Hamartoma had been considered as a congenital malformation of a tumerous lesion since the original description by Albrecht in 1904. Pulmonary hamartoma is able to classified as endobronchial and intrapulmonary hamartoma clinically, and is considered to benign mesenchymal neoplasms which originated in peribronchial connective tissue, and so called mesenchymoma by someone. We have experienced 3 cases intrapulmonary hamartoma which were discovered during routine chest film check up at all cases and are able to detailed histologic examination by electron microscopy at one case.

The morphological changes of fresh beef treated with ficin(0.1% : 2 hrs, 6 hrs)were examined with transmission electron microscope(TEM), the results obtained were as follows ; Connective tissue protein in fresh beef treated with ficin became gradually fragmentation and was occurred solubilization with time The length of sarcomere in myofibrillar protein was elongated, M-line became dim, and the 1-band of Z-line was broken and beck me fragmentation with time.

The morphological changes of fresh beef treated with ficin(0.1% : 35$^{\circ}C$ 2hrs, 6hr,) were examined with scanning electron microscope(SEM), the results obtained were as follows ; Connective tissue protein in fresh beef treated with ficin was occurred solubilization with time and gradually trasformed from a definite form into amorphous form, followed by showing an opening-up phenomenon again and subdivision. Myofibrillar protein was cracked and breaked slightly, followed subdivision with time.

The morphological changes of fresh beef treated with ficin(0.1% : 2hrs, 6hrs) were examined with optical microscope (OM, LM), the results obtained were as follows : Connective tissue protein in fresh beef treated with ficin was occurred swelling and separation of endomysial reticulum with time, followed showing granulation and solubilization slightly. Myofibrillar protein was loosed wavy contractile muscle fiber, and showed erosin, cracks and breaks in fibers with time.

Oral and maxillofacial cyst is defined as an pathogenic cavity with an lining epithelium and connective tissue wall. Cysts of the jaws and periapical regions vary in histogenesis, treatment and prognosis. Cysts with similar clinical and radiographic can be shown different histopathologic features. Cysts are classified into odontogenic cysts and nonodontogenic cysts. Cysts are also divied into true cysts and pseudocyst. True cysts are lined with an epithelium, however pseudocysts are not lined with epithelium. A periapical cyst, dentigerous cyst and odontogenic keratocyst is clinically common and important lesions at dental clinic.

Lipomas is one of the most common benign neoplasm in the body, but only rarely occurs in the oral cavity We report here a case of a 49-year-old female with a lipoma of palatine tonsil. Microscopical examination revealed a stromal neoplasm composed of mature fat with the presence of a few thin and anastomosing fibrous septa. The surface epithelium was of nonkeratinizing stratified squamous type. There was the dense fibrous connective tissue between mature fat and surface epithelium. The histopathologic findings and literature on tonsillar lipoma is reviewed.

The etiologies of intracranial artery dissection are various, the exogenous as well as inherited connective tissue disorders. We report on a patient who presented with diffuse subarachnoid hemorrhage who had been suffered from essential thrombocythemia. He was diagnosed to multiple dissecting aneurysms of left superior cerebellar artery, left posterior inferior cerebellar artery and right pericallosal artery and treated with endovascular coil embolization.

A various ${\alpha}$-arylmethylpropionic acids(profen) have been widely used as non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs for the relief of acute and chronic rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis, as well as for other connective tissue disorders and pains. Example is fenoprofen, ibuprofen, ketoprofen, and naproxen. All are chiral and, except for naproxen and ibuprofen, are marketed in racemic form. Enantioseparations of profens have been of considerable interest becaus their anti-inflammatory and analgesic effects have been attirbuted almost exclusively to their (S)-enantiomer. (omitted)
