  • As we have entered into the 21st century knowledge and information society, the necessity of computer education has emerged and even its expectation is getting bigger. In spite of that, the present computer education neglects computer programming education which may be the basis of information, as understanding it only as the ability to utilize computer that deals with the usage of application program. Through the programming experience, students are likely tn understand abstract concepts on computer hardware, and to acquire knowledge needed tn solve problems given to them through computer. In this paper, on the basis of the significance and necessity in programming education, using a questionnaire, analyzed the necessity in programming education based upon responses of elementary school teachers to investigate the recognition analysis of elementary school teachers about programming education in elementary schools.

  • In this paper, via analysis a education method of chapter for computer basic knowledge, whether educational computer game one of various education methods is able to extend computer basic knowledge, we taught and analyzed applied result, then we wanted to find possibility that educational computer games is possible to be contributed in computer education of elementary school. For extending of computer literacy of student, we did computer class with educational game. As a result, we could got a more effective outcome that student felt a fun and participated in class more active than normal class. Therefore, If we will use educational computer games to aim to raise abilities of computer literacy and problem solving that will be contributed in education which is coincided with knowledge basis society of informational period.

  • 이 연구는 컴퓨팅사고력에서 추상화의 의미를 명확히 확인하고 그 구성요소를 정제하는데 목적이 있다. 그래서 기존 정보교육 분야에서 제시된 추상화 의미를 파악하여 그 의미를 명확히 하고, 관련 구성요소의 개념을 정제하여, 정보교육이 나아가야할 방향에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다. 이 연구의 결론은 1)컴퓨팅사고력에서 추상화를 위한 구성(composition) 과정이 필요함을 확인하였고, 2) 컴퓨팅 사고력에서 추상화는 가설연역적 사고과정으로 인지발달에 도움이 될 것으로 판단되었다.

  • 스마트 기기와 무선 네트워크의 발달은 정보에 대한 접근과 활용방식의 변화, 지식을 생산하고 공유하는 방식의 변화를 가져왔다. 이러한 교육환경의 변화 속에서 정보영재 학생들을 효율적으로 가르치기 위해서는 적절한교육방법의 변화가 필요하다. 하지만 정보영재의 교육과정을 살펴보면 여러 가지 응용소프트웨어 사용 방법이 교육과정에 포함되어 있다. 이러한 응용소프트웨어 사용 방법은 학습활동에 필요한 문제해결의 도구로 사용될 수 있지만 정보영재 학생들에게 협업 능력 등 미래사회에 필요한 학습자 능력을 향상시키는 데에는 부적합하다고 할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 SMART 교육 방법을 활용한 정보영재 교육 방안을 제안하였다. 이를 통해 정보영재 학생들에게 미래사회에 필요한 협업, 의사소통능력, 사고력, 창의력을 신장시키는 데 도움을 줄 수 있을 것이다. 추후에 정보영재 학생을 위한 SMART 교수학습 모델에 대한 연구가 필요하다.

  • 본 논문에서는 2015 개정 교육과정에 따른 SW교육을 전면 시행함에 따라 공교육 및 최근 늘어나고 있는 전국의 학원 및 교습소 현황을 살펴보았다. 학생 수 규모가 큰 서울과 경기 지역에 학원 및 교습소가 많이 분포되어 있었으며 코딩교육시간 역시 서울과 경기지역이 지방에 비해 많은 것으로 나타났다. 그러나 코딩교육열지수를 살펴보면 제주와 세종이 높은 것으로 나타났다. 4차 산업 시대에 꼭 필요한 정보 컴퓨터 교육분야의 코딩교육은 컴퓨터 과학의 기초 원리나 핵심 개념, 컴퓨팅 사고력 향상 등을 위한 교육으로의 방향전환이 필요하며 창의력을 높이기 위한 교육, 융합교육을 위한 코딩 교육 등 다양한 연구가 필요하다.

A Study on the Efficient Management of Liberal Education for Improving Computer Literacy

  • In this paper, we propose efficient management method of liberal education for improving computer literacy. We analyzed the actual conditions and factors affecting education and reflected the analysis results in education. The subject of the study is 'Practice Excel', and tested achievement based on computer literacy. In order to evaluate objectively, we conducted CBT(Computer Based Test) based on Computer Specialist in Spreadsheet & Database Level-2. Analysis of the questionnaire included the use of the popular statistical program, IBM SPSS 24 trial, and frequency, ANOVA, t-test, crossover analysis, and correlation. Evaluation results, An important factor influencing educational performance was active participation. It also proved to be very helpful for understanding excel functions & expression.

  • 학교에서 자연재난으로 인해 학생들의 인명피해가 발생하는 사례가 빈번하게 발생하고 있다. 이에 학생들에게 발생하는 각 재난상황들에 대하여 학생들 스스로 재난상황에 대응할 수 있는 안전능력배양 중요성이 부각되어지고 학교의 안전교육을 강화해야 한다는 지적이 제기되고 있다. 하지만, 현재 학교에서 학생들에게 실시하는 안전교육은 주로 강의식이고, 안전교육을 위한 시설과 장비, 담당하는 인력의 전문성과 안전교육의 체계가 부족하다는 문제점들이 제기되고 있다. 본 논문은 가상현실과 피지컬컴퓨팅 기반의 안전교육 프로그램을 통해 학생들은 동작인식컨트롤러를 이용하여 가상현실 속 재난상황을 체험하고 행동요령과 사용법 등을 학습하여 위기대응능력을 배양 하고자 한다.

  • This study is aimed to analyze present states of computer education in interior design dept. and therefore to offer basic data in order to establish middle and long term plan on computer education. According to results of analysis, computer education course accounts for 10.1 percent in total curriculum. But this component ratio has great difference between university and jumopr college. Namely computer education course of college is much more weighter than that of university. It seems to be results from college's characteristic strategies. But this results to unsuitable curriculum allocation. To solve this problem, further examination of linking computer's course with drafting and drawing course should be required. And to heighten more effect of computer education, other circumstance as well as educational facility should be improved and common CAD laboratory should be produced.

  • In this paper, we try to explore basic factors that defines easy-to-learn programming language and easy-to-learn development environments for novice students who have not been exposed to computer programming language education. For these purpose, we investigate and analyze computer programming languages that are widely used in industrial environments, and present the summary and analyzed results. From the experimental results, most novice programmers understand computer programming languages in terms of procedural programming languages rather than in terms of functional programming languages or object oriented programming languages. Furthermore, we have found that, for effective education of basic level programming languages, factors of development environments are much more important than factors of programming paradigms that the computer programming languages are based on.

  • Computer education was started first step as the subject matter at 7th curriculum. Up to the present, It grown up the research scope continuously bat has several issues about education as subject matter. This paper discusses the issues related to speciality development of computer subject matter of elementary school. It make inquiries into the present state about it and is proposed theoretical base for systematic frameworks of it First of all, It is analyzed the curriculum, information infrastructure, human resource, learner, support system, contents related to computer subject matter of elementary school. Based on it, It is proposed concept, structure, scopes of the computer subject matter and a reform measure of teacher education program.
