성인여성의 쇼핑성향과 샵마스터의 태도에 대한 반응 연구 (A Study on Adult Women′s Clothing Shopping Orientation and Response to the Shop-master s Attitude)

  • The study is designed to classify consumer groups based on their clothing shopping orientation and to examine the relationship among clothing shopping orientation, satisfaction to the shop-master, and factors of the shop-master's nature to understand clothing shopping orientation of women from 18 to 35. The final analysis was performed with 447 (consumers) ailed 336 (shop-masters) pieces of questionnaire. The data was analysed with SAS statistics package. The results of this study are as follows : 1. Clothing shopping orientation were composed of four dimensions : recreational shopping orientation, convenience/economic shopping orientation, store/brand loyalty shopping orientation, and shopping confidence. 2. In the satisfaction to the shop-master, the consumer was not satisfied by the appearance, product-presentation, and consumer-management of the shop-master but kindness, trust, and product-explanation by the shop-master. The shop-master guessed that consumers were completely satisfied. 3. The consumer had an influence on product-understanding, response, and consumer-understanding of the shop-master, and the shop-master guessed that consumers had an influence on every thing of shop-master. 4. The more consumers were store/brand loyal, the more they were satisfied with tole shop-master, and had an influence on the factors of the shop-master's nature. But consumers were confident on the shopping, were not shown to be significantly different in the satisfaction of the shop-master and the factors of the shop-master's nature.

  • Product liability is the law of the manufacturer's responsibilities for the consumers' personal injuries or the losses of property resulted from defective products. In today's many countries, the product liability law are being enacted because of the safety of product use and the protection of consumer's right. In korea, the product liability is going to enforce on July 1, 2002. Though the construction of product liability response system is urgent situation, domestic manufacture company's PL response system is not nearly prepared in present. Consequently, the purpose of this study is to discuss the Quality Management's importance and the PL countermeasures by presenting the difference of PL response system construction degree by the Quality Management Maturity degree

소비자의 혁신성이 모바일 광고 수용에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A study on the Influence of Consumer Innovativeness on the Acceptance Intention in Mobile Advertising)

  • This study is focus on consumer innovativeness. The purpose of this study is to explore variable that affect users' perceived value of mobile advertising and actual response intension to analyze relationship among variables. We built research new model based on the Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) and the Ducoffe's model(1996). The result of this study can be summarized as below. First, consumer innovativeness had a positive effect on convenience, the entertaining element and informativeness. Second, credibility and convenience had a positive effect on mobile advertising value. Third, Mobile advertising value had a positive effect on actual response intention to mobile advertising. As shown in the result of this study, the relation between perceived value of mobile advertising and actual response intention, depending on innovativeness in accordance with mobile advertising characters elements.

정보원으로서 패션 유튜브 크리에이터에 대한 소비자 반응 - 유튜버의 성별과 연령 특성에 따른 비교 - (Consumers' Responses to Information Created by Fashion YouTube Creators - Generational and Gender Differences -)

  • With the recognition of YouTube as an information search tool, YouTube creators have subsequently become sources of information to consumers. Accordingly, this study aims to analyze the consumers' response of famous fashion YouTubers in Korea, and to identify differences in consumer response based on the gender and generation of YouTubers. During the period from the opening of fashion creators' YouTube channels, we collected postings on blogs and Internet cafes using textom. As a result of preliminary investigation, six fashion YouTubers were selected. First, all the selected fashion YouTubers were well recognized by consumers as fashion informants. However, Milanonna has been shown to act as a life advisor and as an informant for luxury brands at the same time. Second, female fashion YouTubers were perceived with themes related to daily life, beauty, emotions, and mood rather than fashion itself; whereas, male fashion YouTubers appeared to be more interested in fashion accessories, especially with respect to the basic style. Third, Generation Z fashion YouTubers used the most non-fashion keywords, and their Millennial counterparts used keywords related to fashion items and product purchase properties. However, consumer response to OPAL fashion YouTubers have emerged with items such as life experiences, wisdom, and advice. Moreover, OPAL fashion YouTubers showed a variety of consumer assessments and the YouTuber's personal background. This study's analysis of the differences in the consumer response to fashion YouTubers based on gender and age enables the establishment of an appropriate strategy to attract target consumers and identify their appeal points.

  • This study compares consumer satisfaction levels in clothing stores based on, consumer complaint behavior. This study investigates the relationship between future purchase intention and consumer satisfaction with the response of clothing stores to complaints. The study was implemented through a normative-descriptive survey using self-administered questionnaires. The samples consisted of 509 female consumers residing in Seoul and its suburbs. Data were analyzed by following statistical methods: frequency analysis, t-test, ANOVA, regression analysis, and Duncan's multiple range test. Results are as follows: The satisfaction with response to complaints were different according to types of clothing stores. A significant relationship between the degree of satisfaction with service recovery and future purchase intension was found in all types of clothing stores. The future purchase intention increases, when consumers are fully satisfied with the way that a service failure was recovered.

  • 본 연구는 소비자 공감반응의 여러 가지 측면에 대한 이론적 근거를 바탕으로 소비자 스스로가 자기 공감화하는 과정으로 확장할 수 있는지에 대한 문제제기와 함께 탐색적 차원에서 심층면접을 적용하여 확인하고자 하였다. 소비자 공감과 관련된 대부분의 연구들은 공감이론을 바탕으로 소비자 공감의 반응적 차원을 이성적, 감성적 차원으로 구분을 하고 있으며, 현재의 관점에서 제시되는 자극에 국한하여 소비자가 지각하는 공감적 반응을 살펴보고 있다는 특징이 있다. 하지만 본 연구에서는 여기서 한 단계 더 나아가 소비자 스스로가 해당 콘텐츠에 대하여 재생산 및 재개발 과정의 창조적 거리를 형성하는 자기공감화의 과정으로 나아감으로써 궁극적으로 자아성찰 단계로 나아갈 수 있음을 확인하고자 하였다. 심층면접을 통한 탐색적 연구결과, 특정 마케팅 자극에 대한 소비자의 공감적 반응은 선행연구들이 강조하고 있는 차원과 함께 보다 창조적이고 자기공감적 차원에서도 존재하고 있음이 간접적으로 확인되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 소비자 공감적 반응은 단순히 하나의 단일차원을 넘어 다차원적 구조를 형성함과 동시에 공감적 자기화의 확장적 구조로 나아갈 수 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 이는 소비자의 공감적 반응이 특정 차원으로 설명되기보다는 공감적 반응의 연속성 측면에서 총체적으로 파악해야 함을 시사한다. 본 연구가 탐색적인 성격의 초기 연구로서 의의를 가지지만 여러 가지 내용적 타당성의 보완 및 연구방법의 정교화는 후속연구를 통하여 보완을 해야 할 것으로 사료된다. 본 연구를 통하여 소비자 공감의 반응이 타인공감을 넘어 창조적 차원의 자기공감으로 확장될 수 있다는 이해의 폭이 확장됨과 동시에, 향후 이와 관련된 많은 후속 연구들이 파생될 것으로 기대된다.

유튜브 인플루언서의 정보원 특성이 뒷광고 논란 이후의 소비자 반응에 미치는 효과 연구 (Influence of YouTube Influencers' Characteristics on Consumer Response after the Controversy over 'Backdoor Advertisement')

  • Purpose - This study attempts to explore the factors that affect the consumer's response to the influencer's "backdoor advertisement" which has been a social media controversy recently. Accordingly, this study focuses on the importance of the information source's characteristics in influencer marketing, and demonstrates the impact of influencer credibility, attractiveness, and expertise on consumer responses after the influencer's sponsorship controversy. Design/methodology/approach - To this end, a study was conducted on adults who subscribed to one or more channels of influencers, and a virtual newspaper article was used in the survey. 196 sample data were collected and SPSS PROCESS Macro was used for data analysis. Findings - As a result, there was a negative impact on the credibility of the influencer which carried over to a negative reception of their shared content, while the attractiveness of the influencer had a positive impact on the reception of their shared content, even after the controversy over the influencer's backdoor advertisement. Research implications or Originality - This study contributes to the expansion of research on influencer marketing. Also, it provides insight into understanding and interpreting the phenomenon of influencers' backdoor advertisements and consumer reactions.

소비자피해구제 실태분석을 통한 소비자중재제도 도입방안 연구 (A Study on Consumer Arbitration System by Empirical Analysis on Redemption for Consumer′s Claim)

  • The redemption system for consumer's claim is intended to deal with the conflicts between consumers and firms in their transaction of goods and service ensuring consumer's basic right. In general, the redemption system for consumer's claim requires promptness of redemption, free charge of claim procedure for consumers and constructive response of firms. However, the current redemption system in Korea has some limitations in its authority in the sense that it has only the right for mediation of consultation and agreement and thus the involved consumer should forfeit his/her claim or should go to legal suit which requires high cost and time when the mediation work is failed between two parties. As it is shown in result of survey on empirical cases produced by the Consumer Dispute Mediation Committee in Consumer Protection Board of Korea in 2001, the 20.3% of total claims have failed to reach final mediation, while the BBB case in the U. S. has recorded 19% of arbitration success after its failure in mediation. Therefore, it is strongly recommended for Korea to augment current. arbitration system toward assuring firm's cost liability, the principle of quick procedure through agreement on arbitration upon consumer's request. It is thus prerequisite for firms to be armed with the concrete entrepreneurship of responsibility on cost liability. In conclusion, we suggest restructuring of currently existing institution, rather than establishing new one through substantial augmenting the role of Consumer Dispute Mediation Committee In Consumer Protection Board of Korea and enlarging its business criteria of The Korean Commercial Arbitration Board by progressive development of the consumer protection program through amendment of current law for consumer protection.

해시태그 유형이 인플루언서 및 패션 정보 평가, 수용자 반응에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Hashtag Type on Evaluations of Influencer and Fashion Information and Consumer Responses)

  • This study explores the effect of hashtag type on consumer response via evaluations of SNS fashion influencer and information in the context of fashion product communication. The moderating effect of perceived fit between hashtag content and fashion product image on information evaluation was also investigated. An online survey was conducted, and responses from 152 Instagram users were collected. The results indicated that hashtag type (informative vs storytelling) affects the evaluations of influencer and information. First, the informative hashtag has a positive effect on influencer's expertise and usefulness of information. Meanwhile, storytelling type has a positive effect on the familiarity of the influencer. This study also verified the mediated paths from hashtag type to consumer response through the evaluations of SNS fashion influencer and information. The influencer's expertise and familiarity mediated the effect of hashtag type on consumer response. In the information evaluation, only the mediating effect of usefulness was significant. Finally, the high condition of the perceived fit between hashtag content and fashion product image was found to highly evaluate the trust of information. This study extends the scope of fashion communication research from various angles by examining the role of the hashtag as a new type of information source.

관여수준에 따른 대칭적 균형과 비대칭적 균형의 심미적 반응에 관한 연구 (A Study on Aesthetic Response on Symmetric Balance & Asymmetric Balance by Involvement)

  • 본 연구는 기존 연구들이 제품디자인에 있어서 균형을 단순히 심미성요인으로만 제시하고 있는데 비하여 균형요소가 제품특성에 따라 소비자의 심미적 반응에 다른 영향을 줄 수 있는 상대론적 견해를 제시하고 있다. 분석결과에 따르면 고관여제품인 경우에는 균형성이 높을수록 소비자로부터 우호적인 심미적 반응을 유도하는 반면 저관여제품의 경우에는 균형성이 낮을수록 우호적인 반응을 나타내고 있다. 이러한 분석결과는 균형성을 단순히 하나의 심미적 요인으로 파악하는 것보다는 이론적으로나 실무적으로 좀 더 유효한 디자인 접근법을 제시해 줄 것으로 예상된다. 향후연구에서 자극의 수, 균형성변화의 수준 및 조절변수의 수를 고려하여 추가적인 연구를 진행한다면 좋은 결과를 도출 할 수 있을 것으로 예상된다.
