다중일차권선 비접촉변압기를 이용한 비접촉 전원시스템의 공진주파수 추적에 관한 연구 (Study on resonant frequency tracking for contactless power system using multiple primary winding contactless transformer)

  • Contactless power system is base on power transmission by magnetic force. The transformer loss is large because it separated with the gap. Also the system has unstable factor, since the parameters in the secondary can vary with the system movement. This paper proposes light train power transmission system using contactless transformer with multiple primary winding. To increase the system efficiency and to obtain the stable power transmission to the dynamic load, a resonant inverter is adopted. The proposed system was verified by the simulation using Spice and Maxwell. The designed contactless power transmission system is implemented for 5[kW] class and experimental results are discussed.

  • 기존의 무접점 전원공급 시스템은 비접촉 변압기의 1, 2차측 간 RFID/ID 통신 방식을 이용하여 무접점으로 전원을 공급하고, 이물질을 감지한다. 이러한 시스템은 ID 신호를 발생시켜주는 회로가 추가 되어야 하고, 2차측에서 발생한 ID 신호의 인식과 제어는 1차측에서 수행하기 때문에 회로의 복잡성이 야기된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 전압위상을 이용한 무접점 전원공급 시스템을 제안하고, 타당성을 증명하기 위하여 3[W]급 무접점 전원공급 장치를 설계하고, 시뮬레이션 및 실험을 수행하였다.

Development and Application of Horticultural Kit for Children's Horticulture Education

  • Background and objective: For effective horticultural education, it is required to develop kits for practice. In this study, we developed a horticultural kit for germination that introduces storytelling, characterization, and assembly, and investigated the educational effects of using it to study its educational differentiation and usefulness. Methods: First, we developed a seed germination kit for learning. It consists of three components: the kit main frame for hydroponics, the activity sheet for storytelling, and the instruction manual. It is made into an acrylic assembly in consideration of the ease of delivery for contactless learning. Second, we developed two programs, each using a germination kit for horticultural education (experimental group) and a general germination kit program (control group). At this time, the class consists of pre-questionnaire, the 1st and 2nd classes, observation log writing (total six times for two weeks), the 3rd class, and post-questionnaire. The experimental group and control group were separately executed. Third, the application results were compared and analyzed before and after class. As a quantification questionnaire, the effects before and after class were compared through t-test with a questionnaire on program satisfaction and attitude change toward plants. The quantitative results were analyzed through observation activity sheets and effects before and after the class were analyzed through t-test with quantification and language coding. Results: The effect of horticulture education using the developed kit was estimated by a quantification questionnaire. Both the program satisfaction and the change in attitude toward plants showed high in the experimental group, and this difference was statistically significant (p < .05). As a result of analyzing the observation paper with a qualitative questionnaire, various cognitive and affective expressions appeared in the experimental group as well as the contents of the observation paper. The number of syllables and various qualitative expressions appeared, and these differences were also statistically significant (p < .05). Conclusion: Compared to general germination activities, it was found that the germination activities using storytelling-based horticultural kits would be effective for contactless classes in the post-COVID-19 era and in increasing the educational effect of horticultural activities.

Performance analysis of a 746 W HTS generator equipped with 70 A class contactless superconducting field exciter

  • This paper presents the analysis results on the electrical output performance characteristics of a 746 W high temperature superconducting generator (HTSG). The HTS field winding is charged by non-contact excitation method, i.e., contactless superconducting field exciter (CSFE) which is originated by rotary flux pump based on permanent magnet. In this paper, the preliminary current charging test was carried out using a 70 A CSFE to evaluate the performance of field exciter and analyze its non-contact excitation characteristics for the full-scale HTS field winding of the 746 W HTSG. First, the various contactless current-charging tests were conducted using assembly with HTS field winding and CSFE. Then, in order to estimate the output power performance characteristics of the 746 W HTSG, finite element analysis was conducted based on field excitation information which is experimentally measured under various operating conditions. Finally, the electrical output characteristics in no-load and load models were simulated by two-dimensional transient solver in ANSYS electromagnetics 19.0 release.

포스트 코로나 시대 간호대학생의 수업 경험 (Class Experience of Nursing Students in the Post COVID-19 Age)

  • 본 연구는 포스트 코로나 시대 간호대학생의 수업 경험에 대한 의미와 본질을 이해하기 위해 시도되었다. 연구 참여자는 코로나 펜데믹 이후 4학기 동안 대면 수업과 비대면 수업을 모두 경험한 1-4학년 재학생 10명이었으며, 자료수집 기간은 2021년 12월 9일부터 12월 30일까지였다. 수집된 자료는 Colaizzi의 방법을 적용하여 분석하였으며, 연구결과 6개의 범주, 13개의 주제모음, 25개의 주제가 도출되었다. 6개의 범주는 '미래에 대한 막연함', '간호 실무에 대한 자신감 결여', '수업 시스템의 안정화', '상황에 대한 수용과 적응', '예비간호사로서 직업적 소명의식을 가짐', '비대면 수업의 개선 방향을 찾음'이었다. COVID-19 발발 이후 만 2년이 지난 현시점에서 간호대학생의 수업 경험에 대한 이해는 향후 교육 방향에 대한 전략을 모색하고 미래 교육의 질을 제고하는데 있어 기초자료로 활용될 수 있을 것이다.

Conceptual design and analysis of rotor for a 1-kW-Class HTS rotating machine

  • This paper presents a conceptual design and analysis for a 1-kW-class high-temperature superconducting rotating machine (HTSRM) rotor. The designed prototype is a small-scale integration system of a HTSRM and a HTS contactless rotary excitation device (CRED). Technically, CRED and HTSRM are connected in the same shaft, and it effectively charges the HTS coils of the rotor field winding by pumping fluxes via a non-contact method. HTS coils in rotor pole body and toroidal HTS wire in CRED rotor are cooled and operated by liquid nitrogen in cryogen tank located in inner-most of rotor. Therefore, it is crucial to securely maintain the thermal stability of cryogenic environment inside rotor. Especially, we critically consider not only on mechanical characteristics of the rotor but also on cryogenic thermal characteristics. In this paper, we conduct two main tasks covering optimizing a conceptual design and performing operational characteristics. First, rotor parameters are conceptually designed by analytical design codes. These parameters consider to mechanical and thermal performances such as mechanical strength, mechanical rigidity, and thermal heat losses of the rotor. Second, mechanical and thermal characteristics of rotor for 1-kW-class HTSRM are analyzed to verify the feasible operation conditions. Hence, three-dimensional finite element analysis (3D-FEA) method is used to perform these analyses in ANSYS-Workbench platform.

FPD 공정용 Glass 이송 시스템을 위한 자기부상 EMS의 개발 (Magnetic Levitated Electric Monorail System for Flat Panel Display Glass Delivery Applications)

  • In recent semiconductor and FPD (Flat Panel Display) manufacturing processes, high clean-class delivery operation is required more and more for short working time and better product quality. Traditionally SLIM (Single-sided Linear Induction Motor) is widely used in the liner drive applications because of its simplicity in the rail structure. A magnetically levitated (Maglev) unmanned vehicle with SLIM traction, which is powered by a CPS (Contactless Power Supply) can be a high precision delivery solution for this industry. In this paper unmanned FPD-carrying vehicle, which can levitate without contacting the rail structure, is suggested for high clean-class FPD delivery applications. It can be more acceptable for the complex facilities composed with many processes which require longer rails, because of simple rail structure. The test setup consists of a test vehicle and a rounded rail, in which the vehicle can load and unload products at arbitrary position commanded through wireless communications of host computer. The experimental results show that the suggested vehicle and rail have reasonable traction servo and robust electromagnetic suspensions without any contact. The resolution of point servo errors in the SLIM traction system is accomplished under 1mm. The maximum gap error is ${\pm}0.25mm$ with nominal air gap length of 4.0mm in the electromagnetic suspensions. This type of automated delivery vehicle is expected to have significant role in the clean delivery like FPD glass delivery.

  • 전기장만으로 에너지를 전송하는 전계결합형 비접촉 충전기술은 송수신부를 매개하는 AC링크를 구성하는 전극쌍의 정전용량확보에 한계가 있으므로, 이를 잘 활용하기 위한 송수신회로가 요구된다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 이를 감안하여 전계결합형 에너지전송에 적합한 매칭변압기를 사용한 E급 송수신회로 구조를 제안한다. 제안된 구조에서 AC-링크 캐패시터의 낮은 정전용량을 감안한 최적 설계방식을 제안하고 회로설계에 따른 성능을 모의실험을 통해 예측한다.

Contactless User Identification System using Multi-channel Palm Images Facilitated by Triple Attention U-Net and CNN Classifier Ensemble Models

  • 본 논문에서는 기존의 스마트폰 카메라 센서를 사용하여 비접촉식 손바닥 기반 사용자 식별 시스템을 구축하기 위해 Attention U-Net 모델과 사전 훈련된 컨볼루션 신경망(CNN)이 있는 다채널 손바닥 이미지를 이용한 앙상블 모델을 제안한다. Attention U-Net 모델은 손바닥(손가락 포함), 손바닥(손바닥 미포함) 및 손금을 포함한 관심 영역을 추출하는 데 사용되며, 이는 앙상블 분류기로 입력되는 멀티채널 이미지를 생성하기 위해 결합 된다. 생성된 데이터는 제안된 손바닥 정보 기반 사용자 식별 시스템에 입력되며 사전 훈련된 CNN 모델 3개를 앙상블 한 분류기를 사용하여 클래스를 예측한다. 제안된 모델은 각각 98.60%, 98.61%, 98.61%, 98.61%의 분류 정확도, 정밀도, 재현율, F1-Score를 달성할 수 있음을 입증하며, 이는 저렴한 이미지 센서를 사용하고 있음에도 불구하고 제안된 모델이 효과적이라는 것을 나타낸다. 본 논문에서 제안하는 모델은 COVID-19 펜데믹 상황에서 기존 시스템에 비하여 높은 안전성과 신뢰성으로 대안이 될 수 있다.

The Effect of the Project Learning Method on the Learning Flow and AI Efficacy in the Contactless Artificial Intelligence Based Liberal Arts Class

  • 본 연구에서는 컴퓨터 비전공자 대상의 인공지능 교양 교육을 위한 프로젝트 학습법을 적용한 후 교육적 효과를 파악하고자 한다. 실험집단과 통제집단 각각의 학습몰입, 인공지능 효능감의 향상 정도를 파악하기 위하여 각 집단 내에서 대응표본 t-검정을 실시하였고, 수업 후 실험집단과 통제집단의 학습몰입과 인공지능 효능감에 대한 사전검사와 사후검사의 통계적 효과를 알아보기 위해 독립표본 t-검정을 실시하였다. 그 결과 실험집단과 통제집단은 각각 수업 전과 후 학습몰입과 인공지능 효능감에서 유의미한 향상을 보였다. 인공지능 수업에서 프로젝트 학습방법을 적용한 실험군과 이론과 실습만 진행한 통제집단 간의 학습몰입은 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 없었지만, 프로젝트 학습방법을 적용한 실험집단은 이론과 실습만 진행한 통제집단에 비해 인공지능의 효능감이 유의미한 수준으로 향상되었음을 확인하였다.
