청소년 소비자를 중심을한 소비자교육에 관한 연구 (A Study of the consumer education focusing on the Adolescent Consumer)

  • This study is mainly concerned with providing a basis for the development of adolescent consumer education. the objective of this study is to investigate the factors related to consumer knowledge, consumer role attitudes and consumer skills. The samples are composed of 1453 adolecent consumer filtered by purposive sampling. The sample includes 3 subgroups from middle and high school students. the statistics used for data analysis are t-test and ANOVA. Results are as follows; (1) Consumer knowledge differs according to the numbers of school years, region , parents' occupation , farther's education level, discretionary expenditure. (2) Consumer role attitudes differ according to consumer's number of school years, gender, region, family income , parents' occupation, father's education level, discretionary expenditure, (3) Consumer skills differ according to gender, region, family income, parents' occupation, father's education, discretionary expenditure, and consumer experience.

스마트 워치 소비자 저항에 영향을 미치는 요인: 수용 보류 집단의 성별, 연령별 집단 차이 비교 (Consumer Resistance to Smartwatches: Gender and Age Differences)

  • 본 연구는 스마트 워치 수용을 보류하고 있는 소비자 집단을 중심으로 스마트 워치 소비자 저항에 영향을 미치는 요인들을 살펴보았다. 본 연구는 20-40대 소비자 407명의 설문 자료를 기반으로 분석을 실시하였으며, SPSS 19.0을 활용하여 빈도분석, 기술통계, 요인분석, 신뢰도 검증, 상관관계 분석, t-test, 그리고 다중회귀 분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 상대적 이점은 모든 성별과 연령 집단에서 스마트 워치 소비자 저항을 감소시키는 요인으로 확인되었다. 둘째, 복잡성은 여성 소비자 집단, 20대, 그리고 40대 소비자 집단에서 스마트 워치 소비자 저항을 증가시키는 요인으로 확인되었다. 셋째, 디자인 심미성은 남녀 소비자 집단, 20대 소비자 집단에서 스마트 워치 소비자 저항을 감소시키는 요인으로 확인되었다. 넷째, 주관적 규범은 여성 소비자 집단, 20대, 그리고 30대 소비자 집단에서 스마트 워치 소비자 저항을 감소시키는 요인으로 확인되었다. 다섯째, 프라이버시 위험은 남성 소비자 집단과 40대 소비자 집단에서 스마트 워치 소비자 저항을 증가시키는 요인으로 확인되었다. 본 연구의 결과들은 스마트 워치 수용보류 집단의 소비자 저항을 이해하는데 기초 자료를 제공할 수 있을 것이다.

여고생의 환경문제에 대한 소비자 의식과 행동 (The Consumer Consciousness and Behavior on Environmental Problems of the High School Girls)

  • The purpose of this study are to measure the overall level of consumer consciousness and behavior on environmental problems of high school girl students and to analyze the most influential factors related to the socio-demography and the education on environment. This study also aims at inspiring the students with sound view of environments and furnishing basic data for the development of consumer education program. The researcher used questionnaires on consumer consciousness scale and consumer behavior scale for the purpose of this study. 640 students were surveyed randomly in Kwangju and Chonnam, and 608 questionnaires were selected as final analysis data. Major Findings were as follows: 1. The average score of consumer consciousness and behavior on environmental problems of the high school girls were 86.0 on scale of 110 (72.7 on scale of 100) and 63.3 on scale of 115(43.8 on scale of 100). 2. The consumer consciousness and behavior on environmental problems of the high school girls showed partial differences according to the socio-demography variable. 3. The consumer consciousness and behavior on environmental problems of the high school girls showed partial differences according to the education to environment variables. 4. The consumer behavior on environmental problems had a positive relationship with the consumer consciousness. 5. The most influential variables on the consumer consciousness were necessity of the education on environment, the type of school, region, and monthly allowance money in sequence. And the most influential variables on the consumer behavior were the campaign on environment in home, participation in environment preservation, cosciousness of environment, and education experience on environment in sequence. 인터넷 쇼핑에서의 충동구매 측정을 위한 척도의 개발 및 특성분석 (Developing Standards for Measuring Consumer's Impulse Purchasing in Internet Shopping Mall and Analysis of Characteristics)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a standardized scale to measure consume's impulse purchasing in internet shopping mall. As internet shopping is expanding rapidly, the consumer's impulse purchasing in the internet shopping is also increased. A preliminary 26-item scale was developed through a literature review. 1230 consumers responded to an online survey using the preliminary scale. This research was made with the intention of not only supplying the academic data on the consumer's impulse purchasing but also understanding the consume's basic behavior patterns in internet shopping mall. Then A series of tests, such as test-retest, item-to-total correlation, Cronbach's reliability coefficient and factor analysis, were conducted using the survey data. The final scale with 20-items was constructed in the end. The consume's impulse purchasing in internet shopping mall Scale for Consumers consisted of 4 factors.

소비자관여가 소비자가 인지한 의류제품의 성과에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Consumer Involvement on the Clothing Product Performance Recognized by Consumer)

  • Consumer involvement is one of the most important concepts in target marketing. Marketing managers seeking repeat business and a long term relationship with their consumers must understand the process underlying product evaluation. Therefore, the objective of this study was to find out the relationships between consumer involvement and product performance. Judgement sampling method through survey was utilized to collect the data and the subjects were 614 university students. Factor analysis, reliability test, and regression were used to analyze the data. The research results showed that there were three dimensions of product performance, so called, ‘aesthetic’, ‘utilitarian’, and ‘socio-interactive’. Consumer involvement was positively related to all dimensions of product performance. Understanding of the relationship between consumer involvement and product performance would contribute to build useful marketing strategies.

의복만족 척도: 소비자 생활주기적 접근 (A Scale for Clothing Satisfaction: A Consumer Life Cycle Approach)

  • This study develops a scale for consumer clothing satisfaction based on Lee et al. 's (2002) five stages of the consumer life cycle (acquisition, possession, consumption, maintenance, and disposal). Data were gathered by surveying college students using convenience sampling, and 419 questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis. In analyzing the data, an exploratory factor analysis and a confirmatory factor analysis using a structural equation modeling were conducted. The proposed scale, which identified various sources of satisfaction and dissatisfaction associated with the 5 consumption cycles of clothing, suggests some guidelines for marketers in enhancing consumer clothing satisfaction across consumption stages. The model test for the scale also identified that consumption satisfaction had the greatest effect on consumer clothing satisfaction showing the strongest loading and squared multiple correlation.

  • The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of service quality on consumer satisfaction and loyalty according to clothing involvement at internet shopping mall. Data were obtained from 400 college students living in Busan. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, reliability analysis, cluster analysis, t-test and regression analysis using SPSS WIN 14.0. The results indicate that companies of shopping mall striving for consumer loyalty should focus primarily on satisfaction and service quality perceived by consumer at Internet. The effects of clothing involvement on the association of consumer loyalty, satisfaction and perceived service quality are significant. This finding provides the information being efficient to develop marketing implications related to internet shopping mall.

의류 상품에 대한 소비자 지식의 척도에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Consumer Knowledge Measurement of Apparel Product)

  • The level of consumer knowledge has been gradually increased with the growth of living standard of consumer and the development of communication technology. The purpose of this study was to investigate the structure and measure of consumer knowledge and to find out relationship between objective knowledge and subjective knowledge. The subjects of this study were female adults from theirs twenties to theirs forties who lived in Seoul, Kyunggi or Incheon areas and Quota sampling method was used age and areas. The data were obtained from 603 questionnaires. Data were statistically analyzed using SPSS 10 and major statistical methods are mean, frequency, Pearson correlation coefficient, and Cronbach's $\alpha$ coefficient. The results are as follows: 1. Objective knowledge consisted of the product knowledge, brand knowledge, purchase knowledge and usage knowledge, and subjective knowledge consisted of experience and self-evaluation knowledge. 2. Consumer knowledge was related to the subjective knowledge and objective knowledge. But, there was relatively a low relationship between subjective knowledge and objective knowledge of apparel.

물질주의와 해외 명품브랜드 구매 태도: 소비자 자국주의의 조절 효과 (Materialism and Attitude toward Purchasing Foreign Luxury Brands: The Moderating Effect of Consumer Ethnocentrism)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the impact of materialism on the attitude toward purchasing foreign luxury brands and the moderating effect of consumer ethnocentrism on this impact. Data were gathered by surveying university students living in Seoul metropolitan area using convenient sampling, and 325 questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis. In analysing data, confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were conducted using structural equation modeling. Results showed that success factor of materialism gave rise to negative attitude toward purchasing foreign luxury brands while centrality factor of materialism spurred positive attitude. Consumer ethnocentrism also showed a significant effect as a moderator on the relationship between materialism and attitude: The relationship between materialism and attitude was stronger among subjects who had lower consumer ethnocentric tendencies than among subjects who had higher consumer ethnocentric tendencies.

  • The purpose of this study is clarify consumer problem on the basis of understanding consumer behavior, that is, to make explicit the effect of economic levels and educational background upon consumer consciousness and consumption behavior. The data in this study is from a survey in 1973 by means of a questionnaire of the opinions of 200 housewives of Seoul. The ${\chi}^2$(Chi-Squire) was applied for the statistical analysis of the data and following results were found. Generally consumers lack understanding of economic matters and satisfactory consciousness on matters of consumption life. And there is significant difference among the class on several matters. That is, the lower economic level and educational background are, the lower the understanding of economic matters and consciousness of satisfaction are. So the consumer education must be carried out for lower class of economic level and educational background. And in the present awakening of salers and makers is needed for consumers.
