  • 本文运用文献计量分析的可视化软件 CiteSpace 对 CNKI 数据库平台上收录的我国高校工程管理人才培养研究相关文献进行分析, 了解我国高校工程管理人才培养研究现状以及研究的发展轨迹。 研究结果显示: 我国高校工程管理人才培养研究持续活跃, 文献数量呈稳步上升趋势, 载文期刊分布广泛, 研究者多, 但各研究机构之间合作少; 研究热点主要集中在应用型工程管理人才培养,实践教学改革和课程体系改革等方面。 为此, 我国高校工程管理人才培养相关研究可加强学术团体间的合作, 拓展研究对象的范围, 丰富研究视角, 并进一步探讨 "新工科" 发展下的工程管理人才培养。

  • In consideration of current circumstances which management activities for safety performance on construction sites are mostly controlled by safety personnel, it is necessary to maintain qualified safety personnel those who are experienced and have adequate ability. This is a major factor in order to prevent any of work related incident in the construction site. However, the existing standard which enforces certain number of safety personnel in the construction site aligning with respective contract amount could lead to difficulties for proactive safety management. So, it is required to get improvement on the existing standard. In nominating the proper number of safety personnel, it would be more efficient to consider the level of risk for characteristic of work itself and the total number of manpower mobilized in respective construction work, rather than to follow the existing standard of manpower ratio as per the contract amount. Hence, this study aims to propose several plans which enable to improve the existing standard for assignment of safety personnel on construction sites.

ATYPICAL EMPLOYMENT IN TAIWAN'S CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

  • Responding to the fierce market competition and trying to cut personnel costs, the construction industry in Taiwan is adopting atypical employment in human resource. To discover this trend, this study employed a questionnaire survey to investigate the current use of atypical employment by domestic contractors and its possible impacts on the industry. According to the 103 returned valid questionnaires, 40.8% of the respondent contractors have applied some atypical employment types in recent three years and most of them used fixed-term employment. The major reasons the contractors used atypical employees are to reduce personnel costs, to deal with business fluctuations and to streamline personnel. According to the respondents, there is no significant difference between the advantages and disadvantages of using a large number of atypical employees in the short term. However, in the long term, atypical employment is generally more disadvantageous than advantageous.

건설현장 안전관리 인력투입에 대한 효율성 분석 (Efficiency Analysis of the Labor Input for Safety Management in Construction Sites)

  • This study analyzed the safety management efficiency through input-oriented BCC Model using DEA by making of Models, in which this study selected the number of staff affiliated with the construction site, number of staff members on the construction team, and number of safety personnel as Input Factor, along with the number of disaster victims and zero-accident accomplished hours as output elements, targeting 40-or-so apartment building construction sites which are being built by 3 domestic construction companies. As a result of efficiency, it was 0.643, the number of efficient DMU was 4. In the aspect of returns to scale, 21 construction sites(52.5%) found to be in a state of increasing returns while 14 construction sites(35%) was in a state of Decreasing returns. The reason for inefficiency was found to lie in technical factors in case of 30 construction sites(75%). Lastly, inefficient DMU is in need of 38.9 % and 66% reduction in site personnel and safety personnel. Based on study results, the 29 construction sites accounting for 72.5% of DMU for safety management efficiency evaluation object turned out to do inefficient safety management that doesn't fit the size of each company.

  • As there are more accidents which are more serious in construction site than other industries, it needs the safety management system to be SLIM on the same time, there are still lots of difficulties to prevent those accidents exactly, so it also needs a safety supervision team to prevent the accident, unsafe operation and condition before happening, which is also called as a Man-to Man safety management method. The range of the job site in one personnel's management is very big and large, so it needs the personnel to deep watch the safety operation and prevent any unsafe/fire accidents; the personnel also should find out the unsafe points in the job site, and carefully supervise the dead angle site, then support the totally safety management POINT and realize the ZERO accident.

  • In spite of a construction of many set building, the government's set building policies being almost indifferent to the maintenance management of them. Currently the personnel is not enough for maintenance management in set building. Therefore many set building does not become accomplished appropriately. On this paper, the set building policies and a questionnaire are analyzed. The result of questionnaire provides fundamental data of proper staff calculation.

  • 국내 건설산업이 우리나라 경제성장을 견인해 오면서 매출규모와 건설기술측면에서 비약적인 발전을 거듭하여 왔으나, 건설공사를 실제적으로 수행하는 건설회사들은 건설업에 내재된 위험요인들에 대해 큰 관심을 기울이지 않아 왔다. IMF위기와 WTO가입을 계기로 건설업에 내재된 불확실성과 위험요인으로 초래되는 경영악화와 사업의 불안정성을 심각하게 경험하면서, 건설위험을 체계적으로 관리하기 위한 시도가 계속되고 있으며, 해외건설공사의 경우 수주영업단계에 적용할 수 있는 위험관리모델이 개발되어 실무에 적극적으로 활용되고 있는 실정이다. 그러나 국내 건설공사의 시공단계에서 위험관리를 체계적으로 수행할 수 있는 절차와 시스템 개발은 이루어지지 않고 있어, 본 연구는 건설현장의 실무자가 쉽게 이해하고 활용할 수 있는 건설현장 실무자들을 위한 건설공사 위험관리시스템 모델을 제안하고자 한다.

소방공사감리원의 업무수행능력이 아파트 소방시설공사의 완공검사에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of the Performance of Firefighting Construction Supervision Personnel on the Completion Inspection of Firefighting Facility Construction in Apartments)

  • 이 연구는 아파트 화재의 대형화를 막기 위해 소방공사감리원의 업무수행능력에 따른 완공검사결과와 소방공사감리원의 성능시험 공기확보의 필요성에 따른 완공검사결과 및 완공검사증명서 발급 후 소방시설 등의 하자 유무상태에 따른 요인을 분석하여 완공검사 결과를 측정하여 소방공사감리원의 업무수행능력을 향상시키 위한 것이다. 연구의 결과를 요약하면 첫째, 소방공사감리원의 업무수행능력에 따라 아파트 완공검사결과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 직업별로 소방공무원보다 소방시설설계업 및 소방공사감리업 종사자가 소방공사감리원의 업무수행능력에 따라 아파트 완공검사 결과 정도는 유의하게 높게 나타났다. 그러므로 아파트에는 아파트 공사감리 경력이 있는 사람을 감리원으로 배치하여 소방공사감리원의 업무수행능력을 향상시킬 필요가 있다. 둘째, 소방공사감리원의 성능시험 공기확보 필요성에 대한 완공검사 결과는 직업별로 소방공무원보다 소방시설설계업 및 소방공사감리업 종사자의 성능시험에 대한 공기확보 필요성이 유의하게 높은 것으로 분석 되었다. 이를 개선하기 위해 건축 준공일까지 완공검사를 할 수 있도록 하며 발주처에서는 완공검사증명서를 건축준공일에 임박하여 발급받도록 강요하지 않도록 장치를 마련할 필요가 있다. 마지막으로, 완공검사증명서 발급 후 완공검사의 하자가 완공검사 결과에 영향을 미치는 것으로 발주자(건축주. 감독관) 종사자보다 소방시설설계업 및 소방공사감리업체 종사자가 유의하게 낮게 분석되었다. 이는 소방시설공사를 마치지 않은 상황에서 발주처. 건설사가 완공검사증명서의 발급을 요구함에 따라 완공검사증명서 발급 후 소방시설 등에 하자가 발생하여 완공검사 결과에 영향을 미친 것으로 분석된다.
