Therefore, a common model, which measures degree of consumer satisfaction by an arithmetic mean from measurement method including data, which assess compulsively the attribution and the importance to consumers, shows the problems of a field application. There showed a high predictive validity in the model of a singular item using the degree of a general satisfaction rather than a detailed assessment. However, the single model needs the model of consumer satisfaction from the using of plural items, because of the field problems that produce in an alternative application. There showed a high significance level in the model including variables, which are showing a high correlation between purchase intention and predictive validity.

We focused on analyzing the effect determinants of Smartphone purchasing has on consumer satisfaction and whether there exist any moderating effects between the determinants of Smartphone purchasing and consumer satisfaction by age and gender. As a result, we found out that design, brand, H/W had a significant influence on consumer satisfaction in the descending order. Switching cost and A/S turned out to have very little influence on consumer satisfaction. Also as a result of analyzing the moderating effects between determinants of Smartphone purchasing and consumer satisfaction by age and gender, the study verified that that A/S had the most significant influence as a moderating effect on age. And as for gender, switching cost was turned out to have a significant influence. The result of this study indicates several academic and practical implications for customer satisfaction of Smartphone business. • The decision making procedure of consumer's post purchase is important because post purchase evaluation function is the physiological variables in repurchasing. The previous studies of post-purchase decision making showed that consumer compared the expectation of pre-buying with the performance of the product of post-buying. After consumers evaluates the products, consumer is satisfactory or dissatisfactory with products. And the satisfaction effects repurchase intention. The criteria which consumer didn't consider can be important to consumer after buying. Therefore the research problems are as follows; 1. To reveal the consumer's post-purchase clothing evaluative criterita and to indentify the dimensions of post-purchase clothing evaluative criteria. 2, To examine a causal model of the repurchase intention by post- purchase clothing evaluative criteria, satisfaction and brand attitude, A questionnaire was developed and administered 530 women living in Taejeon, and social daytime wear was selected as a clothing item for the study. Consumer's post-purchase clothing evaluative criteria were composed of six dimensions; Fit, Utility, Management, Transformation, Wearing/sewing, Esthetic factor. The main causal model of repurchase intention is that post-purchase clothing evaluative criteria - satisfaction - brand altitude - repurchase intention. • This study conducted a survey to analyze the influence of the consumer-brand interaction and the consumer-brand relationship on motivation and satisfaction based on the perceived age of men and women in their teens and 50s who subscribe to cosmetic brands through SNS accounts. For statistical processing of the collected data, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, regression analysis, and multiple regression analysis were performed with SPSS 21.0. The perceived age of the subjects was classified into 'perceived lower group', 'perceived middle group', and 'perceived higher group' according to the difference between the age perceived by others and the age perceived by themselves. In the three groups, the consumer-brand interaction and the consumer-brand relationship showed a meaningful positive relationship with motivation, and the consumer-brand relationship was found to be a major variable explaining 'attractive' among motivation. In the three groups, the consumer-brand interaction and the consumer-brand relationship showed a significant positive relationship with satisfaction, and the consumer-brand relationship appeared as a major variable explaining satisfaction. Therefore, the conclusion of this study is that by perceived age group, the consumer-brand interaction and the consumer-brand relationship have a positive effect on motivation and satisfaction. In particular, it was found that the consumer-brand relationship is a major variable in cosmetics motivation and satisfaction. As this study empirically analyzes the influence of age perceived on SNS on cosmetics brand marketing, it is considered to be a practical implication for establishing cosmetics sales strategy and basic data that can be used for marketing.

  • This study identified the causal relationships among customer satisfaction, consumer commitment, and relational outcomes(i.e., positive word-of-mouth intentions and increased customer share) in coffee houses. The results showed that satisfaction had positive impacts on consumer commitment(${\gamma}$=0.40, t=5.44, p<0.001), positive WOM intentions(${\gamma}$=0.49, t=7.47, p<0.001), and increased customer share(r=0.52, t=7.49, p<0.001). Consumer commitment also had positive impacts on positive WOM intentions(${\beta}$=0.41, t=6.52, p<0.001) and increased customer share(${\beta}$=0.26, t=3.97, p<0.001). Considering the direct effects only, satisfaction had the largest impact on increased customer share while consumer commitment did on positive WOM intentions. In addition, the direct effects of satisfaction on relational outcomes were greater than those of consumer commitment In terms of the total effects, however, relational outcomes were maximized when we combined the direct effects of satisfaction and the indirect effects of satisfaction through consumer commitment. This result supported that consumer commitment played a partial mediating role between satisfaction and relational outcomes. Furthermore, it implied that coffee houses would take full advantage of relational outcomes when they made their customers satisfied and committed to the relationship.
