buseoksa Temple with references to "Hwaeomgyeong" and "Sipjipum". 1) All the platforms, whether their building is still remained on them or not, comply better with implications of "Sipjipum". 2) Different heights of the stone platforms and the axial refraction of the platforms brought by their shape changes all imply variations in discipline levels descrided in "Sipjipum", in terms of form and symbolic implication. Sites which mainly compose the stone platforms also comply with descriptions contained in "Hwaeomgyeong" regarding the place, frequency and contents of preaching Buddhist sermons. In conclusion, the outside of the Buseoksa Temple is composed of architectural spaces for which contents of "Hwaeomgyeong" and "Sipjipum" and the frequency and place of preaching Buddhist sermons are fully considered and comprehended.

This paper describes an effective utilization method of well logging data and boring cores for understanding the geology of Keoje-do area. Six holes were drilled in 1988-1989, and all rock cores were recovered. Nevertheless, seven kinds of logs were carried out in each borehole. The geologic situations of the drilling sites are accurately evaluated from a comparison between core descriptions and well logging data. Porosities and clay contents of sedimentary rocks can be calculated using the data of density and gamma-ray logs. Fractured zones are easily detected from the change in inside diameter of borehole by caliper log. Sonic, density and gamma-ray logging data clearly indicate alternated and dyke zones; the former can be detceted from an acoustic wave attenuation and a decline of compaction by sonic and density logs, the latter can be detected from the amount of potassium contents of bed rock and dyke by gamma-ray log.

This paper designed and developed internet based competency developing system for small IT (Information & Technology) companies. The purpose of this system was to provide career development opportunities to small IT business workers for their longstanding employment and self-improvement job skills. This study analyzed job competencies based on job descriptions from two IT companies. The survey was conducted to analyze employees' self-assessed current job competency level and effective ways of improving their current level of competencies. From the results of survey, most of subjects indicated their job competencies were in between mid-level to low level, and they required the need of training programs to improve their job knowledge and experience. Based on the interview from field experts about job competency development, this study designed and developed the internet based competency development system to provide effective and efficient way of improving job competencies and needed training programs for small IT business employees.

A symbol is one of the images that represents individual elements, and it has the power of metaphoric delivery to its audiences. Symbols, in animation, allows the audience to perceive various descriptions as symbols, leading to variety of interpretation. And by providing psychologically deeper meaning to the audience, it enhances the symbolic value of the images. However, detailed study regarding symbol analysis leaves much to be desired. This paper is an semiological approach to the Czechoslovakia animator, Jiri Barta, and his symbolic images, with particular focus on the darkness symbols that appear in the Czech cultural characteristics.

The development of information and technology has brought plenty of changes to the educational environment. The prevalence of smart phones is particularly playing a huge role in shaping learning methods. Smart phones provide the opportunity to scan QR codes, which can greatly ease access to information. Due to a high recognition speed, recognition rate, and restoration rate, they can be useful tools for English teachers to use in their class. In this study, we suggest using QR codes for writing and picture descriptions. Based on this study, more research should invest in Technology Embedded English teaching models to create better English classes for students.
