  • Domestic exoteric construction market by opening of world construction market with recent FTA of rapidly change. On these time, need quality increase of construction to possess government official and international competitiveness of customer satisfaction by offering consumer building of good quality. Therefore, must establish direction to inspects and must advance forward formation government official's present actual conditions for building company's QI. This study is as following if summarize studying result of formation government official to improve quality in construction spot. First, formation's CEO will for QI need side improvement the formation government official enemy by important thing. Second, at checking activity and systematic action that participate of responsible persons cooperation enterprise space-time by complete charge department organization should be achieved. Third, complete charge department for quality control operation large size construction firm substantially formation Organizational well operate, but heavy hydrogen building company was construed by greatly unprepared misgovernment. AHP analysis result complete charge department is serious necessity, and the CEO under direct control organizational structure was construed by thing which can bring excellent effect in operation management side of quality business side and formation. Therefore, heavy hydrogen building company should does to occupy competitive power high position with tissue at active quality complete charge deputy.

아파트 공사의 펀치리스트 분석에 의한 품질개선방법 (A Method for the Quality Improvement by the Punch List Analysis of Apartment Construction)

  • This study is to find out primary factors through the punch list in the large scale apartment housing complex, to prevent repeatedly occurring defects of construction and to gain quality management. The following are the findings of the research. (1) The positive strengthening of supervision for the workers can contribute to prevent defects of apartment construction and make better quality of the construction. (2) A solution should be made for the poor of surface join and the damage of work element showing a lot in the apart construction, which prevent defects and improve construction quality. (3) Indirect factors such as negligence and carelessness of the management should be improved to advance construction quality, and the caution and control strengthening of the management should be followed. It is revealed that hitch, omission, and heedlessness come from the defects, and the shortage of skill and checking appear as indirect factors. Therefore, to get quality improvement, the enhancement of the management factors, employment of excellent workers, and enhancement of working attitude and construction management are needed.

  • 엑셀 기반의 서류 작성, 결재, 품질 시험을 수행하는 건설현장의 품질관리업무는 많은 시간과 노력이 소요된다. 엑셀 기반의 업무는 품질시험성적서 양식 인쇄, 품질시험 수행, 시험성적서 작성 및 결재, 관리대장 작성으로 구성된다. 이렇듯 분리된 품질관리 프로세스는 업무 소요시간과 효율성을 저하시킨다. 따라서, 품질관리업무의 생산성을 향상시키기 위해 클라우드 기반의 건설현장 품질관리 시스템이 개발되었다. 본 연구의 목적은 건설현장 도입 초기 단계인 품질관리시스템의 생산성을 분석하는 것이다. 본 연구는 건설현장 품질관리시스템을 도로 건설현장에 도입하고, 도입 전·후의 품질관리업무 프로세스 변화를 면밀히 분석했다. 또한 품질관리자들에게 설문조사를 실시하여 품질관리시스템 도입 전·후의 업무 시간 데이터를 수집했다. 수집한 데이터에 몬테카를로 시뮬레이션 방법론을 적용하여 건설현장 품질관리시스템의 생산성 향상 효과를 분석하고 결과를 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 품질관리 업무 자동화를 위한 후속 연구들의 기초자료로 활용할 수 있을 것이다.

  • 우리나라 건설공사의 품질관리체계는 관련법에 근거한 규정의 조합과 시공자가 구축한 ISO/KS A 9001에 의한 품질경영 시스템의 운용에 의한 방법의 혼합형이다. 이 두 가지의 품질확보체계는 상호 보완적이며 통합된 체계로 운영되어야 하나, 시공자의 품질경영시스템을 활용하지 못하고 법에서 정한 기준과 방법, 절차 등의 규정에 따라 모든 공사에 있어서 일상화된 품질관리업무가 수행되고 있다. 이러한 현상은 ISO규격이 도입된 이래 지난 10여 년간 계속된 문제점으로 개선이 요구되고 있다. 품질관리의 철저를 목표로 고객 만족을 위한 예방적 품질관리사고를 정착하는 일은 건설산업의 당면과제이다. 이에 본 논문에서는 건설현장 의 실무자를 대상으로 품질관리 관련 의식에 관한 설문조사를 실시하였으며 그 결과를 토대로 건설공사 품질관리 체계의 운용에 대한 만족도를 정리하고, 나아가 향후의 개선방안에 대한 논점을 제시하고자 한다.

건설현장의 품질·안전문제 해결을 위한 적정 건축시공기술자의 배치 관련 연구 (Deployment of Appropriate Architectural Construction Engineers to Solve Quality and Safety Problems at Construction Sites)

  • 최근에 건설 중인 공동주택 구조물이 분괴하는 등 부실시공이 사회적 이유로 대두되고 있는 실정이다. 부실시공에 대한 원인은 다양하게 있고 요인별 미치는 영향도 다르겠지만 건설회사 시공관리자 측면에서 문제점을 알아보고자 하였다. 따라서 본 연구는 품질·안전문제 해결을 위해 건설현장의 건설회사 시공관리자의 배치에 있어 기술자 경력, 기술자 인원수, 기술자 투입시기 등의 적정성에 대해 알아보고자 한다. 본 연구 수행을 위해 객관적인 의견 조사를 위해 건설사업관리자를 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였고, 그 결과 건설회사 시공관리자 수를 늘려야 하며, 또한 중간 경력의 시공관리자를 투입하여 실질적 관리가 가능하도록 하여야 하는 것으로 나타났다. 그리고 건설회사의 시공관리자의 계약직을 대폭 축소하는 동시에 안전관리자나 품질관리자와 유사하게 현장 시공관리자 투입인원을 제도적으로 규정할 필요가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

Analysis of Quality Improvement Priority for Construction PMIS

  • As one of the key IT applications, the project management information system (PMIS) played a significant role in construction management processes in Korea. On increasing use of PMIS, regular quality assessment to identify user's requirements of PMIS is necessary. However, there have been rare research efforts for quality assessment for the construction PMIS. This paper aims to propose a priority index of quality improvement for construction PMIS using the importance and satisfaction measures and to verify the discrimination power of the priority index by comparing it with other quality improvement priority index. In addition, this paper discusses some possible ways of PMIS quality improvement. The analysis of quality improvement priority was based on a questionnaire responded by 253 PMIS users (construction managers and constructors). The methods of PMIS improvement were based on the interviews with eight experts. These findings would be the foundation of further researches on PMIS quality improvement. However, more efforts are required to enhance the priority index, in terms of reflecting weighted values of quality assessment factors.

  • Quality management in construction industry becomes more significant under the existing conditions such as, increasing higher demand caused by the high value of real estate and extension of the warranty period. Therefore, this study presents the alternative idea related to the current quality management conditions of small and medium construction companies, including the difficulties and problems in qualify management, in order to develop the systematical method for the quality management in small and medium construction company.

  • 국내 산업 전반에 걸친 정보화 추세는 건설산업에도 예외가 될 수 없지만, 급속하게 전파되고 있는 인터넷의 활용을 통하여 효율적인 건설품질관리업무를 수행하고 있는 건설업체는 몇몇 대형건설업체에 불과하다. 따라서 본 연구는 국내 H건설의 품질정보관리시스템(QIMS)의 구축사례를 알아보고, 이러한 시스템의 활용을 통하여, 향후 건설품질경영시스템(CQMS)이 정착되고 발전되어서 국내건설산업 전체가 국제적으로 품질경쟁력을 인정받는 계기가 될 수 있는 기반을 제시하고자 한다.

BIM for Construction Quality Record

  • Building Information Modeling (BIM) encourages effective information share and utilization among project participants during entire life cycle of facility. This paper presents a method that keeps track of the historical quality records involved in construction operations and facilitates using BIM. The method is coded into BIM based Quality Record Traceability (BIM-QRT) System that makes use of historical records obtained from database administrating construction operations. This study is of value to practitioners because the method makes clear the project participants' responsibility relative to the quality of each and every element of the facility. The main objective of this research is to develop an accurate, fully automated method for construction Quality Record Tracking by using a BIM along with construction operations data obtained by information technology. Test cases verify the usability and validity of the methods implemented in the system.

Factors Affecting Quality Management Failure in Construction Projects

  • Identifying the root causes of substandard construction projects is crucial considering the social and economic issues structural failures can cause. To date, the focus has predominantly been on identifying and penalizing the culprits rather than uncovering the fundamental reasons. Therefore, this study aims to identify various factors that contribute to failures in construction project quality management, including aspects of substandard construction projects, and determine the relationship between these factors and substandard construction projects. Through a literature review and case analysis, 61 influential factors were identified. A survey targeting participants including structural designers, architectural designers, construction companies, CM, and researchers was conducted to gauge the consensus on these factors. A regression analysis was performed based on data from 724 survey respondents. Ultimately, based on the 17 key influencing factors identified by the regression analysis, 9 preventive measures against substandard construction projects were proposed. This study is significant as it elucidates the reasons behind construction project quality management failures that lead to substandard construction projects and establishes a framework for developing practical solutions to real-world problems rather than theoretical or abstract ones.
