In 2001, IT Small and medium size manufacture occupied 3.8% of Gross Domestic Product. IT industry R&D Program and Excellent Information Technology R&D Program support rate $54{\sim}60%$ of computer, software and contents for Information Technology R&D, when the Technology of R&D input to market need to development for about 3 years. Most of the Small and medium IT Enterprise strategy priority find out from computer, software and contents.

  • 현재 지구촌은 신종 감염병인 '코로나바이러스 감염증-19(COVID-19)로 인해 혼란을 겪고 있다. 우리나라의 경우 1만 명 이상 감염자가 발생하였으며, 사망자 역시 200여 명이 넘었다. 하지만 위와 같은 감염병을 치료하기 위한 백신은 계속 개발중에 있으며, 현재는 감염 예방 수칙으로 감염의 위험성에서 벗어나고 있는 실정이다. 또, 지구촌에 큰 혼란을 주었던 사스, 신종플루, 메르스와 같이 주로 호흡기를 통해 타인에게 전파되는 신종 감염병 출현 빈도 역시 계속 증가하고 있다. 이외에는 황사, 미세먼지에 관한 문제들로 인해 일상속에서 이뤄지는 생활 방역의 중요성이 대두되고 있는 상황이다. 본 논문에서는 생활 방역의 대표적 수칙인 마스크 착용에서 상황별 올바른 마스크 선택의 중요성을 알려주어 시민의식을 높일 수 있는 VR 연동 'Wearing a Mask' 구현에 대해 제안하고자 한다.

An Optimized Approach of Fault Distribution for Debugging in Parallel

  • Software Debugging is the most time consuming and costly process in the software development process. Many techniques have been proposed to isolate different faults in a program thereby creating separate sets of failing program statements. Debugging in parallel is a technique which proposes distribution of a single faulty program segment into many fault focused program slices to be debugged simultaneously by multiple debuggers. In this paper we propose a new technique called Faulty Slice Distribution (FSD) to make parallel debugging more efficient by measuring the time and labor associated with a slice. Using this measure we then distribute these faulty slices evenly among debuggers. For this we propose an algorithm that estimates an optimized group of faulty slices using as a parameter the priority assigned to each slice as computed by value of their complexity. This helps in the efficient merging of two or more slices for distribution among debuggers so that debugging can be performed in parallel. To validate the effectiveness of this proposed technique we explain the process using example.

Software for Nutritional Assessment Using a Semi-Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire and the 24-hour Recall Method (반 정량 식품빈도 조사법 (SQFFQ)과 24시간 회상법을 이용한 영양평가 Software 개발)

  • The purpose of this study was to develop a computer software program for nutritional assessment using a Semi-Quantitative Food Frequency Questionnaire (SQFFQs) and the 24-hour Recall Method. The software for the SQFFQ was divided into input, output, and database. For dietary analyses, recipe and food databases were used. The recipe database included 25 items and the food database was divided into 18 food groups. The food database was composed of 19 general nutrient items, 33 fatty acids, and 18 amino acids. The software developed in this study can be summarized as follows: 1) input items related to the individual s ages information, lifestyle, biological values, and dietary habits; 2) individualized data in percent of the Korean RDA, the energy ratios of carbohydrates, proteins and fats, the ratio of animal to plant source intakes, and the distribution of food group intakes; 3) Statistical data on the individual's information, lifestyle, biological values, and dietary intakes including the frequency of intake of cooked foods, the amounts of food, and the number of food groups, and nutrients. In the 24-hour Recall Method, the input and output consisted of the individual s information and cooked dish intakes. The individual s report included the amounts of nutrient intake according to number of meal and days, in comparison to the Korean RDA, the energy ratio for carbohydrates, proteins and fats, the ratio of animal to plant source intakes, and the distribution of food group intakes. The statistical report presented the number of food groups and foods, and the nutrient intakes. To evaluate the validity of the SQFFQ, the Spearman Rank Order Correlation and kappa values were used. As a result, correlation coefficients comparing the 24-hour Recall Method appeared to be more than 0.5, except for vitamin $B_1, B_2$, niacin, and vitamin E. The kappa values for energy and carbohydrate intakes were both 0.7, and protein, fat, vitamin C, folate, Ca, and iron intakes ranged from 0.3 to 0.7.

  • This study focuses on developing a controlling and analyzing software for the portable atomic emission spectrometer equipped with an electrothermal vaporizer(ETV) that can perform the in-situ trace analysis of heavy metal ions dissolved in water. The software works well for a notebook PC and it is exclusively developed for the real time analysis with a line filter and a photomultiplier light detector. The program is designed to operate under Windows 95 environment and either Korean or English can be used as a main language. The Delphi 2.0 language software is mainly used for programing. The program is designed to make a calibration curve and the system users can get the analytical data in a short time. And a final report can be generated without having difficulties. This software can be easily modified for other analytical atomic spectrometers.

  • This paper proposes a method to ensure security attacks caused by insertion of malicious codes in a real-time control system that can be accessed through networks. The proposed technique is for dynamically upgradable real-time software through networks and based on a static program analysis technique to detect the malicious uses of memory access statements. Validation results are shown using a remotely upgradable real-time control system equipped with a modified compiler where the proposed security technique is applied.

  • Even if some kinds of software for halftoning such as raster image process program are on the market, most of them couldn`t apply to the new laser gravure cylinder making machine because they are closed the source program. In order to develop new laser gravure engraving machine, we were investigated new suitable halftoning software based on the mapping and equal density expansion algorithm that we are mapped. As the results of actual practice with Microsoft Visiul C++2.0 in 133Khz 64M ram IBM personal computer, we found that the new software for halftone generation for laser gravure engraving machine are available in new machine, and easily load and processing the graphic image for gravure hardcopy.

  • Although the process about korea image restoration contents program development and liberalization have cultural and artistic worth, it is not possible to restore technically or cost enormous expense. In the study, it suggest the needs of korea image restoration contents program development through image restoration case. It is revitalize that the study in digital image restoration technical prepare the ground for passing high-qualities cultural legacy by restoring classical film. We think the development of korea image restoration software will strengthen the basis to the new creation industry of high value-added in the global cultural prosperity industry.

  • UML cannot meet all the requirements offered in different software system for diverse application domain. GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) application domain is an especial environment that requires precise measurement and precision calculation of real-world geographical entities with the help of GPS (Global Position System) in both temporal and spatial factor. Therefore in the paper new extended iconic stereotypes for better modeling GNSS application in the UML Diagram are proposed, and the implementation of a program called StereotypeCreator, which is able to create iconic stereotypes used in one of the most popular visual modeling tools for software development, Rational Rose, will be also proposed.

  • Despite economic sanctions, including Western countries' ban on exports of advanced technology, North Korea is regarded as being equipped with independent technology power in the science technology sector as shown in its launch of intercontinental ballistic missile. However, North Korea has been shrouded in mystery in terms of software technology level. Chosun Computer Center, a software development institution representing North Korea since 2006, mobilized IT experts from Kim Il-sung University and Kim Chaek University of Technology and launched a project for an independent development of a computer operating system (OS), called "Red Star." Recently, it made public the 2.1-version. The OS program, which was manufactured in two types for a server computer and personal computer and are being supplied to institutions and individuals.
