On the Needs of Vertical and Horizontal Transportation Machines for Freight Transportation Standard Containers to Derive Design Requirements Optimized for the Urban Railway Platform Environment

  • Recently, the number of consumers using digital online distribution platforms is increasing. This caused the rapid growth of the e-commerce market and increased delivery volume in urban areas. The logistics system, designed ar006Fund the city center to handle the delivery volume, operates a delivery system from the outskirts of the city to the urban area using cargo trucks. This maintains an ecosystem of high-cost and inefficient structures that increase social costs such as road traffic congestion and environmental problems. To solve this problem, research is being conducted worldwide to establish a high-efficiency urban joint logistics system using urban railway facilities and underground space infrastructure existing in existing cities. The joint logistics system begins with linking unmanned delivery automation services that link terminal delivery such as cargo classification and stacking, infrastructure construction that performs cargo transfer function by separating from passengers such as using cargo platform. To this end, it is necessary to apply the device to the vertical and horizontal transportation machine supporting the vertical transfer in the flat space of the joint logistics terminal, which is the base technology for transporting cargo using the transfer robot to the destination designated as a freight-only urban railway vehicle. Therefore, this paper aims to derive holistic viewpoints needs for design requirements for vertical and vertical transportation machines and freight transportation standard containers, which are underground railway logistics transport devices to be constructed by urban logistics ecosystem changes.

  • The construction and operation of industrial automation has been actively taking place from manufacturing plan to production for improving operational efficiency of production line and flexibility of equipment. ISO/TC184 is standardizing on operating methods that can share information of programmable device controllers such as PLC and IoT that are geographically distributed in the production line. In this study, the design of the cell controller consists of PLC group and IoT group that perform signals such as temperature sensors, gas sensors, and pressure sensors for thermal processes and corresponding motors or valves. The operation and analysis of the cell controller were performed using SDN(Software Defined Network) and the three types of process services performed in thermal processes are real-time transmission service, loss-sensitive large-capacity transmission service, and normal transmission service. The simulation result showed that the average loss rate improved by about 17% when the traffic increased before and after the application of the SDN route technique, and the delay in the real-time service was as low as 1 ms.

  • GNSS(Global Navigation Satellite System) such as GPS(Global Positioning System), GLONASS(GLObal NAvigation Satellite System) has been used in various fields for construction of geospatial inforamtion. But RTK or VRS method for high accuracy has some bad points like requirement of additional GNSS device and internet. So, this methods are difficult to take advantage of field survey. In this study, In this study, experiments using DGPS handheld devices and smart devices that can maximize mobility through was to suggest ways to improve the efficiency of field survey work. As a results, field survey work with smart devices is difficult to apply the limits of accuracy yet. On the other hand, DGPS has been found possible to determine the position accuracy within 1m. If DGPS is used in related work can greatly improve the efficiency of field survey work, which is currently much is done by hand, it is expected to serve as the basis for a structured GIS data management.

  • Recently drones have become popular enough to be one of the hobby. The drone refers to an unmanned aerial vehicle which can fly and be steered by a radio wave without a pilot and it has a airplane or helicopter shape. The drone was first started to be used from military purpose, but its usage has been expanded to the private such as construction site, crop-dusting, field discovery, freight shipping and drones to prevent cheating. However the drone that we can see often in the market is expansive, hard to be repaired when it broken down and has a discomfort of the short flight time. In this paper, to solve an uncomfortable talk on the cheap 8-bits microcontrollers ATmega128 Using drone for implementation. Axes gyroscope and accelerometers mcu between posture an attitude control, communications through drone control, pid. Receiver input them into transmitter signals of movements to control drone c the programming was implemented in on the basis of language. drone using ATmega128 microcontroller is possible hovering, By utilizing a pin that are not required for control it can be used as a drone for a variety of uses.

  • Due to the conversion from the existing address system to road name address system, the versatility of the road name address from the public and private sectors is increasing gradually. Therefor, the reliability of the road name address basic map, of the default data is also an urgent need, this means the accuracy of the data. But, road name address basic map is production time due to the use of different map accuracy is to fall, so is also the situation insufficient of utilization. This study Construction of identify each attempt by the road name address basic map and analysis the location accuracy of road name address basic map. As a result, the RMSE of cadastral survey results showed that appears lower than the RMSE of digital map survey results. The judgment can be utilized as the basis for the proposed improvements for the road name address basic map.

  • The security model in the previous network environment has a vulnerability in which resource access control for trusted users is not properly achieved using the Perimeter model based on trust. The Zero Trust is an absolute principle to assume that the users and devices accessing internal data have nothing to trust. Applying the Zero Trust principle is very successful in reducing the attack surface of an organization, and by using the Zero Trust, it is possible to minimize damage when an attack occurs by limiting the intrusion to one small area through segmentation. ZTNA is a major technology that enables organizations to implement Zero Trust security, and similar to Software Defined Boundary (SDP), ZTNA hides most of its infrastructure and services, establishing one-to-one encrypted connections between devices and the resources they need. In this study, we review the functions and requirements that become the principles of the ZTNA architecture, and also study the security requirements and additional considerations according to the construction and operation of the ZTNA solution.

  • Global population growth has resulted in an increased demand for food production. Simultaneously, aging rural communities have led to a decrease in the workforce, thereby increasing the demand for automation in agriculture. Drones are particularly useful for unmanned pest control fields. However, the current method of uniform spraying leads to environmental damage due to overuse of pesticides and drift by wind. To address this issue, it is necessary to enhance spraying performance through precise performance evaluation. Therefore, as a foundational study aimed at optimizing drone-based pest control technologies, this research evaluated water-sensitive paper (WSP) via density map estimation using convolutional neural networks (CNN) with a encoder-decoder structure. To achieve more accurate estimation, this study implemented multi-task learning, incorporating an additional classifier for image segmentation alongside the density map estimation classifier. The proposed model in this study resulted in a R-squared (R2) of 0.976 for coverage area in the evaluation data set, demonstrating satisfactory performance in evaluating WSP at various density levels. Further research is needed to improve the accuracy of spray result estimations and develop a real-time assessment technology in the field.

  • In modern dynamic management environment, there is growing recognition that information & knowledge management systems are essential for CEO's efficient/effective decision making. As a key component to cope with this current, we suggest the management performance data-mining system based on IT(Information Technology). This system measures management performance that is considered with both VA(Value-Added), which represents stakeholder's point of view and EVA(Economic Value-Added), which represents shareholder's point of view. The relationship between management performance and 85 financial ratios is analyzed, and then important financial ratios are drawn out. In analyzing the relationship, we applied the explanation-based Gas(Genetic Algorithms) that consider predictability, understanability (lucidity) and reasonability factors simultaneously. To demonstrate the performance of the system, we conducted a case study using financial data over the 16-years from 1981 to 1996 of Korean automobile industry which is taken from database of KISFAS(Korea Investors Services Financial Analysis System).

A Study on the Situation and Management Method of Rural Informationization Village(Invils,) (농촌 정보화 마을 실태와 효율적인 운영방안)

  • Such factors as the increase of population and me development of information technology were raised the needs of citizens in Korea. To meet these needs for the better services, Korean government has built up the computer networks that connect forty-two administrative operations of the central government since 1984. Through the computerization of administrative services, Korean government has been pursuing the balanced development among the regions in the country. To this end, regional informationization has been implemented since the mid 1980s. Specifically, rural villages has become information network villages (invils) by adopting computers and networks. Consequently, three hundred thirty-seven invils were implemented in the country. By selecting forty-six invils in Kyeongbuk province in Korea, this research was intended to find efficient and effective ways of operating invils. To find the problems and opportunities of the invils, the researcher has visited each of the forty-six invils between January 12th. and February 12th. in 2009. Two-round surveys were distributed to the managers of these forty-six invils. This research identified ten problems as below. a. Problems after the implementation of invils b. Problems occurred at the same rime as the operation of invils c. Problems with regard to the invil managers d. Problems with regard to the criteria of success or failure e. Problems with regard to the cooperation of administrative offices f. Problems with regard to the boosting of invil experience g. Problems with regard to software assurance developed in invils h. Problems with regard to incentives to invlis i. Problems with regard to the role of invils To solve these problems in hands of invils, this research suggested policy ideas in two levels: 1. invils 2. government Policies should be implemented by invils: a. The strengthening of training rural people for the better utilization of computers b. The strengthening of the regulations on membership management and electronic commerce c. The establishment of the invil managers' job tenure d. The reformation of measuring the success or failure of an invil e. The integration of administrative offices centralized by invils f. The Establishment of Service Cloud Based Expansion and Developing Plan for National Spatial Data Infrastructure (서비스 클라우드 기반 국가공간정보통합체계 확대발전방안 수립)

  • The construction of National Spatial Data Infrastructure (NSDI) started from 2008 and was completed at 2012, with the aim of co-utilizing public agencies' national spatial information by integrating and linking. Despite the existence of the NSDI, an update of spatial data is not fully reflected because the spatial information has not been updated simultaneously by NSDI and public agencies. By examining the public agencies' services using the spatial information, a national budget is wasted because the re-usable similar services are duplicated. These issues could be solved by adopting a cloud system, whose concept is co-utilizing IT resources, to the NSDI. This study examined the service cloud based expansion and development plan for NSDI. The plan included an implementation strategy for a spatial information service cloud system and an establishment plan for a governance system. The service scenarios, concept diagram, and service functions for the system were derived in a system implementation plan. For the service functions, the unit functions of two modules were proposed and specific functions were derived. In the establishment of a governance system, the business roles and business processes were defined for organizations managing service cloud based NSDI. The business role and process were defined and derived by each service life-cycle step. With the proposed system implementation plan, a detail system design and composition of the organization could be possible, and a service cloud-based NSDI system could be implemented.
