As the technical aspect of the web system development is, unlike the existing main frame or client/server environment, greatly influenced by the dynamic and variable factors and carried out in a comparatively short period, practical and efficient process to which the developer may adapt with ease is very much required for the web system development. However, while the technological substitute, language and architecture composition have been much discussed, in connection with web system development growing rapidly, standardized development process and its deliverables have been rarely discussed. This thesis analyzes problems of the existing web system development processes and as the substitutes for them, proposes web system development process based on the domain features derived from the concepts of iteration and increment. For the classification of domains, five domains in total are set by interlocking web system factors and web site types and the workflows for two domains applied to projects are incorporated focused on work content and deliverables. The proposed process applies to the development of intranet system and is compared with the existing web development processes by the measure classified into components and elements.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of the online extracurricular program operated by the university. The program contents applied in the study included learning strategies such as time management, goal setting, note taking, and memorization methods. The program used in the study was operated in an online environment, and the content was developed between 27 and 29 minutes. The developed contents can be taken using the learning management system. The variables selected to analyze the effects of this program were learning strategies and learning flow, and satisfaction was also included to examine the responses of program participants. The results of the study are as follows. First, learning strategies and learning flow showed statistically significant differences. This result is because the content was composed of meaningful sub-topics by selecting the elements necessary for learning activities. Second, as a result of program satisfaction analysis, it was confirmed that the average for all questions was high. Among them, the average of the item that the theme and contents of the program were useful was the highest. Third, open responses were analyzed by classifying them into cognitive and affective domains. In the cognitive domain, meanings such as knowledge, understanding, and application were presented as keywords, and in the affective domain, a number of keywords for motivation and attitude change were presented. This study is significant in that it provided practical programs necessary for university freshmen and analyzed their effects.

Content domain of school marine education consists of 774 ocean human and marine ecology domains, 461 artificial marine environment and facility domains, 290 marine resource domains, 76 marine pollution domains, 123 marine conservation and measure domains. So, ocean human and marine ecology domains were most while ethics of marine conservation domains were not included.
This study is to diversely analyze teachers' Pedagogical Content Knowledge (PCK) regarding to the area of plane figures and discuss the consideration for the materialization of the effective class in learning the area of plane figures by identifying the improvements based on problems indicated in PCK. The subjects of inquiry are what the problems with teachers' PCK regarding to the area of plane figures are and how they can be improved. In which is the first domain of PCK, teachers need to fully understand the concept of the area and the properties and classification of the area and length, recognized the sequence structure as a subject of guidance and improve the direction which naturally connects the flow of measurement by using random units in guidance of the area. In which is the second domain of PCK, teachers need to establish understanding of the concept for the area and understanding of a formula as a subject matter object and improve the activity, discovery and research oriented class for students as a guidance method by escaping from teacher oriented expository class and calculation oriented repetitive learning. They also need to avoid the biased evaluation of using a formula and evenly evaluate whether students understand the concept of the area as a performance evaluation method. In which is the third domain of PCK, teachers need to fully understand the concept of the area rather than explanation oriented correction and fundamentally teach students about errors by suggesting the activity to explore the properties of the area and length. They also need to plan a method to reflect student's affective aspects besides a compliment and encouragement and apply this method to the class. In which is the fourth domain of PCK, teachers need to increase the use of random units by having an independent consciousness about textbooks and supplementing the activity of textbooks and restructure textbooks by suggesting problematic situations in a real life and teaching the sequence structure. Also, class groups will need to be divided into an entire group, individual group, partner group and normal group.

The thermolabile haemolysin (tlh) of Vibrio parahaemolyticus (Vptlh) from V. parahaemolyticus is a multiple-function enzyme, initially describes as a haemolytic factor activated by lecithin and phospholipase A2 enzymatic activity (Shinoda, 1991; Vazquez-Morado, 2021; Yanagase et al., 1970). Until now, the tlh structure has hypothesized including N-terminal and C-terminal domain, but what domain of the Vptlh structure does the haemolytic activity has not been refined yet. In this study, a 450-bp VpTLH nucleotide sequence of the entire Vptlh gene encoded the C-terminal domain cloned firstly to examine its responsibility in the activity of the Vptlh. The C-terminal domain fused with a 6-His-tag named the His-tag-VpC-terminal domain was expressed successfully in soluble form in the BL21 (DE3) PlysS cell. Remarkably, both expression and purification results confirmed a high agreement in the molecular weight of the His-tag-VpC-terminal domain was 47 kDa. This work showed the His-tag-VpC-terminal domain lysed the erythrocyte membranes in the blood agar and the phosphate buffered saline (0.9%) media without adding the lecithin substrate of the phospholipase enzyme. Haemolysis occurred at all tested diluted concentrations of His-tag-VpC-terminal domain (p < 0.05), providing evidence for the independent haemolytic activity of the His-tag-VpC-terminal domain. The content of 100 ㎍ of the His-tag-VpC-terminal domain brought the highest haemolytic activity of 80% compared to that in the three remaining contents. Significantly, the His-tag-VpC-terminal domain demonstrated not to involve the phospholipase activity in Luria-Bertani agar supplemented with 1% (vol/vol) egg yolk emulsion. All results proved the vital responsibility of the His-tag-VpC-terminal domain in causing the haemolytic activity without the required activation by the phospholipase enzyme. Raw extracts of Phellinus igniarus and Phellinus pipi at 10-1 mg/mL inhibited the haemolytic activity of the His-tag-VpC-terminal domain from 67.7% to 87.42%, respectively. Hence applying the His-tag-VpC-terminal domain as a simple biological material to evaluate quickly potential derivatives against the Vptlh in vivo conditions will accessible and more advantageous than using the whole of the Vptlh.
This study presents the results of a laboratory investigation performed to study physical properties of soil-bentonite mixtures through the vertical permeation test and dielectric measurement test using Frequency Domain Reflectometry system for the liner of waste landfill. For the laboratory experiments, geotechnical testing was conducted on pre-mixed soil-bentonite which is consisted of standard sand, weathered granite soil and bentonite for estimating physical parameters such as a volumetric water content, void ratio and dielectric constant. In experiment results, initial soil-bentonite mixing rate has an effect of change of volumetric water content. Also change of volumetric water content of a soil-bentonite mixture is clearly detected to measure a response of dielectric constant. In order to estimate an unsaturated permeable property of soil-bentonite mixtures, equations between volumetric water content and dielectric constant were derived from this study.
This study has been conducted to improve the conventional compaction management method by measuring the water content and dry unit weight of soil using the Time Domain Reflectometry (TDR) method. In order to verify the measured value of the developed flat TDR system, laboratory tests were conducted on six soils. Also, based on laboratory experiments, field tests were conducted to evaluate the applicability of the developed flat TDR system. Also, a comparison experiment was conducted with the Purdue TDR system. In addition, FE analysis was done to confirm the influence range of the Flat probe. As a result, it was confirmed that the influence range was about 10 cm. As a result of laboratory experiment, the water content ratio showed an error of about 0.4% on the average, and in the case of dry unit weight, it showed an error of about 1.6%. For the field test, the water content ratio and unit weight showed an error of 0.8% and 2.5%, respectively. Through the experimental results, it was confirmed that the measured value of the Flat TDR system is more accurate than that of the conventional TDR system.
Purpose: The purpose of this study was to explore recognition of mother-child interaction by preschoolers' mothers. Methods: Data were collected through in-depth interviews with mothers of 12 preschoolers. The data were analyzed following Downe-Wamboldt's content analysis methodology. Results: From the data, 170 significant statements were selected and were classified into 7 categories and three domains (maternal, child, dyadic). First, the maternal domain consisted of maternal sensitivity, acceptable responsiveness, and child developmental encouragement. Second, the child domain consisted of child's sensitivity, responsiveness, and initiative. Third, the dyadic domain consisted of mutuality. Conclusion: These results suggest that preschoolers' mothers recognize the significant qualitative aspects of interaction with their children. Based on these results, instruments for preschooler-mother interaction need to be developed.
The purpose of the present study was to investigate developmental trends and relationships between justice and friendship. Four different interviews were administered individually to fifty 4-to 8-year old children. In the Justice domain, the interviews consisted of open-ended questions devised to investigate the children's understanding of justice and a hypothetical story dilemma based on Damon(1977). In the friendship domain, the interviews consisted of open-ended questions based on Bigelow(1975; 1977) and Damon(1977) and a hypothetical story dillema based on Selman(1981). The developmental stage of each concept was determined through content analysis of the responses each child. Statistical analysis of obtained data was by percentage and Goodman-Kruskal's ${\gamma}$. * The results showed that children's conceptions of justice and of friendship developed in an age-related manner during early and middle childhood. While there was a significant correlation between children's conceptions of justice and friendship, this result was due to age-relatedness. The results of the present study support a domain specific approach to social cognition.
The daily soil water contents were obtained from the time domain reflectometry(TDR) method and energy balance-water budget approach with eddy correlation at the two small semiarid watersheds of Lucky Hills and Kendall during the summer rainy period. There was a comaprison of daily soil water content measured and estimated from these two different approaches. The comparison is valuable to evaluate the accuracy of current soil water content measuring system using TDR and energy balance-water budget approach using eddy correlation method at a small watershed scale. The degree of simiarity between the regressions of these two methods of measuring soil water content was explained by determining the correlations between these methods. Simple linear regression analyses showed that soil water content measured from TDR method was responsible for 58% and 63% of the variations estimated from energy balance-water budget approach with edy correlation at Lucky Hills and Kendall, respectively. The scatter plots and the regression analyses revealed that two different approaches for soil water content measurement at a small watershed scale have no significant difference.
