SNS 브랜드 성격이 모바일 네이티브 광고 태도에 미치는 영향 (How SNS Brand Personality Affect Mobile Native Ad Attitude)

  • 본 연구에서는 SNS 이용 소비자를 대상으로 SNS의 브랜드 성격 요인을 규명하고 이러한 SNS 브랜드 성격 요인이 SNS 내에서 접할 수 있는 모바일 네이티브 광고의 속성 인식에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 살펴보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 SNS 브랜드 성격과 모바일 네이티브 광고의 속성으로 정보성, 신뢰성, 오락성, 방해성, 상호작용성을 연구변수로 도입하여 연구모형을 제시하고 SNS 이용자를 대상으로 하여 설문조사를 수행하였다. 온라인 설문조사를 통해 최종 341부를 분석에 사용하였으며, 수집된 데이터는 SPSS 22.0과 AMOS 18.0을 통해 분석하였다. 분석결과에 의하면 SNS 브랜드 성격 요인으로 '성실', '열정', '매력', '실용', '공동체'의 5가지 성격이 도출되었다. 이 가운데 '성실', '열정', '공동체' 브랜드 성격이 대부분의 모바일 네이티브 광고 속성에 대해 긍정적 영향을 주지만 '실용' 브랜드 성격은 부정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다. 매력 브랜드 성격은 모바일 네이티브 광고 속성과 상관이 없는 브랜드 성격으로 나타났다. 또한 모바일 네이티브 광고 속성 가운데 정보성과 신뢰성이 광고태도에 긍정적 영향을 주는 것으로 나타났다.

해외직접구매 사이트에 대한 서비스품질 지각이 소비자의 신뢰와 만족도 및 충성도에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Service Quality Perception of Direct Purchase Shopping to Trust, Satisfaction, and Customer Loyalty)

  • Consumers who purchase products from foreign countries and deliver them back to Korea are increasing. According to the Korea Fashion & Textile News (2015), overseas direct shopping reported 39% increase compared to 2013. Furthermore, clothes accounted for 19% of product category. Therefore, the service quality of overseas purchase sites is becoming more important, but studies have been limited. this research focuses on investigating the effects of consumers' shopping orientation on service quality and the effects of service quality on trust, satisfaction, and consumer loyalty. The survey was administered to consumers who had experiences in purchasing through overseas direct purchase websites. The results showed that the perception of service quality differed depending on the respondent's shopping orientation. Among the four shopping orientation groups(shopping confidence, shopping enjoyment, trend pursuit, and shopping follower groups), the shopping confidence group showed the highest mean for all service quality factors. All the groups showed the highest scores on product and trust among the factors of service quality. Next, the results revealed that service quality positively influenced consumers' trust on websites that provide overseas direct purchase services, which further improved customer loyalty. Therefore, the study gives managerial suggestions to online retailers that provide oversea shopping service. They need to provide higher site efficiency, security, product reliability, and responsiveness to cultivate international customers' trust and satisfaction. In particular, it will be important for them to offer accurate, reliable product information and various languages for overseas customers.

인터넷 쇼핑몰 유형별 패션 소비자의 불확실성, 후회경험 및 부정적 행동의도에 관한 연구 (The Uncertainty, Regret Experience, and Negative Behavior Intention of Fashion Consumers According to the Types of Internet Shopping Malls)

  • This study investigated the uncertainty, regret experience, and negative behavior intention of fashion consumers according to the types of internet shopping malls. The data was obtained from internet fashion consumers, and 394 responses were used in the data analysis. The statistical analysis methods were frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, t-test, ANOVA, and regression analysis. As results, the uncertainty of internet fashion consumers was composed of two factors; information uncertainty and preference uncertainty. The regret experience was composed of function or service regret, suitability regret, and product regret. Also, the negative behavior intention was composed of purchase switching intention and purchase deferral intention. The information uncertainty of fashion consumers positively affected the negative behavior intention in all types of internet shopping malls (e.g., open market, integrated shopping mall, and fashion specialized shopping mall). In open market, the preference uncertainty negatively affected the purchase switching intention; however, the preference uncertainty positively affected the purchase deferral intention. In open market and fashion specialized shopping mall, the product regret of internet fashion consumers positively affected the negative behavior intention. In addition, there were partially significant differences in the factors of uncertainty, regret experience, and negative behavior intention by gender and marital status of demographic characteristics. The results of this study will provide useful information to the marketing strategies considering fashion consumer's negative emotion and behaviors according to the types of internet shopping malls.

소비자 조절초점이 명품브랜드의 가치와 브랜드태도의 관계에 미치는 조절효과 (The Moderating Effect of Perceived Values on The Luxury Brand Preference Depending on Consumers' Regulatory Focus)

  • 명품브랜드의 대중화는 소비자가 명품브랜드를 이용하는 방식과 소비하는 목적과 동기가 다양해진다는 것을 의미한다. 명품브랜드 시장을 보다 잘 이해하기 위해서는 차별화된 다양한 접근법이 필요하다. 본 연구는 명품 브랜드의 가치와 브랜드 선호도간 관계에서 조절초점 조절효과를 검토하는데 목적이 있다. 명품 브랜드에 대한 지각된 가치는 소비자의 조절초점성향에 따라 브랜드 태도에 미치는 영향에 차이가 있는지를 분석하였다. 분석결과, 품질가치와 경제적 가치는 향상초점 소비자집단보다 예방초점 소비자 집단에서 더 높게 나타난 반면에 심리적 가치는 예방초점 소비자 집단보다 향상초점 소비자집단에서 높게 나타났다. 또한, 향상초점 소비자일수록 과시적 가치와 감정적 가치가 명품브랜드 태도에 더 큰 영향을 미치는 반면, 예방초점 소비자일수록 품질가치와 경제적 가치를 더 중시하는 것으로 나타났다.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 시장 확산을 위한 공급자 관점의 선결요인 (Analyzing the Challenges for Cloud Computing Business Dissemination in the Service Provider's Perspective)

  • The concept of Cloud computing has been introduced in the IT field over 10 years and industry has been expanding constantly. However, compare to the maturity of global market, Korea cloud computing industry is only in the early stage. Even the Korea has advantages in technology infrastructure; the pace of Korea cloud computing market growth is taking a serious downturn. Under these circumstances, it is needed to be discussing that strategy for expanding the cloud computing market size and for sustaining global competitiveness of local companies. Previous studies on plans for Korea cloud computing market has been conducted since 2009 and most of them are tend to examined in demand perspective. Thus, this study aims at identifying the priority of business challenges for making better performance in the market with service provider aspects. To analyze the important factors in the providing cloud computing service, ANP methodology was applied in this study. The network model including five clusters, security, stability, performance, consumer, and institution, was defined through literature review and expert survey was conducted to collect data. As a result of ANP analysis, 'Securing service reliability' was analyzed as the most important factor and followed by 'Preparing the range of legal liability', 'Preventing personal information leakage' and 'Preventing confidential information data leakage.' The priority of result indicates that service provider needs to focus on to make the secured service environment. This study has significance on analyzing the priority of business challenges in the service provider perspective. This study will provide useful guidelines to for establishing strategies in cloud computing market.

  • 지능형 전력망은 제어시스템, 전력망, 수용가로 구성되는 세 가지의 광범위한 보안 영역을 다루는 대표적인 4차 산업혁명 시대의 융합 신기술이다. 융합 신기술인 만큼 향후 국가의 기술발전과 성장동력, 경제성 등에 많은 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있지만, 만약의 보안사고 발생 시에는 막대한 피해가 예상되기 때문에 에너지 관련 기관은 최신의 각종 보안 사고들을 예측하고 대응할 수 있는 다양한 보안대책들이 마련되어야 한다. 본 논문에서는 국내외 스마트그리드 현황과 보안표준 동향, 그리고 취약점 및 위협을 살펴보고, 앞으로의 스마트그리드 보안기술 전망에 대해 고찰해 보고자 한다.

가상 인플루언서 특성이 소비자 구매의도에 미치는 영향 : 중국 인터넷 소비자를 대상으로 한 실증연구 (Effect of Virtual Influencer Attributes on Consumer Purchase Intentions : Evidence from Chinese Internet Consumers)

  • 가상 인플루언서는 주로 SNS에서 활동하는 디지털 창작물이며 다양한 영역에서 활동하고 있다. 본 연구는 가상 인플루언서의 매력성과 평판이 소비자의 구매의도에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 조사하였다. 선행연구를 바탕으로 연구모형과 설문 문항을 구성하고 총 371부의 자료를 구조방정식 모형으로 분석하였다. 연구 결과 평판은 애착, 모방 욕구, 상호작용에 긍정적 영향을 미쳤고 매력성은 애착과 모방 욕구에는 영향을 주었지만, 상호작용에는 유의한 영향을 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 마지막으로 구매의도는 모방욕구, 애착, 상호작용 등 모든 변수로부터 긍정적 영향을 받았다. 이는 매력성, 평판, 상호작용성은 가상 인플루언서 마케팅 전략에서 고려해야 하는 요소이며 인기뿐만 아니라 좋은 평판을 위해서는 가상 인플루언서가 제공하는 콘텐츠 질과 신뢰성도 중요하다는 것을 의미한다. 더불어 소비자와의 긴밀한 관계를 위한 지속적인 상호작용도 필요하다. 본 연구는 기업이 가상 인플루언서를 디자인하고 활용하는데 필요한 실무적인 고려사항들과 소비자들의 행동을 이해하는데 시사점을 제공하고 있다.

  • The purpose of the study was to investigate the self-esteem, appearance satisfaction, and clothing benefit pursuit the gap between subjective age and real age according to gender and age of middle-aged consumers. For the study, the questionnaire was developed by the authors and distributed to male and female consumers in their forties or fifties on september 1~10, 2014. A total of 470 questionnaires was collected and used for the final analysis. Data were analyzed by frequency analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, cluster analysis, ANOVA and Tukey's test, using the SPSS 18.0 Package Program. The findings were summarized as follows. There were significant differences in the subjective age of middle-aged consumers according to gender and age. Female consumers in their fifties perceived their subjective age to be younger than male consumers in forties and fifties. There were no significant differences in self-esteem among the groups according to gender and age. Significant differences were found in appearance satisfaction of male consumers in their fifties having higher appearance satisfaction than female consumers in their forties. There were significant differences in some factors of clothing pursuit benefits including pursuit of fashion, pursuit of youth, pursuit of rationale, pursuit of leisure, and pursuit of loyalty, among the groups according to gender and age with female consumers placing more importance on clothing-related benefits than their male counterparts. Local fashion businesses to consumers who target middle-aged consumers, this study can provide a basic data.

도로에 대한 투자가 제조업 물류비에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구 -SP 기법 활용- (The Effect of Road Investment on Logistics Cost in Manufacturing Industry -Investigation of the Investment Effects Using Stated Preference-)

  • '90년대 들어 미국을 중심으로 Double Counting 문제와 Keynesian/Neo-classical economics theory 까지 연계되어 교통투자가 경제성장에 거의 영향을 주지 않는다는 이론과 영향을 많이 준다는 상충되는 연구결과가 계속 발표되었다. 본 논문은 교통에 대한 투자가 경제성장에 미치는 영향을 계량적으로 분석한 것이다. 범위를 좁혀 도로에 대한 투자가 생산성 즉 제조업체의 물류비에 미치는 영향을 Stated Preference Technique를 이용하여 분석한 것이다. 도로이용 승객의 시간가치를 추정하는 일반적인 Cost/Benefit Analysis와는 달리 화물수송과 관련된 투자효과를 분석하였다. 먼저 도로에 대한 투자가 화물의 수송시간절약과 그에 따른 창고시설, 재고관리등에 미치는 영향을 continuous review system과 periodic review system으로 나누어 이론적으로 고찰하였다. 또한 본 논문에서는 Utility Model에 기초하여 시간가치(value of time)와 화물도착의 정확성 (value of reliability)을 도착지별(depot/consumer)과 상품별로 econometrics 기법을 활용 분석한 후 영국의 COBA와 비교 검토하였다. 종합적으로 도로에 대한 투자가 시간절약, 운행비용절감, 사고비용절감 등 직접적인 효과(direct benefit)외에 depot감소, 운행차량감소, 재고비용절약, 유휴자원의 활용 등(secondary benefits)을 통하여 경제성장에 긍정적인 영향을 끼치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.

정보기술 기반구조의 유연성이 신제품 경쟁우위에 미치는 영향 (The Impacts of IT Infrastructure Flexibility on New Product Competitive Advantages)

  • The success of new product development is a key factor for getting competitive advantages. Marketing research has been investigating marketing capability, manufacturing technical capability, cross-functional integration, market knowledge competence, market orientation, and competitive environment as the key success factors of new product development. Recently, the role of IT infrastructure in enhancing new product advantage is assumed in the literature. However, the empirical studies on the role of IT infrastructure are lacking. The purpose of this study is to empirically exam the impacts of IT infrastructure on new product competitive advantage. In this study, IT infrastructure is conceptualized as the flexibility of IT infrastructure. Based on previous research, a conceptual model is established by incorporating the direct impact of IT infrastructure flexibility and its indirect impact through the key success factors on new product development. To empirically test the research model, data are surveyed from a pair of IS department and Marketing department of 92 consumer goods manufacturers. By employing PLS technique, the measurement reliability and reliability of research variables are tested and the path analysis is conducted to do the hypothesis testing. The path analysis shows that IT infrastructure flexibility has no direct effect on new product advantage, However, the indirect effect of IT infrastructure is found, which is mediated by marketing capability, manufacturing technical capability, cross-functional integration, and market orientation respectively. Hence, The flexible IT infrastructure increases cross-functional integration (H1), market orientation (H3), marketing capability (H5), and manufacturing technical capability (H6). All success factors of new product development excepts for competitive environment have a positive association with new product competitive advantages (from H10 to H14). Finally, the path from IT infrastructure flexibility to cross-functional integration, to market orientation, to market knowledge capability, and to new product advantage is found as the strongest path. These results indicate that the flexible IT infrastructure enhances information sharing with multiple departments and collaboration within a distributed innovation environment. The collaboration among departments positively affects the level of customer and competitor intelligence. The ability to obtain knowledge about customers and competitors makes firms to adapt to a changing environment quickly and to respond to customers' demands adequately. The flexible IT infrastructure also enhances the capability of organization to more rapidly respond to the changes in product design resulting in faster product development and reduced costs. In addition to, it enhances marketing capability by the two-way communications with customers and the analyses of various kinds of customer data. In brief, the finding of this study suggests that the flexible IT infrastructure allows many firms to pursue sustained new product competitive advantages. This study advances research on IT infrastructure in two important aspects. First, by Integrating marketing research and IS research, this study develops a conceptual model on the role of IT infrastructure in enhancing new product advantage. Second, it empirically finds the indirect impacts of IT infrastructure on new product advantage, which confirms the potential for the IS field to contribute to new product development research. The limitations of this study are also discussed to provide research directions for future research.
