This study investigated the effect of a coaching system(CS) on the employee's job satisfaction(JS) between the food service industry conducting and not conducting CS. A total of 342 employees were enrolled and the results were as follow. Firstly, relationship and willingness factors directly affected JS. Indirectly, work and relationship factors affected JS through the willingness factors. Secondly, when JS was compared at the service company conducting CS with that not conducting CS, work and relationship factors directly affected JS in the industry conducting CS, but only the relationship factor indirectly affected JS in the company not conducting CS. In addition, at the food service industry conducting CS, work factor affected willingness and competence factors, and therefore JS was affected indirectly, but relationship factor did not affect the willingness and competence factors. However, in the company not conducting CS, willingness only affected JS indirectly. Work factors directly affected JS, but through competence and willingness factors, work factor indirectly affected JS in the industry conducting CS. In the company not conducting CS, the relationship factor between employees affected the JS. In summary, CS increased JS through its direct effect on the work factor and indirect effect on the willingness and competence factors. Studies about CS are insufficient and CS remains in the introductory stage now, so further studies are necessary.

Conducting polymers and carbon nanomaterials offer a wide range of applications because of their unique soft conducting properties. Specifically, these conducting polymer-carbon nanocomposites have recently been utilized in bioengineering applications, partly because of their improved biocompatibility compared to conventional conducting materials such as metals and ceramics. Based on the assumption that these composites offer an important application potential as functional materials for biomedical devices or even as biomaterials, this review surveys the recent research trends on conducting polymers-carbon nanocomposites, focusing on bioengineering applications such as polyaniline (PANI), poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) or PEDOT, polypyrrole (Ppy), and carbon nanotubes and graphene.
This study is intended to suggest fundamental data necessary for developing MBTI program that can help improve interpersonal relation skills of nursing science major students and their cohesion. This study is pre-experimental research by one group pretest-post test design to examine the effect of MBTI(Myers and Briggs Type Indicator) basic program on the interpersonal relationship between nursing science major students and their group cohesion and the relationship between interpersonal relationship and their group cohesion. I selected 39 of sophomore students in the department nursing science of K university in I metropolitan city as test group. 35 of them joined post-test. Pretest and MBTI basic program were done before conducting MBTI program. Collected data were analyzed by SPSS window 7.5. The difference in test group before and after conducting program was examined by paired t-test. The correlation between interpersonal relationship and group cohesion was measured by using Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The findings are as follows. $\cdot$ The difference before and after conducting MBTI program by sub-factors of interpersonal relation: There was no significant difference, as the average figure of interpersonal relation in test group was 87.22 before conducting MBTI and 85.08 after conducting MBTI respectively. The average figure of sensitivity among the sub-factors of interpersonal relation was 7.71 before conducting MBTI and reduced to 7.08 after conducting MBTI and there was significant difference between before and after conducting MBTI(t=-2.484, p=.018) $\cdot$ The difference in group cohesion before and after conducting MBTI program: The average figure of group cohesion in test group was 56.68 before conducting MBTI and increased a bit to 56.80 after conducting MBTI\, but there was no significant difference between them. $\cdot$ The relationship between interpersonal relationship and group cohesion before and after conducting MBTI: As the relationship between interpersonal relationship and group cohesion before and after conducting MBTI is examined, there was positive correlation of the significance level. p<.05 before conducting MBTI(r=.320, p=.047), and of the significance level, p<.01 after conducting MBTI(r=.780, p=.000). The investigation on the relation between sub-factors of group cohesion and of interpersonal relation before conducting MBTI basic program revealed that there was positive correlation between openness, reliability, friendliness and satisfaction, and group intervention, between receptivity among group members and reliability, and between group atmosphere and satisfaction. The investigation on the relation between sub-factors of group cohesion and of interpersonal relation after conducting MBTI basic program revealed that there was positive correlation between openness, communication, understanding, friendliness and satisfaction. and group intervention. There was positive correlation between receptivity among group members and openness, communication, understanding, friendliness and satisfaction. There was positive correlation between openness, communication, friendliness and satisfaction, and group atmosphere. Based on the above findings, I realize that MBTI basic program is essential to the improvement of group cohesion. In addition, it is shown that the sub-factors of interpersonal relation such as openness, communication, friendliness, satisfaction, and understanding, and the sub-factors such as group intervention and receptivity among group members are major factors to improve interpersonal relationship and group cohesion. So, the future MBTI program should include sub-programs that deal with the above factors to improve interpersonal relationship and group cohesion.

The conducting polymer-coated multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were prepared by template polymerization of aniline and pyrrole on the surface of MWCNTs in order to develop the novel electromagnetic interference (EMI) shielding materials. The conducting polymer phases formed on the surface of MWCNTs were confirmed by field emission-scanning electron microscopy and field emission-transmission electron microscopy. Both permittivity and permeability were significantly improved for the conducting polymer-coated MWCNTs due to the intrinsic electrical properties of MWCNTs and the conducting properties of coated polymers. The electromagnetic waves were effectively absorbed based on the permittivity nature of conducting polymer and MWCNTs preventing the secondary interference from reflecting the electromagnetic waves. The highly improved EMI shielding efficiency was also obtained for the conducting polymer-coated MWCNTs showing the synergistic effects by combining MWCNTs and the conducting polymers.

We report a method for making a device on which semi-conducting single-walled carbon nanotubes are attached selectively between two metal electrodes. This method is divided two processes. First we can connect a rope of single-walled carbon nanotubes(SWNTs) between two electrodes using the electric field. But a SWNTs' rope obtained by the first process was composed of a few of metallic and semi-conducting SWNTs together. The second process is to burn the metallic and semi-conducting nanotubes through applying a voltage. As a result, we can obtain a semi-conducting SWNT device. To make the patterned electrodes, we deposited $SiO_2$(150nm) on a wafer. After then, we made a patterned samples with Ti(200 $\AA$)/Au(300$\AA$). We empirically obtained a electric condition 0.66 $V_{pp}$ /${\mu}{\textrm}{m}$@5MHz. From this result, we verified that most of current go through the metallic nanotubes in this device. When we apply DC voltage between two electrodes, the metallic carbon nanotubes are burnt. Finally, we can obtain a semi-conducting nanotube device which we desire to make. We got the I-V characteristic graph which has shown the semi-conducting property. We hope to apply to the various applications using this selective semi-conducting carbon nanotube deposition method.ethod.

This paper proposes an on-line method of understanding humans conducting action observed through a vision sensor. The vision system captures images of conducting action and extracts image coordinates of endpoint of the baton. A proposed algorithm based on the expert knowledge about conducting recognizes patterns of the conducting action from the extracted image coordimates and play the corresponding music score. Complementary algorithms are also proposed for identifying the first beat static point and dynamics through extensive experiments, this algorithm is found to detect lower edges and upper edges without error.

We report the application of conducting metal oxide electrodes for semiconducting metal oxide gas sensors. Pt interdigitated electrodes have been commonly used for metal oxide gas sensor because of the low resistivity, excellent thermal and chemical stability of Pt. However, the high cost of Pt is an obstacle for the wide use of metal oxide gas sensors compared with its counterpart electrochemical gas sensors. Meanwhile, relatively low-cost conducting metal oxides are widely being used for light-emitting diodes, flat panel displays, solar cell and etc. In this work, we have fabricated $WO_3$ and $SnO_2$ thin film gas sensors using interdigitated electrodes of conducting metal oxides. Thin film gas sensors based on conducting metal oxides exhibited superior gas sensing properties than those using Pt interdigitated electrodes. The result was attributed to the low contact resistance between the conducting metal oxide and the sensing material. Consequently, we demonstrated the feasibility of conducting metal oxide interdigitated electrodes for novel gas sensors.

This paper describes the breakdown characteristics of GIS by the free conducting particles under alternating voltage. If the conducting particles are present within the GIS, they can cause decrease in breakdown voltages. Various materials and sizes of free conducting particles were used to study the liftoff electric field and breakdown voltage. The measured lift-off electric fields were compared with the calculated ones for copper, steel and aluminium wire-type conducting particles. As an experimental result, it is shown that the breakdown voltages of the GIS chamber with conducting particles were lower than those without conducting particles, and were markedly dependent on the particle material and the particle sizes. Free conducting particles are important factor in particle-triggered breakdown of the GIS.he GIS.
Conducting polymer-coated multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs) were prepared by template polymerization in order to enhance their gas sensitivity. This investigation of the conducting polymer phases that formed on the surface of the MWCNTs is based on field-emission scanning electron microscopy images. The thermal stability of the conducting polymer-coated MWCNTs was significantly improved by the high thermal stability of MWCNTs. The synergistic effects of the conducting polymer-coated MWCNTs improve the gas-sensing properties. MWCNTs coated with polyaniline uniformly show outstanding improvement in gas sensitivity to $NH_3$ due to the synergistic combination of efficient adsorption of $NH_3$ gas and variation in the conduction of electrons.
