While Internet promises ubiquitous access, it also creates a fundamental challenge to the traditional ownership toward digital assets traded in e-commerce market. Sharing digital information freely through shared networks leads to many untapped business opportunities, but uncontrolled digital asset transaction undermines many electronic business models. Thus, in this Internet age, proper protection and safe delivery of Intellectual Property (IP) and its representation as digital assets would be a crucial ingredient of building trust in upcoming e-business environment. In this paper, we give a general structural diagram of Intellectual Property Management and Protection (IPMP) and implement an IPMP prototype based on the RSA encryption algorithm and XrML (eXtensible rights Markup Language) WORK tags to show how proper protection and safe delivery of the intellectual property is achieved. This study concludes that IPMP mechanism may contribute significantly to the volume and quality of e-commerce market.

The issue with the drainpipe now a day is that they are laid underground. Causing us to perform additional work to repair, such as digging up the ground and peeling off the insulator that surrounds the pipe. And such series works are difficult that concession appears from government and municipal office. However, if we can save time and money. Performance of piping robot that we are studied in existing session through fixing unit and improvement of cutting bit shorten and wished to heighten work efficiency. And we are trying to develop a unit that can cut up the projecting parts which connects with the interior part of the drainpipes.

This paper is to investigate how each cases(recurrent cases) is to be classified and what each parties should prepare to solve their cases by civil law system and so on. We could find the increased volume (or quantity) of transportation by air recently and have to worry about the sky-rocketed cases of unfulfilled navigation management(aviation service) proportionately inevitably. So we knew that some cases of disputes are solved by unreasonable demand, unilateral concession or irrational decision without any logical or legal criterion, because both sides(passenger and carrier) do not recognize the situation correctly and have any preparation for the legal settlement. Therefore we should prepare the classification work and comprehend about the legal effect(fulfillment retardation of duty, fulfillment impossibility of duty and imperfect fulfillment in our civil law system) of each cases. We can grasp the legal relationship with a carrier and a passengers by the legal analysis more efficiently and save (or help) energy and time of concerned parties.

The present study explored the dimensionality of children's prosocial behavior. An instrument for assessing prosocial behavior was developed with 8 variables(orientation for prosocial values, caring, comfort and social equality, helping, harmony among peers, cooperation, donation, sacrifice and concession) using a 5-point scale of 37 items. The reliability for the scale of 8 variables ranged from.75 to.86 by Cronbach's. Construct validity was indicated by self-report, peer rating, and teacher rating.

This paper deals with questions involving the polysemous meanings of Korean delimiter to, which include existence of a sister item, polar values, emphasis, reciprocality, and concession among others. In this paper it is argued that the basic meaning of to is the implication of a sister proposition and that various other meanings can be pragmatically derived from the basic meaning. The pragmatic notion of emphasis is defined formally and it is shown that various meanings of to can be accounted for by investigating how the speaker exploits the background knowledge which the speaker and the listener share in a speech context. According to what type of the context is made use of by the speaker, the various polysemous meanings are analyzed as involving either a simple implicature or a series of implicatures, i.e., scalar implicatures, so the various meanings of the delimiter can be attributable to the different attunement of the speaker to different kinds of context.

In the solutions of civil disputes, there are decision of a court and alternative dispute resolution. Arbitration is one of alternative dispute resolutions. The decision of a court is the compulsory settlement and the solution by citizenship between two opposing parties, but arbitration is the autonomous and voluntary settlement by a private person, that is arbitrator. Besides these points, arbitration has various features in comparison with a decision of a court. The procedure of arbitration is not open to the public and single trial system guarantees speedy solution of disputes In the procedure of arbitration, arbitrator who pass judgement is selected and appointed by the parties to an affair. And there are questions how the arbitrator to become independent from them. Because Arbitration is not agreed solution which based on the concession between opposing two parties but imposed solution which is alike decision of a court. This study illustrates the system of challenge on arbitrator to guarantee independence of arbitrators.

This study is to find out the process of changes concerning the cadastral records that consist of the cadastre, the cadastral map and various registers of land in Japanese Colonial Period. The cadastre and cadastral map were the most important part of them and became the basis of cadastral records. These two registers were first made out according to the Project of Colonial Land Survey in the year 1912. As the influx of foreign Weights and Measures was greatly influenced by the foreign concession since 1876, the traditional units of the Weights and Measures had abolished finally. The extortion of sovereignty led a rapid change to the Weights and Measures in 1910. Japan compelled us to change into Japanese System of Measurement. From that time on, Lot(筆地) and Pyeong(坪) were settled down on the registers of land.

This study examined the relationships of parental behavior control recognized by children and its effect on children's emotional intelligence and conflict resolution strategies in their peer friendships. Subjects were 521 $5^{th}$, $6^{th}$ grade elementary school Children in seoul. Data were analyzed by Pearson's correlation, multiple regression and path analysis. Result showed that parents' control of children's behavior affected children's conflict resolution strategies in peer friendships and affected their emotional intelligence. Path analysis showed that control by parents, demand for maturity and clarity of communication directly affected compromising-integrating strategies. Parental control was affected directly by dominating strategies. Controlling behavior by demand of maturity, clarity of communication and nurture influenced compromising-integrating, avoidance and concession strategies of children's emotional intelligence.

This study has tried to explain the background of the inflow of western-style architecture, the influx of foreign architectural technicians, the import of building materials, the inflow of Japanese-style houses, and the course of the inflow of western-style architecture in the Busan area since 1910 so as to make the basic data of the forming course of modern architecture and the study of the modern history of architecture in Korea. The results are as follows. 1) Japanese-style houses and western-style architecture in Korea were brought in by foreigners, not by Koreans, Also, in Busan all sorts of building materials were imported by Japanese. Japanese-style house and western-style architecture were built by Japanese. 2) Japan has planned the network of roads through the expectation of increasing Japanese in the concession. And constructed houses on the rule of construction since 1877. 3) Western-style architecture in Busan was mostly constructed by Japanese carpenters, and they imitated western-style architecture.
