Le but de notre recherche est $d^{\prime}{\acute{e}}clairer$ la nature du $d{\acute{e}}passement$ de soi aux actes humaines dnas le Thomisme. Dans le Thomisme la nature humaine qui a la raison et la $volont{\acute{e}}$ a une $intentionnalit{\acute{e}}$ ver la fin ultime. De sorte que les actes humaines qui $corr{\grave{e}}spondent$ cette nature humaine a un $caract{\grave{e}}re$ du $d{\acute{e}}passement$ de soi visant toujours plus que le $pr{\acute{e}}sent$. Le fondement de cet acte du $d{\acute{e}}passement$ de soi est $l^{\prime}{\hat{a}}me$ rationelle qui est la forme substantielle de l'homme et de soi subsistante. Chez st. Thomas ce $caract{\grave{e}}re$ du $d{\acute{e}}passement$ a trois ${\acute{e}}taps$ distinctes : (1)le $d{\acute{e}}passement$ dans l'ordre du $progr{\grave{e}}s$ naturel (2)le $d{\acute{e}}passement$ de soi dans l'ordre morale (3)le $d{\acute{e}}passement$ de soi dans l'ordre de la religion. Le $d{\acute{e}}passement$ dans l'ordre du $progr{\grave{e}}s$ naturel apparaît d'abord au $caract{\grave{e}}re$ de $l^{\prime}{\hat{a}}me$ rationelle. St. Thomas $d{\acute{e}}finit$ les vertus rationelles comme $^{\prime}pl{\acute{e}}nitude$ dans le $f{\acute{e}}blesse$, parce qu'il $consid{\grave{e}}re$ la vertu rationelle comme $finalit{\acute{e}}$ des $facult{\acute{e}}s$ du sens $ext{\acute{e}}rieur$. L'homme par le sens $ext{\acute{e}}rieur$ reçoit des $esp{\grave{e}}ces$ sensibles(especies sensibilis), et $poss{\grave{e}}de$ les images. Puis cette images sensible devenant la $r{\acute{e}}alit{\acute{e}}$ spirituelle sous forme du $m{\acute{e}}moire$ et du souvenir, devient aussi la partie de son existence. Donc chez st. Thomas la vertue rationnelle n'est pas simplement un $facult{\acute{e}}$$sp{\acute{e}}culative$, mais elle est dans l'ordre du devenir et du $pl{\acute{e}}nitude$. A cette raison st. Thomas compare la raison(ratio) comme $g{\acute{e}}n{\acute{e}}ration$(generatio) et l'intelleigence(intellectus) comme ${\hat{e}}tre$(esse). C'est-${\grave{a}}$-dire la raison $d{\acute{e}}passe$ le sensible et l'intelligence $d{\acute{e}}passe$ la raison. Le $d{\acute{e}}passement$ de soi dans l'ordre morale $li{\acute{e}}$ au $progr{\grave{e}}s$ de la conscience. Chez st. Thomas la perception de l'objet $ext{\acute{e}}rieur$ ayant pour but d'avoir conscience de soi, se perfectionne ${\grave{a}}$ ceci. D'avoir conscience de soi signifie d'avoir $l^{\prime}identit{\acute{e}}$ de soi, et de-$l{\grave{a}}$ apparaît l'acte moral en tnat qu'acte $sp{\acute{e}}cifique$ humain. Thomas en raison de $l^{\prime}affinit{\acute{e}}$ entre Dieu et l'homme, $o{\grave{u}}$ il y a des vertues infuses(virtutes infusas), il y a une sorte du $d{\acute{e}}passement$ religieux. Car ces vertues infuses signifie la communication entre Dieu(${\hat{E}}tre$ absolu) et l'homme(${\hat{e}}tre$ fine) et cela signifie le $d{\acute{e}}passement$ de l'humain vers le divin. Cette $id{\acute{e}}e$ thomiste permet de penser que $o{\grave{u}}$ il y a un $d{\acute{e}}passement$ de soi dans la vie religuse d'une personne, il y a une intervention $r{\acute{e}}elle$ de la providence divine. The harm caused by the opposite function of information and communication has also done increasing with making use of internet more spread. Especially the information and communication are even used as new criminal methods in the society. The objective of this study is to find the orientation on the ethics education of information and communication through the opinion of the undergraduate students who lead the culture of internet for suggestion of the target to raise the upright and sound members of society as well as to solve the above such problems and to establish the desirable model of the ethics. From the questionnaire result by the undergraduate students of S University, students in the field of Humanities and Social Science need the education against the opposite function of information and communication and also the education of netiquette of conscience and moral. In case of opinions in the field of Science and Engineering, the result shows that the students have the opinion on the necessity of the professional education to deal with the opposite function to information and communication as well as the education for upgrade of ability to make use of expert knowledge of information and communication toward the positive side. Finally, the students in the field of Medicine show that they have also the opinion to deal with the opposite function of information and communication. In addition, such result shows that they have the opinion of necessity to the special education against various addicted symptom related to the computer.

Objective : The purpose of this study is to understand Lived Experience of Suffering for family of victim with Sewol-ho ferry accident and to suggest the necessity of mental health occupational therapy regarding of psychological trauma of family of victim. Methods : This study was applied with Parse's Human becoming research method to recognize experience pain for 5 objects losing family with with Sewol-ho ferry accident. According to Parse's research mothod, secondary data, documentary video about experience pain of family of victim with Sewol-ho ferry accident was selected and analyzed. Results : Three core concept for lived experience of suffering of family with victim with Sewol-ho ferry accident as below statements. 1. Despair and sadness losing family, 2. Impotent feeling and guilty conscience breaking down daily life, 3. Seeking relief from suffering for remaining family. Although there were extreme impotent feeling of losing family with Sewol-ho ferry accident, structural conversion presented as process with denial reality which do not want to accept a death in the family and standing for remaining family. The conceptual integration was expressed to powering from valuing and languaging to connection-separation, revealing-concealingl. Conclusion : Family of victim with Sewol-ho ferry accident is losing meaning of life the goal of life with impotent feeling, despair and depression. It is urgently needed for mental health occupational therapy program to restore disruptive everyday activity and participation in community by developing occupational therapy program through meaningful occupation to family of victim.

The purpose of this study is to find the effect of improvement in student's learning attitude when applying portfolio, which is one of the ways for the performance's assessment suggested as an alternative of traditional assessment for the instruction of Home Economics subject. The results of this study were as follows; 1. We have developed the Portfolio materials; teaching and learning plans, the paper of activities of the class, materials of the instructions, and assessment materials from the instruction of total 13 times in the unit of 'making short pants'. 2. The instruction,'Making short pants' with applying portfolio, is very effective in terms of changing student's learning attitude positively - pride, self-confidence, interest, conscience of purpose, motivation for achievement, focus surroundings, self-study, friendship among classmate and etc. 3. The result of analyzing students 'thoughts shows that the majority over 90% of the students showed the positive attitude toward applied portfolio instruction. Here are the reasons that 'it's helpful to study', 'it can be focused better on the instruction', 'it give them satisfaction and couidence' and 'it can be increased abilities studying by oneself'. on the other hand, the negative side of the instruction applied portfolio is that it requires too much time to prepare portfolio materials. there is pressure because of a lot of assignments to do. Based on this result, we are expecting to increase student's interest in the middle school class of Technology and Home Economic and also to achieve development of the method of teaching and learning to enhance student's learning attitude.
The goal of medicine is to contribute to promoting national health by preventing diseases and providing treatment. The scope of modern medicine isn't merely confined to disease testing, treatment and prevention in accordance to that, and making experiments by using the human body is widespread. The advance in modern medicine has made a great contribution to valuing human dignity and actualizing a manly life, but there is a problem that has still nagged modern medicine: treatment and healing for terminal patients including cancer patients. In advanced countries, pain care and hospice medicine are already universal. Offering a helping hand for terminal patients to lead a less painful and more manly life from diverse angles instead of merely focusing on treatment is called the very hospice medicine. That is a comprehensive package of medical services to take care of death-facing terminal patients and their families with affection. That is providing physical, mental and social support for the patients to pass away in peace after living a dignified and decent life, and that is comforting their bereaved families. The National Hospice Organization of the United States provides terminal patients and their families with sustained hospital care and home care in a move to lend assistance to them. In our country, however, tertiary medical institutions simply provide medical care for terminal patients to extend their lives, and there are few institutional efforts to help them. Hospice medicine is offered mostly in our country by non- professionals including doctors, nurses, social workers, pastors or physical therapists. Terminal patients' needs cannot be satisfied in the same manner as those of other patients, and it's needed to take a different approach to their treatment as well. Nevertheless, the focus of medical care is still placed on treatment only, which should be taken seriously. Ministry for Health, Welfare & Family Affairs and Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service held a public hearing on May 21, 2008, on the cost of hospice care, quality control and demonstration project to gather extensive opinions from the academic community, experts and consumer groups to draw up plans about manpower supply, facilities and demonstration project, but the institutions are not going to work on hospice education, securement of facilities and relevant legislation. In 2002, Ministry for Health, Welfare & Family Affairs made an official announcement to introduce a hospice nurse system to nurture nurse specialists in this area. That ministry legislated for the qualifications of advanced nurse practitioner and a hospice nurse system(Article 24 and 2 in Enforcement Regulations for the Medical Law), but few specific plans are under way to carry out the regulations. It's well known that the medical law defines a nurse as a professional health care worker, and there is a move to draw a line between the responsibilities of doctors and those of nurses in association with medical errors. Specifically, the roles of professional hospice are increasingly expected to be accentuated in conjunction with treatment for terminal patients, and it seems that delving into possible problems with the job performance of nurses and coming up with workable countermeasures are what scholars of conscience should do in an effort to contribute to the development of medicine and the realization of a dignified and manly life.

The research was started out of curiosity for what made 's fast and trilling pace possible although it is an old movie. The center of what made it possible was its use of the Long Take - Long Take was used in all of the scenes and in some cases only long take was used. What is interesting is the film maker's use of various cinematic techniques to prevent the scene from being too slow and keep the audience immersed in the characters. In one shot, acting in addition to Mise-en-Sc$\grave{e}$ne were used to provide psychological immersion of character and scene. The use of Long Take, with the exception of some intentional scenes, was difficult to notice without conscience observation. All the components that make up Long Take. camera walking and lighting as well as actor's dialog and performance and scene movement all beautifully came together. The Long Take is generally replaced by many different sort shots. However, Mike Nichols clearly demonstrates the benefit of Long Take. In the movie, the general aesthetics from the use of Long Take is slightly altered for a different purpose. The specific methods and effects used in the application of Long Take is the subject of this study.

This study examines the effects of reading and story sharing through fairy tales on young children's character development in their role play using natural materials. To achieve this, 40 5-year-old children at early childhood educational institutes in Daejeon were tested 16 times for 8 weeks. The results were as follows. First, their role plays using natural objects through reading and talking had a positive effect on their personality cultivation. Second, there was no experimental difference in their prudence and filial piety of basic behavioral items, but their cleanliness and patience were proven effective in the experiment. Third, all their justice, conscience and service indicating their sociality-related friendship, kindness, gentleness and morality were proven effective in the experiment, which their role plays using natural objects through reading and story sharing through fairy tales had an educational effect on improving their sociality and morality through peer interaction. This suggests that their mind to improve social virtues with an exchange of emotions, particularly, treat natural role play in a friendly way, their public promises to cherish life, and their ethical virtues to obey the rules in the process of consideration, appreciation, understanding and help through mutual communication and cooperation in forest experience activities are very effective from an educational perspective.
This article aims to explain some academic subjects based on the film, and accordingly investigate how they are to be converged and then educate individuals. The reasons why should be chosen as a text are as follows: this film is said to be fictional, but based on historical fact. Then, it attracts national attention. Third, it induces the spectators to judge the value of conscience, law, and morals, through the trial process, for themselves and leads them to raise the awareness of the historical, and political conditions at the time. Last, but not least, it contributes to the discourse on various type of men in contemporary days, by dint of analysis on the main characters. The results of the research are listed below: most of all, literature education(Korean language) could be proceeded with the help of epic analysis on . Secondly, considering the film develops the story using political allegory as discussion, along with the historic situation in those days, learning on history and politics could be made possible. Third, the film could be undoubtedly used to conduct the education of law and morality, forming the argument on required law and morals corresponding with ideological circumstance. Finally, education on film analysis could be conducted, by means of examination of the main characters. The analysis on the major characters helps to teach what it would be like for people to become the right ones, by both representing the members of society and determining the quality of life and relationship.
The purpose of this study was to examine the courage of infant & toddler teachers during their care for infants and toddlers in an effort to shed light on the courage of teachers, which has been overlooked so far. It's specifically meant to raise awareness of the necessity of courage as one of virtues that teachers should have to provide quality care. The subjects in this study were four selected infant & toddler teachers at a childcare center. Data were gathered during a 12-week period of time from June to August, 2012, by having in-depth interviews with the teachers. After the collected data were analyzed, the courage that teachers had was categorized into three: being unsparing of oneself, acting according to conscience and sticking to principles, and raising and caring. As for the first, they didn't spare themselves even though there was a danger of physical harm or death. Regarding the second, they held fast to their principles even when it's against the will of the principal and parents, and continued to modify the principles by looking back on themselves. Concerning the third, they did their utmost while they provided toilet training. In the future, the characteristics of courage that infant & toddler teachers should have to take good care of infants and toddlers should be investigated, and courage should be taken seriously as one of virtues. Besides, how to help teachers keep their courage up should carefully be considered.

제 5 장 계약 해지 및 이용 제한
제 15 조 (계약 해지)
회원이 이용계약을 해지하고자 하는 때에는 [가입해지] 메뉴를 이용해 직접 해지해야 합니다.
제 16 조 (서비스 이용제한)
① 당 사이트는 회원이 서비스 이용내용에 있어서 본 약관 제 11조 내용을 위반하거나, 다음 각 호에 해당하는
경우 서비스 이용을 제한할 수 있습니다.
- 2년 이상 서비스를 이용한 적이 없는 경우
- 기타 정상적인 서비스 운영에 방해가 될 경우
② 상기 이용제한 규정에 따라 서비스를 이용하는 회원에게 서비스 이용에 대하여 별도 공지 없이 서비스 이용의
일시정지, 이용계약 해지 할 수 있습니다.
제 17 조 (전자우편주소 수집 금지)
회원은 전자우편주소 추출기 등을 이용하여 전자우편주소를 수집 또는 제3자에게 제공할 수 없습니다.
제 6 장 손해배상 및 기타사항
제 18 조 (손해배상)
당 사이트는 무료로 제공되는 서비스와 관련하여 회원에게 어떠한 손해가 발생하더라도 당 사이트가 고의 또는 과실로 인한 손해발생을 제외하고는 이에 대하여 책임을 부담하지 아니합니다.
제 19 조 (관할 법원)
서비스 이용으로 발생한 분쟁에 대해 소송이 제기되는 경우 민사 소송법상의 관할 법원에 제기합니다.
[부 칙]
1. (시행일) 이 약관은 2016년 9월 5일부터 적용되며, 종전 약관은 본 약관으로 대체되며, 개정된 약관의 적용일 이전 가입자도 개정된 약관의 적용을 받습니다.
