전화상담 프로그램이 당뇨병환자의 자기효능과 자가간호에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Telephone Consulting Program on Self-efficacy and Self-care in NIDDM Patients)

  • Purpose: This study was intended to examine the effects of a telephone consulting program on self-efficacy and self-care in NIDDM patients. Method: Sixty-eight NIDDM patients participated. Thirty-six were assigned to the experimental group and received the telephone consulting program from one to two times per week for 4 weeks. This program was undertaken by base on small booklet relating to diabetic disease summary, diet, drug, exercise, foot management, prevention and treatment of complications, and insulin injection methods. Result: 1. Hypothesis 1 that "the experimental group who receives the telephone consulting program will have higher self-efficacy score than the control group who does not have the telephone consulting" was supported (t=5.12, p= .000). 2. Hypothesis 2 that "the experimental group who receives the telephone consulting program will have higher self-care score than the control group who does not have the telephone consulting" was supported(t=5.29, p= .000). Conclusion: The telephone consulting program improved self-efficacy and self-care in NIDDM patients. Accordingly, this program can be adopted as an effective nursing intervention in the care of the diabetic patients.

수업 구성 분석에 기반한 K-공과대학교의 동료수업컨설팅 프로그램 효과성 검증 (Effectiveness Validation of Peer Class Consulting Program Based on Class Composition Analysis at K-Institute of Technology)

  • This study introduces the peer class consulting program at K-Institute of Technology aimed at improving class quality through the diagnosis of professors' teaching methods, analysis of the pros and cons, and assessment of their class management ability. To carry out the program, 641 students taking classes with the professors were surveyed on their satisfaction and learning motivation levels. The class composition was analyzed by monitoring the professor's class. The effect of the consulting was verified by comparing students' class satisfaction scores before and after consulting. Additionally, 29 professors subject to the consulting were surveyed on their satisfaction with the program. According to the results, professors subject to the consulting recognized that the teaching methods and class management strategies presented through the consulting effectively improved student satisfaction and motivation and provided an opportunity to gain confidence through the class. Furthermore, professors subject to the consulting were able to acquire knowledge, skills, and attitudes related to class management, and they perceived the program positively, stating that it allowed them to quickly adapt to the university education environment through cooperative communication with senior professors serving as consultants.

  • The purpose of this paper is to analyze the performance of innovation consulting program by the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs(MOGAHA) for local governments. The performance of the consulting program was measured by the difference of innovation grade improvement local governments which were included in the program achieved more grade improvement than others which were not. Especial Iy municipalities at lower grades in 2005 have reached higher stage after receiving Innovation consulting.

The research tried to solve the problem by IDEAL method of process software improvement methodology. As a result, receipt account program for credit sales could be developed; the program was applied to the actual business work and operated.

  • 본 연구는 일개 대학에서 2020년 8월 3주간에 운영된 온라인 자기소개서 컨설팅 프로그램에 참여한 92명을 대상으로 하였다. 온라인 자기소개서 컨설팅 프로그램 적용이 취업준비에 도움이 되었는지 알아보고자한 연구이다. 연구 결과 사전에 자기소개서 작성이 부족하거나 취업목표 기관이 뚜렷하지 않았다. 온라인 자기소개서 컨설팅 프로그램 참여 후 취업준비에 매우 도움이 되었고, 관련한 자기소개서 프로그램의 서비스 활용성이 높았다. 프로그램 내 템플릿의 연속된 질문은 자기소개서 작성에 도움이 되었다고 응답하였다. 향후 필요한 취업지원 교육으로 면접준비과정이 필요하다고 하였다.

  • Farm management consulting is recently widely recognized as farm business becomes more commercial. For better consulting practice, this paper analyzes current status of consulting practice and then suggests few strategies for consulting practice. Firstly, basic farm managements consulting should be strengthen, which have been done by technological center in local governments. Secondly, farm management consulting institutions must be specialized, in terms of role for each institution. Thirdly, we should train and produce more consultants specialized in field needs. Finally, aftermath program have to be developed for estimating consulting benefits.

  • The study was first part of the research on development of consumer education program as social education program. The purpose of this study was to review social consumer education programs conducted by various organizations and to examine the consulting statistics from Korea Consumer Protection Board and Korea National Council of Consumer Organizations. In Consumer Protection Board, consumer education was operated mainly for both college students majored in consumer studies and public-sector workers. Outgoing education was provided mainly to the persons in industries and housewives. Other consumer organizations conducted consumer education using government funds. The organizations considered 'purchasing' and 'consumerism' most frequently as the topics for the education. 'Credit' and 'insurance' were another main concerns at the education. The consulting statistics showed that 'mobile communication', 'laundry service', 'health foods', and 'educational materials for foreign language' took the largest portion of the consumer consulting. Some implications were made for developing consumer education program as social education.

정부지원 중소기업 컨설팅 사업의 재무적 성과분석 : 기업성장지원센터 사업 기준 (Financial Performance Analysis of Government-Supporting Consulting Business to Small and Medium Enterprises : Focused on Corporate Growth Supporting Center in KICOX)

  • As the competitiveness of SMEs (small and medium enterprises) is getting more and more improved and globalized, the government provides various consulting services to secure the competitiveness of small and medium firms and support stable growth. However, the assessment of the result from the government's support is generally focused on non-financial factors, such as customer satisfaction and analysis of improvement effect. This paper is in regards to the statistical analysis of how much the government's support in the form of providing consulting services contributes to financial outcomes in terms of profitability and growth. ROA (return on asset) and ROS (return on sales), which are investment profitability and sales profitability respectively, are chosen as an indicator of profitability. For analysis of growth, sales revenue and total asset growth are used. The samples are 44 corporations which are supported by government, and 150 corporations which are selected for comparison, with corporate growth support center program by the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy chosen as the consulting model. After gathering the yearly balance sheets and income statements of the samples from CRETOP, Korea Enterprise Data, the analysis is conducted in the way of identifying the statistical significance of financial difference in the same period between corporates taking consulting services and corporates which have not, and the difference of financial outcomes from the corporates taking consulting services before and after consulting services. As a result, in terms of business growth, it is turned out to have positive difference both in growth ratio and profitability compared to the compared corporations at the significant level. Therefore, it is obvious that the consulting program which government provides to SMEs have direct influence practically to the corporates' management performance.

산학일체형 도제학교의 컨설팅 요구 분석 연구 (A Study of Consulting Demands Analysis in Vocational Education and Training High Schools Participating the Apprenticeship System)

  • 이 연구의 목적은 산학일체형 도제학교의 컨설팅 요구를 분석하여 산학일체형 도제학교의 안정적인 운영에 요구되는 시사점을 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 산학일체형 도제학교 1, 2차 학교 총 60개교의 도제사업 담당 교원을 대상으로 컨설팅 요구조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 산학일체형 도제학교 담당 교원들은 컨설팅 9개 영역 전반에 걸쳐서 컨설팅 요구가 있었으며 '학생 평가 및 신직업자격 평가', '프로그램 개발 및 학교 교육과정 편성 운영 계획 수립', '기업 선정 및 관리', '도제반 편성 및 학생 관리', '교수 학습 활동 및 교재 개발'에 대한 컨설팅 요구가 상대적으로 높았다. 둘째, 도제학교 운영 현황별로 컨설팅 요구의 차이가 있었다. 사업단 유형별로는 거점학교와 공동실습소형이 단일학교형보다 대체로 컨설팅 요구가 높았다. 도제 프로그램시간별로는 '1400시간 이상'과 '1200~1400시간'이 '1200시간 이하'인 경우보다 대체로 컨설팅 요구가 높았다. OJT 운영 방식별로는 구간정시제가 주간정시제보다 대체로 컨설팅 요구가 높았다. 이상의 결과에 따라 산학일체형 도제학교의 안정적인 운영을 위해서는 학교 교육과정의 정상적인 운영을 고려하여 도제 프로그램 시간을 적절하게 조절하여 개발할 필요가 있고 도제 프로그램과 학교 교육과정이 원활하게 운영될 수 있도록 사전에 학사일정을 수립하고 OJT 운영 방식을 설정해야 한다. 또한 사업단 내 참여학교 간의 유기적인 협력이 필요하다.

Impact of Competency of Consulting Company on Business Performance: Focus on Franchise Companies

  • Purpose - The purpose of this study was to structurally verify how the competency of consulting company affects the business performance of consulting client firms through consulting achievement and consulting utilization. It aims to provide information for successful consulting and suggest strategic measures to improve consulting performance. Research design, data, and methodology - This study examines the structural relationship between competency of consulting company, consulting performance, and performance of consulting client firms. In this model, competency of consulting company consists of three sub-dimensions such as reputation, ability to perform business, and expertise. For these purposes, research model and hypotheses were developed. This survey was conduct ed for employees of companies that have experienced consulting in the past year. A total of 195 were used for this study. The data were analyzed using frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, and SEM with SPSS 18.0 and Amos 18.0 statistical program. Result - The results of this study are as follows. First, reputation, ability to perform business and expertise, which are sub-dimensions of consulting competence, was found to have positive effect on consulting achievements and also found to have a positive effect on utilization. Second, consulting performance was found to have positive effects on business performance of consulting client firms. It means that the management's willingness to utilize consulting results and the achievements of consulting performance have a positive effect on the company's management performance. Conclusions - Consulting firms need to perform customer-oriented consulting by accurately recognizing what management consulting is required by the client firms. The academic significance of this study was that the research was conducted through structural empirical analysis, not only from the relationship of competency of consulting company to consulting performance, but also to the relationship of business performance of client firms. In addition, the practical implication of this study is that clients can actively utilize the results of consulting to lead business performance.
